We had an amazing stay at Kemilau Hotel Canggu, and we couldn’t recommend it more! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the exceptionally friendly and attentive staff, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Their warm hospitality truly made our stay special! The hotel’s design is stunning, with a perfect blend of modern aesthetics and Balinese charm. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean, offering a peaceful retreat after exploring Canggu. The bed was super comfortable, and we loved the little details that made the stay extra special. The pool area is an absolute highlight - a tranquil oasis with lush greenery, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The location is fantastic, close to great cafes, restaurants, and just a short ride away from the beach, yet still tucked away enough to enjoy some quiet and privacy. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection, and the overall vibe of the hotel was so cozy and inviting. It’s clear that a lot of thought has been put into making this place feel like a little paradise. A huge thank you to the amazing staff for their kindness and hospitality - we truly felt taken care of. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Bali!

Stayed here for 3 nights with my wife during our short time in Canggu and we enjoyed our stay. Hospitality: Every staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful. Room: Clean, beautiful and spacious. I am very particular about cleanliness, and I was very satisfied with our room. Location: Tuck away in a small alleyway so it is more "peaceful". What I love the most about this hotel is its location which allow us to travel to most of Canggu famous attractions on foot. Price: Very cheap for such a nice hotel. Reading the other reviews some people complaint about noise and mosquitoes but we experience none of those. We sat on our balcony in pitch black throughout Nyepi night and we did not get any mosquito's bite.

Food not so nice, had no choice but to order from hotel during Nyepi.

While this is understandable given the tropical environment, some additional pest control measures could further enhance the guest experience.

The staff are very friendly and happy to help whenever needed. The food in the hotel restaurant was beautiful and great service from the staff in the restaurant. Our room was very spacious and a good temperature, it was serviced everyday with fresh bedding and towels. The hotel was a good location to the main attractions in Canggu and very secure throughout the night.

The balcony looked out onto several trees, was not able to sit out there and enjoy our time. The check-out process took a while as wanted to make sure the room was acceptable, staff wanted to charge us for a stain on the bedding which wasn’t us. When we arrived we could tell the bedding hadn’t been changed due to serval stains on the sheets, when mentioned, staff assured us the bedding has been changed but was unable to change that night due to no clean bedding.

I love the services given by the staffs there. They were all very accomodating and willing to assist with our requests and overall the villa was really lovely and spacious. Nice place and location as well!

The housekeeping could have given more attention to details as some of the towels were not provided like the hand towels, the hand soap, soap in the kitchen and all those have to be requested to the housekeeping team. I would also advise for the towels to be renewed as they were all grayed and stained already.

Location’s really close to popular breakfast spots, pharmacy and supermarkets. Highly convenient. We came during the low-season so the place feels more private. Bedrooms were clean, staffs were helpful and tucked at the end of the alleyway, overall really pleasant green space in the middle of bustling Canggu.

The private pool with the hot pool was a bit too shallow for my liking. And I think that the glass walls of the bedroom makes me feel a bit more alert about security.

Wow! The family 3 bedroom apartment is pure luxury. It has three stunning en-suite bedrooms and a lovely private pool. The location is nice as it is out of the busy road. Room service easily available via phone order. Lovely and kind staff that can’t do enough for you. Very tidy and clean apartment. Nice to have a water fountain that has both cold and hot water.

really loved this place and their whole team too. Location is in crowded place with good infrastructure but the hotel itself is hidden, with its calm atmosphere. Also, food is very delicious, both breakfasts and main dishes. Really recommend it. Looks like in their photos provided, btw. Special thanks to Kemilau Hotel & Team for the experience we lived there. We were here during rainy season; guys are fighting with humidity as they can. Best regards

It was our first stop and our trip to Bali couldn’t start better !! Everything was perfect . The location was really good for what we wanted to see . The room is much better than photos show and the best part of course is the stuff , very kind and always with a smile ( special thanks to the breakfast team for serving us the most delicious breakfast) For sure we recommend it and hope to come back again .

Enjoyed my stay overall! love the room, spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Location is good too close to cafes and restaurants. We were pretty much at Atlas beach club and Finn’s beach club daily - we could walk to the beach clubs. However we have a 8 month old baby with us so we took the Gojek super near and affordable.

The shower got clogged one night and flooded the bathroom, but could be a one off. Also, the staff came right away to fix it which was good!
