Overall stay was comfortable

Suggestions to improve : 1. No tea/coffee maker with accessories in the room, 2. Water Bottle @1 per Pax provided on Day 1 & other days had to purchase. This is provided complimentary by other other hotels 3. Staffs were good but more knowledge of Hindi or English would give better feelings to guest from West/North/East. 4. Breakfast provided but same standard menu in sealed plates everyday made it dull.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional service and warm hospitality. The check-in process was easy and efficient, The room was immaculate, spacious, The bed was incredibly comfortable, checkout process was very efficient, and the checkout staff made me want to return. Especially Rahul, who was extremely helpful and ensured everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly 5-star stay.

I was at the property for four days. First thing to note is the cleanliness of the space and the service from the staff. The hotel rooms and common areas were well kept. The staff were always ready to provide cleaning services as well. The complimentary breakfast we had with the booking was also excellent. The food was very good and there were a lot of options for the same.

Spacious room....reasonable rates....nice locality within 3 Kms from CMC....overall good value for money. Even restaurants and eating places are very nearby. Complementary breakfast would have been great, but still overall very good experience.

Cleanliness of the rooms. Friendly nature of the hotel staffs

Needed to inform the staff for the towels and soap in the washroom. U need to order online or go a little far to get food. No nearby facilities. Air condition was going off frequently and we had to inform the staff frequently to get it fixed.
