The bamboo cabins are pretty close to climb Mount Batur, which means you can start a bit less early than all the tourists making the day trip from Ubud or other locations. It means you can also make a longer walk to enjoy a bit more the views and being outside of the crowds. Our host proposed us several formulas and we were very happy with our certified guide Made who was very nice and eager to show us the area.

despite of the price which is utterly affordable, the room itself fit for couple and bathroom is unique and spacious, managed by a very good and helpful local, which very responsive and helpful, and he can manage for little encounter of Mount Batur sunrise trekking package with affordable price.

incredibly close to the Mount Batur trekking this is the perfect location to stay. The host is also very well connected and can help organise a tour guide for you if you require one.

There is no door to the bathroom that is the only downside but everything else was good.

I like how quiet and serene the place is. Also the staff knew that we were here to climb the Mt batur and offered their services at reasonable prices.

The room is a bit small so you can't fully unpack your bag. Would make sense to have a single bed instead.
