LUKEY LUKEY!!!! The best host and staff member, looked after us so well, nothing was a problem or too much of an ask!! We laughed our whole stay and had such a great time, all thanks to Luke! Great location, quiet spot, nice sun on the pool. Will certainly come back to see Mr Luke, we can’t thank him enough for all his help, with our bookings, bags, bike rental, and help with anything we needed!

This property was really nice with everything and more from what I expected, the rooms are all very nicely cleaned and the pool is always open. The location is also a very close walk to the Main Street in Gilli T. Not to mention , the host Luke is exceptional and takes care of everyone staying the whole time whether that comes to booking snorkeling, going out at night or whatever else you may need help with.

Very spacious room. The bed was big and comfy even for 3 ppl (our 3 yrs old was sleeping with us)

The garden outside would need a bit of maintenance Not much choice for breakfast, only eggs with toast

The place is located in a calm area, but not far from the city center. In the picture is me, my friend and Asri, who is the staff. He is kind, helpful and he prepares a good breakfast. Also his friend who helps him is a very nice guy, I enjoyed our chats during breakfast. Thank you!!!! I highly recommend staying in villa phyphy!

The room have nowhere to put your clothes. No storage. We used the stand for drying the towels to hang the tshirts. The bathroom has a shower that it's not working properly. The breakfast is poor, just eggs and juice. The same every day.

Nothing to complain about here. The beds were comfy, the AC worked well, the pool area was awesome, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. It is also only 5-10 minutes from main street!

The bathrooms were partially outdoors so they often had bugs. It was not a huge problem though!

The staff is the best, they are very nice and they try to help you with everything. The room was clean and there are only five rooms in the hotel so it’s very private and calm, we were alone in the pool all the time. I would comeback again.

Villa Phyphy has the best staff ever! Luc and Asri made our stay a true pleasure. They always welcomed us with the biggest smile and a Coffee, cleaned our room everyday so it looked very Shiny and are just the nicest guys to sit with and have funny conversations with! Staff ( Luke?) was absolutely amazing! Always helped us out made everything possible, gone above and beyond. Great customer service, our room was beautiful and very clean. The bathroom had a little funny smell, but most bathrooms in Bali do. Nice pool and great location, we didn't get woken up by the mosque, and it was fairly quiet around but still close to everything.

The staff were next level! They couldn’t do enough for us. Helping us with our bikes every morning and opening the door, providing information on boat trips and helping us find our way as well as carrying our luggage. Most importantly they were a laugh, so we extended our stay and enjoyed it thoroughly!!
