All the staff made me feel at home. Special shout out to Beni and Femi who were happy to help with anything I needed at any time, day or night. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is visiting Gili t if you want a clean room, away from all the noise with a lovely swimming pool then this is the place to stay.

I couldn’t recommend this place enough. When arriving at the hotel which was a 10 min walk from the harbour, we were welcomed with amazing icy cold mango drinks + amazing, friendly staff. We were able to check in early + even had drinks brought to our room by staff as it was a very hot day. We were able to hire bikes from the hotel, as this is the best way to get around the island + a lock to keep our bikes together when out + about. We had a problem with our AC when arriving + let the staff know + they were extremely accommodating to our needs. Because of the problem there was an engineer called to try and fix the problem whilst we were out for the evening, however the problem still persisted. Help was then called again (even at 10pm!) and informed that our AC was broken. The staff at the hotel were AMAZING and checked us into the hotel next door so we could have a comfortable night and got a brand new AC installed the next day. The service from the staff is everything that you could’ve wanted given the situation! :)) The location of the place is right in the centre of Gili T 10 mins from the harbour side + 15 mins from the opposite side (sunset side). There are amazing restaurants + spots to chill during the day not far from the hotel being in the middle of the island. - Free movie night @ Aston Beach Resort - 7pm/ 9pm - 15 mins away (on a bike) - Francescos Pizza - best pizza on the island - 10 mins away (on a bike) - Nona’s - Coffee Shop - 5 min walk - Coffee + Thyme - unreal breakfast - 10 min away (on a bike)

Lovely staff, good location

The location, perfect for visiting sunset point or the main strip near the pier. I would recommend renting a scooter off the guys that run White Bay! Great way to see the island. The staff were amazing, so helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was really nice. Fresh juice or coffee/tea was available whenever you wanted. Anything you need the staff are happy to help! Rooms were lovely, nice area to sit out at the pool. Quiet location too, away from the noise of the really busy party places.

I stayed there finally for 2 weeks and I really enjoyed the place. Helpful stuff, free juices all day, great pool, comfortable room and bathroom - aircon working great. The location is perfect if you don't want to be in the center and don't mind biking because you have access to both sides of the island - also the road is good to get to the hotel from both sides and you can manage without a bike light.

The size of the room was okey for me as a solo traveler, but could be a bit small if someone travels in 2 people. Apart from that all amazing.

The nicest hosts ever, so helpful, friendly and relaxed, made you feel very welcome.

The space is a bit limited outside as inside, but the heart room is huge!

It's located right in the middle of the island. Easy access to everything. The staff were friendly and super helpful, especially Beny.

The staff were wonderful, always helpful and kind. Ben sorted out bikes for us, gave good advice on where to go. They wanted us to enjoy ourselves making for a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Also: Good air con, hot showers with great water pressure and the place is clean. The clear pool is refreshing in the heat after a day at the beach.

My recent stay at the White Bay Hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The room was small but ideal for my husband and I (honeymooning). The bed was incredibly comfortable. I particularly appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. The location of the White Bay Hotel is perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to local restaurants (I highly recommend eating at Lia's restaurant - Warung Lariz) and activities (snorkeling etc). Whether you're looking to relax by the pool, indulge in a local spa, or explore the surroundings (by foot like we did or using a bike), the hotel can help in providing everything you need for a memorable stay.

Lovely staff at this small (approx 12 room) hotel. It’s approx 15 minutes walk from the ferry port in the middle of the island, so away from all the bar/party noise. It also means it’s easy to get to almost anywhere on the island via the inland paths/roads. Each room has outdoor seating that’s in the shade for some of the day and there’s a few sun beds at one end of the pool and more seating at the other end.

Only fault (and it’s tiny) is that the mesh on the bathroom window had a hole in it but the bathroom door closed fully so not really a problem.
