Staff is great, very friendly and always gives you good advice. The room is big and the ac is working very well. There is space to put your stuff down in the room and bathroom, and à big rack on the terrace to dry your clothes. Negative point for the bathroom who did not get cleaned before I arrived (toilet still dirty and no toilet paper) Also, be aware that the walls are very fine so you can hear the neighbors very well. Overall, I had a nice stay, that's a good place for the price you pay.

The week we had at the Gilis smiley bungalow was phenomenal. The Bungalows have AC, are clean, and the breakfast is fantastic! Is just 8 minutes aways from the habor but also distant from the noise main road part. I loved the team! Ryan is an incredible Host/from the desk (with a beautiful silky hair 😊🪮) who assisted us with all of the questions, had a great conversation with us, and made us feel like family. The island is BEAUTIFUL. We stayed for three days and ended up spending a week. We didn't want to go! We will surely come back again!

We loved our stay that much that we extended our 4 night stay to 10 nights! Ryan & the staff exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond. On days I felt a little sick, they provided me with tablets. Banana pancakes for breakfast were so tasty. Beachfront with loungers all day. You can rent snorkelling equipment for £2.50 all day. You can swim with turtles and see unreal sea life on the beachfront of the bungalows. We actually bought the staff pizza on our last night to show them our gratitude. Thank you Ryan & the team! Super close to the beach, nice room. We also enjoyed the breakfast. You could choose 1 meal (pancake/omelette/scrambled eggs/...) + 1 drink (coffee/tea/juice).

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Checking was a breeze. Breakfast delicious, my favorite was the banana juice and omelette. Bikes available for rent were a great choice. Bungalow was spacious and cozy. Staff always offered to clean room as needed. Private boat tour also available for purchase at a great price and with Go Pro. Smile store at the entrance was convenient and had good prices.

I had no issues during my stay. Nothing to complain about.

Perfect location and the staff were so kind! You can rent bikes for cheap from staff, as well as snorkels for the beach. Great place to snorkel - seen a big turtle and lots of fish! Rooms are spacious, good aircon and nice beds. Would highly recommend this accommodation when you are staying in Gili T.

No complaints but one thing is that the bungalows have only cold water in the showers. Was not a major issue for us but maybe something to note

The location is perfect, right on the beach, quite area yet close to the center (walkable distance) The host Rian is very friendly and helpful.. he helped with many things including arranging laundry service (from outside). The AC works well and the water pressure in the shower was good (considering there is a water pressure issue in the island).

There was no hot water in the shower. However, it’s very hot outside so it wasn’t a big problem. Just make sure you read the description well while choosing the type of bungalow when you’re booking.

The location was great. We even arrived a day earlier and they let us in no problem. Early check in as well. Couple of options for breakfast and you can rent bikes right outside the bungalow

The bathroom was kind of open, so after having a shower, everything was very messy. I would love a mop or something to sweep the bathroom floor. In the morning, so many rooster around, so they were very noisy from 6 am

11/10! Great location. Very friendly hosts and an especially kind receptionist. Excellent breakfast, nice choice of options, and get a drink too. Free filtered water available at reception! Shop right next door. The best part is that if you wake up early and snorkel, you can see turtles right outside the hotel! We were lucky enough to see 10 between 6am and 8am. Best stay. So clean and tidy. Toothbrush provided! Can rent a bike and snorkel for a fair price!

Well equipped room, nice location too if you like to swim with turtles. The owner is very nice and friendly and made us feel like home. We spent there 5 days and we would come back.

The WiFi doesn't work at all, like 0. One of the workers spent the 5 days upset with us as he forgot to clean a few things and we asked him to clean. He made us feel uncomfortable. He was the only person like this, the rest of the staff is lovely.
