This property revolves around Ali the person that is front of house, pool maintenance, gardener and general helpful person. From the time we walked in he was there to welcome us and made sure we were happy. He showed us all the bits and pieces relating to the kitchen and ALWAY HAD A SMILE ON HIS FACE. We stayed upstairs which was great. I found it to be a little round about to get to the property

Ali was the person that makes the property what it is. We loved the pool and the fact we could make our own coffee and tea in the kitchen in the morning. They also supplied water for us

The staff at Urbanview were very welcoming and made the stay enjoyable. It was fantastic chilling out by the pool and chatting with them. Anything we needed they were quick to assist us.

The rooms were in pretty good condition, but a few minor things like a manhole in the roof was open. Besides that I had no complaints at all.

The accommodation is in need of repairs. I stayed in two rooms, the first was more expensive and better the second was cheaper and had a lot of cracks in the wall, a little smell and in need of a better cleaning. during the night other guests making a lot of mess in the pool. and no one from the hotel asked to stop, I had to get up and ask for silence.

Great staff, they are so lovely and accommodating - made my time here perfect. Restaurant and swimming pool onsite! I had a great time here, excellent value for money. It’s Gili T remember people, you cannot expect everything to be amazing!

staff were absolutely amazing and friendly and helpful! beds were super comfy, aircon was amazing and good shower

not the cleanest of rooms, bedding was clean most importantly but quite dusty and stains on sofa etc

Amazing hotel. Great size pool that the kids loved and big rooms too. The WIFI was very fast which was a nice bonus. Staff were very friendly and Ivan was so helpful with anything we needed. Would definitely stay again
