we loved the location of the property, the modern design and furnishings. The beds were very comfortable and the villas was so spacious for our family.

There was a nasty smell coming from the drains but once we spoke with management they did their best to fix it. The outdoor daybed cover smelt terrible and also very stained, it was changed at our request but we saw the mattress underneath and it was completely mould-ridden, obviously hard to control in the humid and damp environment however it put us off enjoying the poolside area as it was the only seating out there, perhaps a different type of cushion non susceptible to mould could be considered instead.

The overall Japandi interior is so relaxing! The kitchen, dining area, living hall, pool, bedrooms are well designed, very spacious and comfortable. The 75 inch Samsung TV and Harman Kardon speaker are a huge plus point!!! I personally love all the toiletries given, smell heavenly good! Location is superb, mini mart just across the road, tons of eateries outside the villa, spa and massage, salon, clothing and all, you name it you have it all within walking distance. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful too.

I really can’t think of anything. Maybe except the lighting at the staircase to 3rd floor master room, it’s too dim.

Everything was stunning, beautiful & clean. The attention to detail was next level ! Staff were incredible & we were shocked for the price for the standard of service and quality we were provided. Very very impressed! Excellent service, location and property in the heart of Canggu Service was very attentive and genuine - the VOX Team is there to help you. Basic amenities are provided, linens are clean and they provide daily cleaning service. It is just 10 min walk from the large beach clubs and many restaurants and bars; yet, it is very quiet too. Very new and extremely clean! Super convenient location in the middle of Canggu, walking distance to many cafes and restaurants!

The place was beautiful and it’s at a very strategic location. The walkway to the villa is lit with lights so it’s safe for girls and takes less that a 3 min walk from the main road to the villa. For people who like to party, it is also walking distance to The Vault and Mesa. There is marts too near to the villa and everything was soo convenient. To any ladies planning for a girls trip, i can ensure you its safe here!

Hope the villa can provide ironing board and iron because it is one of an essential thing needed. Most of us don’t really iron our clothes before the trip so it’s a bummer that they don’t provide it.

The property was beautiful. Very modern and comfortable. We loved the private pool. Cute comfy lounge. Bedrooms were both upstairs with own ensuite and beds were extremely comfortable! Best sleeps. Nice and close to everything and about a ten minute walk to beach and beach clubs. Heaps of cafes and restaurants to choose close by too. Staff were helpful and friendly with any requests.
