The breakfast was excellent. Good , Quality food promptly delivered. Courteous Staff! Great Value for Money ! The Location was also bang on ! Almost at a sweet spot between CMC Ranipet and its town campus.

Though breakfast was always good , lunch and dinner had limited choice. Improvement in the food department in terms of spread will be helpful. Also the staff needs to remember that they are in the hospitality industry. Making guests comfortable and doing that bit extra for guests will only make things better.

As we were 4. #Situated in a relatively cleaner street, though a bit away from city centre. Hence quieter. #There are few good restaurants in walkable distance 1. Kailas parbat ( north Indian veg) and 2. Divine Cafe( south Indian veg). # Value for money. # Close to highway. Wish they keep the property new like this for ever.

The overall stay was very pleasant. The behavior of all staff members was very pleasing. Mr. Meeran on the front desk was very cordial and helpful. The stay was worth its price. Very clean and comfortable.

There is nothing to report in this section. Only one suggestion. If you keep a wall clock in the room it will be better.

Location, facilities everything was just perfect.

Only one thing that is the fooding, although I am not complaining about the food or the service they offered, I love South Indian foods and the food taste quality was superb. But at night we had to order food from outside as they donot have much to offer at night. Only few items were available at night. To everyone - the food they serve is of 5star quality, you can have their South Indian delicacies. You will fall in love with their delicacies.

Ambience and locality is very quite and near to NH . Very nice staff and excellent hospitality and friendly. Near by there is a veg restaurant available

Parking place

It's a new property. In great condition. The location is right on the main road so you can get Auto rickshaws.The staff is co operative and goes out of way to help you. There is a Tea shop just 100 m from the property which serves great tea n coffee from 5 30 am to 9 pm

There is no attached restaurant. So, even for a cup of tea you have to go out. In the middle Rooms, the bathrooms are so close that you feel you are not alone in the bathroom.

Everything was absolutely as expected. Guy named Meeran at the reception was very nice and helpful.

Room should have been little bigger for its standard.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Also the staff Meran helped us check in an hour before since we were to get ready for a performance. They were helping to get food from outside also. The lift was big and they had a lounge, a small waiting area also.

The restaurant was not available that time but it was in progress, in 2-3 days it would get opened it seems, Parking was at 200 feet distance. Other than that it was a good comfortable stay over all.

All the staffs were very helpful. They are ready to do anything for the customers satisfaction and needs.

It would be better if they provide different menus items for the complimentary breakfast items. Currently repeated item serving every day.

We stayed at Hotel Essence for a day during a temple tour with friends. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The beds were comfortable enough, and the neighbourhood is a quiet one. Overall the hotel is decent value for money. A branch of Darling Bakery is just around the corner, and offers all kinds of desserts and pastry takeaways.

The lack of a restaurant on the premises was a minus, as well as the poor design of the toilets with the shower area at the same level as the water closet, creating wet patches all over.
