Absolute value for money. Took the deluxe king-size beds. The rooms were super clean and well maintained for the price point. The staff was courteous and the stay was comfy The property is located just opposite the Vellore Bus stand. The hotel manager takes care of all our needs, right from giving directions from the railway station and arranging cabs for our local trips. The crew members are very friendly and possess the right attitude. The property is very well maintained, and there is a personal touch to everything that they do. No second thoughts, if you are headed to Vellore.

The place was very safe and the ambience was fantastic. Ashok is a gem of a person as well as all the staffs, Amma is very kind and nice person as well as the other gentleman. Santhosh was also very quick in assisting and resolving all the issues, auto available from the front of this hotel 24/7. Also, they provide cabs for all the journey. 10/10. I would recommend this residency to all. Thank you Ashok, Amma, Santhosh and the gentleman.

Excellent hotel - right from the rooms to the food options. Housekeeping staff especially are very courteous. Portion sizes for the food are large and food is delicious. Location is good, with lots of restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Hotel was also nice to send over an item that was left behind after check-out. One place where I would suggest improvement is for staff at breakfast to remind guests to wear masks when going near the buffet area.

This hotel is just superb in everything: guys in reception are just extremely gentle, kind and helpful, everywhere the cleanliness is excellent. The hotel is new, so it's a really well maintained. All personal are very very kind and gentle. Hotel is situated is calm zone and close to very nice bakery when you can make your breakfast. So I recommend it a lot this hotel to everyone who wants to visit beautiful Vellore.

Good breakfast, with traditional and tasty South Indian food, and the staffs are very good, they are served the food as per our requirements. The rooms are very good and very comfortable to stay in, especially General Manager is a very problem solver, for our small issues and he cares for the guest with his maximum support. In Vellore, SGRT RESIDENCYis the best Hotel to stay, and I will say again, if we have the chance to come to Vellore.
