The best part of this stay is Toby he is the manager and what a guy, he can’t do enough for you, so kind and friendly and so helpful. Sorted all our diving tickets and sorted our ferry home and taxi on the other side. He goes above and beyond for you so you have the best stay. He has his phone 24/7 and nothing is too much to ask, I ran out of travel sickness tablets for the ferry home Toby sorted for me went picked them up for me and didn’t charge me. He even walked with us to the harbour we skipped the queue and was just a massive help as it can get rather hectic at the harbour. There probably are nicer places to stay on the island but Toby makes all the difference and because of him I would definitely stay here again. Great location just of the busy strip, it’s around a 15 min walk from the harbour. The great thing about the location is when you head down to the beach the turtle beach section is just on the left perfect. The Room was clean and we had more than enough space, the shower doesn’t have a temperature but is so refreshing after a hot day at the beach. The pool isn’t up to much but was fine to dip your toes in while having breakfast. Main choice for breakfast is pancakes and eggs on toast.

The location was excellent. A close walk to the beach but far away enough so you don't hear all the party noise. The pool was lovely and refreshing. The rooms were very clean and bed very comfortable.

The rooms were very clean, the hosts were very friendly and hosted us and the other guests to home cooked Indonesian food. Toby was a great host, very welcoming and personable. The pool was clean and location is great. The layout of the place is very peaceful and there’s a nice breeze - it doesn’t get too hot in the common area with good shade which is a plus! The air conditioning was okay - slightly weak. There was no hot water but that’s expected on Gili T. The breakfast was very very simple, only option was a single plain pancake with no sauce but still made well. To our fault we lost our bedroom key, at the end of our stay Toby wasn’t around for the checkout and one of the younger boys charged us 400k for the lost key. This seemed quite steep but we paid either way. Once we had left Gili T, Toby messaged to say that we had been overcharged for the key replacement and was very sorry. Don’t know if this was a minor scam or miscommunication but don’t lose your room key!

The accommodation is simple but spotlessly clean and represents great value for money. All rooms surround a small clean pool with comfortable beanbag seating. What really sets this place apart is the wonderful staff. Toby and the team were absolutely fantastic. They made us feel part of the Cape Rose family and even invited us to a supper of freshly caught barbecued fish. Their hospitality went above and beyond, and we would not hesitate to stay again.

Nice location, great environment and staff. Over all a great stay. We really enjoyed the Gili T island all round, but the staff made it an even better experience letting us join them for their evening bbq’s and to have drinks with them. They are a great group of people and become good friends. We would definitely come back to stay. Such a fun island

Location location was perfect. Only a few rooms with the pool in the Centre. Excellent Owner and Host to all guests. The staff are happy and friendly. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The rooms are clean, neat and tidy. The pool is clean and the air conditioner is beautiful and cold. The shower is refreshing.

The highlight of the stay at Cape Rose is definitely the team which is very friendly and caring. We had the chance to connect with them, get to know the local culture and share beautiful moments. They always prepared breakfast for us, offered drinks and tips. Really cute people ❤️

Brilliant staff who were super friendly, attentive and helpful. Perfectly quiet location that was still close to everything you needed.

Thin walls that you could hear a lot through, however the owner was very considerate of noise and asked people to be quiet after 10pm which we appreciated.

Friendly staff ! The Room was clean and air conditioning freezing 😃 the breakfast was brought every morning to our veranda in front of the pool! The pool was cleaned daily! Little kitchen available to use for all guests and free drinking water. In central location but away from any noise!

Perfect place for escaping on Gili T. Very relaxing as a bit outside the party zone, but still close to the beach. Tobi and his team were so helpful with everything we come up, organised tours, transport incl. hints for good warungs. Majdi was there and we shared a lot of storys from South Africa to Turkey. Somehow we felt like part of the Cape Rose family. Thanks again!

Accomodation was simple, but fully suficient and the shower could have been a little hotter. Again, finding a hair in the soup does not make sense, overall it was really nice.
