Good location, really nice pool area and helpful friendly staff 24/7.

We were in the room nearest to the road which was very loud all day/night with bikes & cars. Other rooms wont have been as loud

Loved my time here!! Large rooms, amazing beds, super comfortable, great size fridge etc. And close enough to walk to the hustle and bustle and quiet enough to sleep well. Easy to get scooter taxis from here to anywhere. Just a 7min scooter ride to the main party area and beach. Also close in walking distance to some great restaurants. Loved the pool area! Staff were also super helpful and accommodating. I do recommend! Clean, comfortable and I felt relaxed and at home.

Nothing, everything was great! If I must say something then maybe some finishing touches like the bathroom cabinet didn’t close shut properly. But that’s the least of my worries.

The location was amazing, super central to many gyms, cafes and restaurants. Staff were really friendly and service was amazing. Pool area was beautiful and kept really clean

Wifi was a bit slow/ hard to connect to when in my room but worked fine by the pool. The rooms were a little dark but not really much of an issue

Great service from the beginning. Everyone who worked there always had a smile on their face. Nothing was too much for the staff. Saw a few negative comments on here before we booked which made us hesitant but I’m so glad we didn’t listen to them as the place was exactly as the photos, clean and friendly atmosphere. Rooms cleaned everyday if you want it. Didn’t catch her name but the lady who cleaned our room each day was so nice and friendly and always smiling. Great place, nothing negative. Grab and Gojek easy to order just outside the front door. Shops close by for essentials. Great location Thankyou for our stay.

The location is good, with a variety of restaurants, shops, beaches, and gyms around. The pool at the hotel is comfortable and perfect for a relaxing day or evening in. The rooms and hotel are exactly like the pictures, it's not very noisy, the bed is super comfortable and the water pressure is great.

I stayed here for a week, so I would've liked to receive fresh towels during my stay, but I had to request this a few times. Do not drink the free water provided in the room, stick to bottled water :)

The perfect location to start my two months in bali. Actually booked 2 weeks, but this turned into three. Perfect place for digital nomads. Plenty of peace and quiet and everywhere you want to be in no time by scooter. The pool was very very nice 😄. Nice restaurants within walking distance and super friendly staff!

We love the location even though it is a busy area but it is accessible to restaurants, beaches, shops, booking a taxi and more. The villa is so spacious and we love the open concept. Everyday we are going to different places but once we arrive, they changed the linens and clean our villa. The pool and the area are so spacious that can accommodate all the guests staying there, they have a mini kitchen also where you can borrow the utensils and free water. Thank you to all the staffs who are approachable. Thank you Era and Wilan for assisting us all throughout our stay. We booked the Floating Breakfast on our 2nd day and it was amazing and all worth it - A must try! We stay with Turtle Villas for 7nights and everything is amazing.

We loved this stay! Stepping out your door into the pool was perfect for us. The bed was comfortable and we slept great. Shower was great. Having the fan as well as the air con was great. Great size fridge!! The staff were so helpful, even helped us with washing which was great. It was great to close the gate to the villas and feel like you stepped out of the chaos.

The only thing that could be improved is more umbrellas around the pool so you can sit in the shade and that the bungalows are very dark if the curtains are closed. To get changed you have to close the curtains because of the open plan design, so you can spend a fair bit of time in the dark.

Great location with restaurants walking distance. Gorgeous pool area. Accomodation was lovely and the mini bar items were really cheap compared to what we had seen in the couple of weeks in Bali leading up to our stay here. Staff were great too. The leaves cafe & eatery is about a 30 second walk from the property and is amazing. Great for breakfast lunch & dinner and we went there nearly every day. Cheap for a restaurant, staff great and view is beautiful!

I saw reviews saying there is no privacy because of the large windows facing to the pool. We didn't find this an issue at all as we were out most the day and just put lights on and closed curtains when we were showering etc. Nothing to worry about. Minor room details: Toilet wasn't fully fixed to the ground so if we moved it would move which was a tad unnerving. The shower was a bit broken. Instead of coming out of the holes it shot out to the side. This didn't bother us as if it came out how it should, due to their being no door there would be twice as much water on the main floor. The shower next to the pool wasn't switched on so had to walk sandy through or room to my shower but again, minor detail. A little bit of maintenance and the facilities would be perfect.

I love the pool! And that the rooms all have a fridge and a microwave each! Very rare! Best facilities here! :)

It’s very dark in the rooms. The need to use brighter lights. It’s too hard to see anything at night which is very annoying and makes it frustrating to stay here. If they fixed the lights to make the rooms brighter it would be perfect!
