Our experience was very enjoyable, starting from the WhatsApp message we received a day before our arrival, to the ease of communication with the receptionist via WhatsApp, and the villa's location being close to several famous restaurants, which made it convenient for us to go out

A little feedback from us is that the response from the WhatsApp admin was somewhat slow, in our opinion, and the information regarding laundry kept changing from that admin. However, this did not become a major issue for us and we're still happy with our experiences while we stay here

The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean and comfortable. The staff were super easy to communicate with and very responsive. The plunge pool was lovely after being out all day! Great location for walking to the bars/restaurants and the beach.

The neighbours burned their garbage at 5am one morning which caused the whole property to smell like smoke and there was a 24 hour festival in the park near by which meant the bass/music was heard all night. Both not in the control of the villas team, but is something to keep in mind location wise!

Even spiderman cannot flip wall, very safe. Have security guard. Super safe. Private pool very nice, great for dipping toes. Staff very friendly and responsive. Checked in ard 10pm and staff were still there. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand lotion all provided! But please bring your toothbrush and toothpaste. Rooms are spacious and clean. Wifi very strong. Water dispenser provided. Hotel slippers provided. Convenient location to grabbike to all the cafes :)

Stairs a bit steep, please open your eyes. Not very elderly friendly.

Fantastic staff - easy to deal with and friendly! Air conditioning was incredible, outdoor private pool was used a lot! Walking distance to most places we wanted to go! The property itself was very clean, had full kitchen and fridge (to keep drinks cold!) and a full table and couch which was great for hanging out. Super modern and could not fault the place!

Location was slightly out of the way (didn’t bother us as we walked) but if wanting something in the heart of Canguu then not the best location for you. When we flushed the toilet in one room, the other toilet spat up water (which was not ideal if both on the toilet LOL) but only happened once

Villa, staff and location were very good, and the overall cost. The reception was very helpful. Lot of cafes and restaurants within a 2 min walk.

I have spent time in numerous Bali villas, and they are all very consistent in service and quality. However, with Sunny Village Berawa, I had many messages from them regarding form completion, and on arrival, a deposit was requested. Not what a traveller wants to hear, if required this should have been stated in the booking.

It was SO clean and so well maintained. The pool area was so nice to chill and relax, the bedrooms were big and there was so much space.

Absolutely nothing.

The Staffs are welcoming and helpful. It is nearby to Atlas Beach Club and Finn's club. A quiet location. Value for money, a private pool villa.They have daycare right opposite the villa so those traveling with kids have no worries. They have all the facilities like money changer, Family mart and many restaurants nearby as well.

The location is slightly out of the way for most attractions or activities. To travel towards central kuta roughly it takes 30 to 35mins. Nevertheless it was still a great location in my opinion as it is quiet and quite a chilled place.

I love how they provided cleaning services everyday as we had activities everyday and had to wake up sometimes at 2am. We were always rushing and this services helped alot as we don’t have to worry about the rubbish / cleanliness/ etc. I was able to checkout a little late too and while waiting for my driver they let us stayed in the villa instead of kicking us out. What else I love is that the villa is in the centre of everything. Be it pharmacy, the mart, cute cafes, spa, etc. all is within distance!

The only downside is that the toilet bowl smells like sewage water but everything else is perfect

The Property was beautiful and modern. there was security at the front entry 24/7 which isn't necessary however was nice to know someone available if needed. The property is in a quieter area of Canggu which is great if you like quiet peaceful holidays

We had a group 2 apartments down that wanted to party one of the nights, this isn't a reflection on the property owners but sound does travel. Security had to ask them several times to be quiet after the 10pm curfew but security handled this very well. The stair construction to level 1 is definiltey not to a standard code of a western country so you do have to watch your step.
