The hotel is in a great location. It is walkable to the port and all the restaurants but is not too close to the noise and the hustle and bustle. If you’ve got luggage you’ll probably want to get a horse and cart to the hotel from the port (about IDR 150k). The hotel is in the best part of the island for snorkelling. There are loads of places to hire snorkelling equipment just outside the hotel and you can see lots from the beach in front of the hotel including lots of turtles. The other side of the island is great for sunset but the sea is rougher and not as good for snorkelling. Make sure you hire a bike! The hotel rooms are very big and clean and comfortable. The pool is great too and the breakfast was good (not buffet, but good choice).

The staff are not particularly friendly or helpful. They were asleep or on their mobile on the front desk. They couldn’t help with recommendations or equipment hire / tours etc but there are plenty of places outside the hotel that provide this. There are too many cats at the hotel. I like cats but we had one outside our room that whined all night and others that fought at breakfast.

This was such a great accommodation. The rooms were spacious with king size bed, tall ceiling, large bathroom. Outside a beautiful garden, nice pool, restaurant served tasty steaks, table on the terrace and also at the beachfront. And they even make the best in the island pina colada. We could not be happier with service we received, staff were very nice and accommodating, when we needed early breakfast or late dinner or asked for pina coladas which were not in the menu. This villa is also located in the nicest spot, just little bit away from the noisy area, but still close to shops and restaurants.

all was perfect

This is a great place to stay. Well located, excellent swimming pool, really nice staff. plenty of choice for places to eat close by. The rooms are spacious and air conditioned. The beach is right across the road and there are options to hire snorkeling equipment all along the beach road.

The bathroom ceiling in our room does require attention as there is quite severe water damage in one corner. This did not detract from our stay it is an area for improvement and repair.

Everything was great! location is good, 15min walk away from the port, you can snorkeling and see sea turtles just in the beach in front of the hotel. Breakfast was good, everything was clean and comfy.

Everything was really good. My only feedback is about maintenance, I booked one night and decided to stay a second night so I had to move to a different room. The room for the first night was perfect, looked very renovated, AC worked really well, and there were many universal power outlets. The room for the second night wasn’t in the same conditions, AC didn’t cool that well and there were few old power outlets. Everything else was perfect.

The location is awesome. On the edge of the action but not right in the middle of it. The property was very quiet and the staff were super friendly. The breakfast choices were good. We would definitely stay again.

The room, although large, was very dark. The bed was very hard and due to the bed design it was very noisy when rolling over. Ear plugs very helpful.

Cats roaming everywhere on the tables in restaurant not very hygienic no one cares about the rubbish on the beach staff rake the sand but don’t pick up rubbish every day I picked up lots of rubbish on the beach at the hotel staff look at you as if your mad

Breakfast was great and the whole experience was fantastic value. Comfortable bed and spacious villa. Very quite and a great location, everything was within walking distance, could also hire bikes to cycle around the island. Cross the road to a great beach which was amazing snorkeling, saw lots of turtles and sea life.

Rooms are a tiny bit dated, wardrobe and bath doors wouldn't close properly for example. But only a very minor issue. Property is great value for money.

The hotel is beautiful, the room was huge, super comfortable. The pool is super big, and the private beach I think is the best in the whole island. The staff is amazing!, super friendly and attentive.

The closet was too small, only space for one person, weird because the room was huge!! The breakfast was good, tasty, but you can only choose between 3 options, 1. American bf, 2. Pancakes, 3. Indonesian. Looks great the first day but after a few days you get bored. Also none of the options includes dairy, no milk, yogurt and cereal. The last day we had breakfast in another place.

The location is excellent as well as the service. You right on the beach and the hotel has a pool as well as sun beds on the beach which is really nice with crystal clear waters. But what we really loved was the breakfast, the best breakfast we had during our one month trip. It has options for everyone. The staff is also very kind and willing to help. Loved our stay we will be back

We wished there was more light in the room but it didn’t really matter

Pool area was large and near the ocean. Sunbeds where free to Villas customers. Quiet place, about 10mins away from ”center”. Room and bathroom where big for two persons. Shower water pressure was quite low. Stuff was kindly and helpful, especially Gilian was awesome. Would stay here again.
