The staff are absolutely phenomenal, go the extra mile whenever they can We arrived at 11am and was able to check in within 20 minutes. The room itself is very clean. The location is spot on. 4 minute walk to the pier, restaurants etc. Definitely a good spot to be in Outside room was a washing line to dry your clothes You got pool and shower towels eith a bottle of water. Rooms cleaned daily The free breakfast was very good. Meal and buffet style. You can hire bikes from the hotel.

The outside toilet wouldn't drain the water on to the stones it just pooled around the toilet and made your clothes wet. There was no fridges in the room meaning we couldn't keep stuff cold. The pool in the pictures shows the pool bar opened - this should be changed as it definitely wasn't and there was no maintenance happening to it... very misleading here. Should have 2 pillows per person.

We loved the location. Quiet and away from the busy parts of the island but near enough to walk or cycle in. You really do need bikes which we loved using. Making good use of the bikes and the location meant we explored the island fully. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean. Staff are efficient and friendly. Plenty of hot water. Clean pool and fairly large for this type of property on the island. The pool bar was convenient and well priced. Clean towels daily. Plenty of seating around the pool.

The bathrooms need some upgrading. We would have loved a small fridge in the bedroom.

this property is absolutely stunning and well maintained. the flowers and plants are really beautiful. the staff were so friendly, attentive, and happy. we originally checked in for one night but loved it so much we booked an additional five. it’s also very quiet. a lot of properties in gili trawangan can be quite noisy due to the mosque, but we had no issues with that here.

it’s a little further from the port so if you are not using the horses then it can be quite a trek with a backpack. around 10-15 mins for us but just manageable and well worth the walk.

Everything about this property was good. This was the best hotel we stayed at on our 3 month SE Asia trip. Rooms are big and spacious , staff are friendly , you can easily rent bikes at reception and there is 2 pools!

The only critique I have is that the pool was not cold enough for me and was quite warm. Sometimes there was also small bugs in the pool so maybe more frequent cleanin. And that’s me being picky !

Check in was smooth. We were able to check in earlier than normal check in time which is really appreciated. We inform the hotel beforehand that we are on honeymoon and they provided a nice flower decoration on the bed. The room is nice and there are two pools on the property. Both are clean and well maintained Breakfast was delicious and you have options for western or indonesian style breakfast. The location is a bit far from the main strip but it was no problem for us. We rented bicycle from the hotel with reasonable price

Spacious bungalows set around tree lined pool , in a location close to the forest . Pool was one of the most natural looking on Gili T and staff were friendly and helpful

Breakfast options ( 10 including Greek !) meant staff failed to deliver what was ordered . Much better to offer fruit juice , coffee, fresh fruit and choice of egg/pancakes and an Indonesian option like all other hotels . Virtually all negative comments on this property are about breakfast; please owners take note

Everything is wonderful here. Our room was fantastic, but it was one of the nicer ones. I don‘t know how the normal rooms are. Antonio is a very nice guy, and also at the reception the guys are very nice. The pool is superb, and you can drink a beer or a Coconut that Antonio will take directly from the Palm (no joke!).

The Komodo Dragon in my room 😜. I joke, on Gili Trawangan there are no Komodo Dragons, at least some Gekkos. Or not? 😝

Close to the ferry terminal so didn't have to carry luggage far, amazing hospitality from the staff who arranged a snorkeling trip for us, clean and nice common areas, comfortable beds, rooms cleaned everyday, good breakfast options provided and bikes to hire.

The hot water can run out quite quickly as they run on a certain capacity for the whole place, and the rooms aren't too soundproof but that's expected.

My bungalow was really spacious, I was travelling alone, so even smaller would've done it! Bathroom is also big, outdoor style. Hotel area was beautiful, pool was great! There were plenty of options for breakfast. Bike rental was right there at the hotel, and price was very competitive with others in the island. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

I stayed for one week, but not once they changed my towel - small minus, since showering 2 times a day. Nor did they cleaned my room. Maybe if I'd asked they would've done it, but since I'm neat, it didn't bother me. Location is a bit far from main strip and roads in the middle of the island are quite bad condition at the moment but that's of course not their fault. And it didn't bother me, but might be problem for someone else.

The staff were incredibly flexible & accommodating. Rossy made us feel so welcome and comfortable on arrival. From the welcome drink, to the bottles of water each day, everything was so lovely and nothing was too much for the helpful staff. May provided great service at the poolside bar and Holidy looked after us at breakfast where the food was delicious and portions were generous. The rooms were amazing; well equipped, clean, modern, and spacious with great storage space. The air conditioning was excellent and a comfortable bed meant we had good quality sleep each night we stayed.
