Location, staff, clean

Amenities a bit old. Hard to find. Very small sign on the street.

the staff were lovely, the guy that received us with a ripped backpack told us where to go buy needles and thread and even offered to sew it for us, kept our luggage before checking in and after checking out, he cooked us delicious breakfast at whatever time we asked, can help you book activities ans he even offered us tea and was super super super nice, great atmosphere the room is big and the bed comfortable, the a/c is really good, also good wifi. there’s a safe inside too to store your valuables. great location, super central so it’s very convenient for everything and right in front of the sea. while you can hear slightly the noise and music from the outside, it’s not much and feels very calm. the terraces and garden in front of the rooms are lovely, and you have like a feet shower in front of your terrace which is truly appreciated to not make a mess the outdoor bathroom was really cool if we come back we’re definitely staying here again!!

be aware that the shower water is cold (like in any other gili t’s accomodation, at least in the price range, and once you’re here it’s really not a big deal)

The guys are so friendly. Always say hello and are helpful. Breakfast was lovely although missed it a couple of days as we slept in! Rooms are spacious and nice terrace to sit out on. Great location very central to main area. Bike storage for overnight. They do have a laundry service.

Outdoor bathrooms were good but some soap for the sink would have been great. Also gets very very hot using outdoor bathroom in day as it gets the sun. However this does make it easy to dry and wash clothes.

Good location, not in the main road but just a couple of meters behind. Room very big and comfortable. The guys at recepción very kind and they keep cleaning all the time. Everything was well cleaned. Very yummy breakfast.

Noise from the bar next door. Not hot water but it’s ok you won’t need it. A little leak from the sink.

Very big rooms with plenty of space, bathroom area outside was also very nice. Location is also great, everything at the sea front is easy to reach but far away enough so it’s quiet aswell

if it wasn’t for the amazing staff, this would be a much lower rating. some of the best staff we’ve had on our entire trip extremely helpful and nice. breakfast was also very nice. there is also Wi-Fi. 

some of the facilities were not very nice cold shower.

This is probably the best value for money you're going to get anywhere! The room is a good size, the staff were really friendly, great location, breakfast was great with options and the bathroom is huge!

The lighting in the room could be better and maybe a bit more storage but that's being picky

Direct access to main tourist area and the beach. Big toilet with open roof. Big room with a patio 8nftont and cloth hanging rack, those are awesome.

Air con need servicing to get it's cool air.

A bit run down. Tv not working. Safes not working. No running water during the night.
