I had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Vellore. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the washrooms were maintained to a high standard of hygiene. The availability of late-night check-in was very convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and approachable. The check-in process was quick and efficient. I had booked one 4bed, one 3bed and one 2bed room. The rooms was spacious and well-equipped with AC, a fan, and a TV and WiFi. I found the bed and bedding to be very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The overall experience was comparable to that of a 5-star hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and would certainly stay there again if I return to Vellore.

Nothing much.

We had to travel from Rameshwaram to Hyderabad by road. Vellor was a good midpoint to stay at. We arrived very late in the night and the hotel kept our booking going inspite of all hotels being booked out due to functions happening in the city. The staff were kind enough to get us dinner during that time of the night by making calls to known outlets and going there in person to get us our food. Very kind gesture. the hotel also offers free drinking water which is good in our opinion as it prevents us from polluting the environment by buying plastic bottles. And we did not have to go looking for water bottles at night. the room also has an extra bed to accommodate the occasional extra traveler such as a child. This is a nice touch We stayed for only 10 hours in the hotel but it was a comfortable stay. The AC worked, the bathroom geyser worked. No bad surprises here.

the price paid is perhaps a little higher for the facilities offered but only a big higher. So no cause for major complaint. the parking is right beside the road so you have to dust it in the morning as all the road dust is on it. For people with arthritis, it will be a little difficult to get into the hotel as it has steep steps to climb, about 7 steps. A ramp might help.

The staff were very helpful and even their small recommendations & insights about nearby tourist places and good restaurant is very useful and worthy.

They do not accept credit card Wallet payment. I reached at 11.00 PM and imagine the difficulty I faced looking for ATM and other related issued. I want them to accept credit card payment also through UPI.

Decent sized room with 2-twin beds. Clean bathrooms. It was great for our family to stay and rest. Breakfast was served in the room and food was good.

Room rent was much higher when compared to the services and facilites in the Hotel. That price would have been decent for a higher star-rated property. Also, I never got the receipt of payment from the Hotel, despite making that payment on cash upfront at the time of check-in on 10-Aug itself. At heck-in the receptionist told me that they will give it to me at check-out. And at the time for check-out, that receptionist was not available, and so that Hotel Owner said that he will get the receipt mailed to me or sent on WhatsApp.

Good utility budget hotel with all basic amenities available. Don't expect anything fancy, but it's good for a decent stay. There is parking space for 4/5 cars in front of hotel. Staff is courteous. Location is close to the highway. Shops, Restaurants are within a km's reach.

No dine in facility in hotel, you need to order from outside, or go to nearby restaurants. Maybe this is one facility they can slowly look to develop.

Towels were to be requested after checking in. 2 bottle of .5 liter water was only provided for 3 people. 3 small soaps & 3 sachets of shampoo were put in a corner of washroom slab, instead a small pouch or a small basket can be kept for better feel. Breakfast order can be taken on the previous night, when included in the booking and can be served in a better way. Plates were given on request after breakfast was delivered in small paper wraps in a polythene bag. Hotel is good, a little touch & feel, service can make it better & great.

Location, breeze from mountain air, 24 hrs hot water availability, courteous food delivery person.

No attached restaurant, no good nearby restaurants, every time food needs to be ordered from room only. Not a clean car parking area, no protection like compound for parking. No kids play area.

Cleaniness. Curtious staff and very helpful. The rooms were very neat and clean. Polite behaviour and food was tasty. Recommended for family and single travelling to Chennai or vellore. The location is on NH 48 highway near DC office.

Friendly staff, good value for money. We went for our daughter's treatment at CMC - this hotel is good for short stays, quite close to CMC main campus (10 mins on auto).

The location was so good and the staff was also friendly. The room and bathroom were cleaned on regular basis. Excellent hospitality. We reached early morning in hotel and room was not available but they arranged one alternate room for us to take rest till the time we get a proper room. Thank you so much.
