The location is excellent. Staff were very polite, efficient and accommodating. Housekeeping was superb as they cleaned the room, made the bed, fresh towels every day. No waterlogging after rain. AC and power backup. Rooms smell fresh. Clean bedding. Big room. Value for money. Far more than we expected. Pillows were the fluffiest ever. Extra pillows were provided.

Plug points on both sides of the bed please. Solar water heater doesn't always work in the early morning or late evening. Hot water connection in the basin and shower.

The room is well-maintained and with a regular hot coming in 24 hours. The staff is also very helpful and provided us with all requests which we asked for. For people who come for medical treatment in CMM, this is one of the better options. For people who come for VIT, its not recommended as it is 10 KMs away. Also, there is no external disturbance inside the room.

Since there are no good restaurants around this hotel, they should have kept a restaurant inside the hotel. Because of this, we had to look for other options for food. Also, the staff speaks only Tamil which is a deterrent for non-Tamils.

I totally and definitely recommended! If you are hesitating believe me this hotel is ok! A Staff everyday doing excellent job, they are always ready for help, advice, or just small nice talk with you. A room is clean and tidy for request you got hot water, everything what you need they will help you, don't warry!! and Thank you very much all friendly staff !!!

The staff is so helpful and so understanding. They cooperate so much. Despite language barrier they communicated so well and behaviour was so excellent. Services are so remarkable. I totally recommend it.

Very kind and attentive staff, who helps you in whatever you need. AC works perfectly. Very comfortable and clean. They give you some soap and water bottles. It is at 10 minutes walking from the centre.
