For the price you pay, the place is great! Big bungalows, nice and clean swimming pools, very nice quiet location (away from the messy main road), can rent bikes and do laundry for cheap just in front of the restaurant, staff is nice and super helpful.

Breakfast is a bit disorganized and the jams/chocolate cream provided are really not good.. please change them! WiFi is not that good, and the place could use some “refreshing” (eg. some of the sunbed pillows were very old and with holes) If you get one of the bungalows on the right side, you’ll be woken up by a very loud rooster from the neighbor in the middle of the night. We asked to change bungalow because of that and they happily did that.

The staff are absolutely phenomenal, go the extra mile whenever they can We arrived at 11am and was able to check in within 20 minutes. The room itself is very clean. The location is spot on. 4 minute walk to the pier, restaurants etc. Definitely a good spot to be in Outside room was a washing line to dry your clothes You got pool and shower towels eith a bottle of water. Rooms cleaned daily The free breakfast was very good. Meal and buffet style. You can hire bikes from the hotel.

The outside toilet wouldn't drain the water on to the stones it just pooled around the toilet and made your clothes wet. There was no fridges in the room meaning we couldn't keep stuff cold. The pool in the pictures shows the pool bar opened - this should be changed as it definitely wasn't and there was no maintenance happening to it... very misleading here. Should have 2 pillows per person.

The location is inwards the island, very far away from the noisy port. You can walk to the beachfront in less than 10 min. To transport your luggage during a hot day, you can take the horses for 150 k. There is a beautiful garden, and the swimming pool is very quiet, sometimes you are alone. The bungalows are very spacious. The staff is doing their utmost best to help everybody. I shall write also what we disliked a bit below, but I want to emphasize that these were minor issues. We enjoyed our stay, and we can recommend it

The breakfast is simple, and you need some patience. Our shower was full with calcium, need to declacify. You can hear the Iman, but it is doable (even relaxing). More problematic to disturb our morning sleep were the roosters. There is no fridge; and I read this comment everywhere, so worth to invest in this. We had some minor issues with our door, we had to keep it locked to stay closed

We loved the location. Quiet and away from the busy parts of the island but near enough to walk or cycle in. You really do need bikes which we loved using. Making good use of the bikes and the location meant we explored the island fully. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean. Staff are efficient and friendly. Plenty of hot water. Clean pool and fairly large for this type of property on the island. The pool bar was convenient and well priced. Clean towels daily. Plenty of seating around the pool.

The bathrooms need some upgrading. We would have loved a small fridge in the bedroom.

this property is absolutely stunning and well maintained. the flowers and plants are really beautiful. the staff were so friendly, attentive, and happy. we originally checked in for one night but loved it so much we booked an additional five. it’s also very quiet. a lot of properties in gili trawangan can be quite noisy due to the mosque, but we had no issues with that here.

it’s a little further from the port so if you are not using the horses then it can be quite a trek with a backpack. around 10-15 mins for us but just manageable and well worth the walk.

The prettiest gardens around a lovely stone swimming pool were kept so clean by the friendly staff. It is a little bit of paradise. Breakfast was on offer with good choice. Rooms and beds were spacious and comfortable. You are on the edge of the town so you can hear the sounds of nature, birds and goats!

Nothing really although fans of “western” coffee will need to walk to some of the local coffee shops nearby for espresso!

Everything about this property was good. This was the best hotel we stayed at on our 3 month SE Asia trip. Rooms are big and spacious , staff are friendly , you can easily rent bikes at reception and there is 2 pools!

The only critique I have is that the pool was not cold enough for me and was quite warm. Sometimes there was also small bugs in the pool so maybe more frequent cleanin. And that’s me being picky !

The location was great and the pool was clean. The staff were very friendly. The bed was comfortable and each little hut is quite spacious. There were a few cats meandering around the resort, very cute.

The shower had an electrical wire poking out almost into the water. The door to the bathroom, which was outside, had a gap underneath, allowing things to come into the room.

Check in was smooth. We were able to check in earlier than normal check in time which is really appreciated. We inform the hotel beforehand that we are on honeymoon and they provided a nice flower decoration on the bed. The room is nice and there are two pools on the property. Both are clean and well maintained Breakfast was delicious and you have options for western or indonesian style breakfast. The location is a bit far from the main strip but it was no problem for us. We rented bicycle from the hotel with reasonable price

Spacious bungalows set around tree lined pool , in a location close to the forest . Pool was one of the most natural looking on Gili T and staff were friendly and helpful

Breakfast options ( 10 including Greek !) meant staff failed to deliver what was ordered . Much better to offer fruit juice , coffee, fresh fruit and choice of egg/pancakes and an Indonesian option like all other hotels . Virtually all negative comments on this property are about breakfast; please owners take note
