The staff were exceptional. Always greeted with a smile and great chat. Thank you for such a warm stay guys! Great location.

The smell! Our first day there was a lot of air fresheners in our room which we had to remove by the second day as they were affecting our throats. By the last day of our stay the drainage smell was too much! You can taste the air - it comes and goes but it came a lot on our last night. The bathroom needs a bit of TLC. Our tap on the sink didn’t have a handle so we were washing our hands in the shower after using the toilet.

The staff are so lovely! Rafik helped us with our bags and the girls were always very accommodating and helpful! The bed is very big and comfy and it’s nice to have pool access after a long day out.

Very slight smell in the bathroom, keep the door shut when you stay!

Staff were so friendly and fun!! Always smiling and helped us with bikes and laundry. Really lovely people. Room was nice and big. Nice bathroom and comfy bed. Also so quiet could barely hear the mosque.

The TVs sound was broken. We didn’t actually report this at the time because we were really watching tv but just an fyi to mention it. That was only our room too!

The beds are very comfortable, and the location was ideal. You can rent a bike off them so easily.

The water was a bit cold.

The first morning, the breakfast was a little bit unconfortable but we talked about this with the staff and after that they bring to us the correct portion and the breakfast was really good. The room was quite good and clean. The pool was really good also.

I recommend to have chairs in the balcony, not puffs. At 4 am in the morning you are going to listen music from the town because the people is praying, it will happen everywhere in Gili T.

Excellent staff, very friendly. The hotel's location is very good, you don't have to walk no more than 5-10 min to reach the beach and on the way there you'll find plenty of small local restaurants. I myself value cleanliness very high and this hotel delivered! If I were to come back I would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

The staff at BDV were just amazing! The rooms are spacious and very clean, really comfortable. We rented bikes at the property, and it is a short cycle to the beach & main streets.

It is quite dark cycling back at night, but most bikes have a light on them.

fresh renovation. the water is not salty. good water pressure. hot water. good internet quality.

no refrigerator. no chair or desk. unable to work remotely. During the day it is very noisy due to goats, roosters and the mosque.

We would definitely come back. Really good value for the price. Really kind staff that speaks English well! Room is clean, good shower, A/C works very well, pool as well!

Accommodation was walking distance from all the main spots, plus far enough from all the beach music that plays late into the night so you don’t hear it. Staff were very nice Room was spacious, clean and had a comfy bed
