Nice pool

Door wouldn’t lock, staff wasn’t accommodating to very basic requests.

This place is absolutely fantastic - one of the nicest places we have stayed in Indonesia. Such good value for money also. The room itself is great, really big, decent bathroom, balcony overlooking the pool ( which in itself was well cared for. The room had a decent size mini fridge which kept stuff cool. Tv in the room which connected to WiFi for netflix etc. The staff are absolutely phenomenal. Really kind and nothing is too much. If anything is wrong you can use WhatsApp if no one is around, I.e asking for more towels. You are able to rent a scooter from the hotel and the hotel also provides washing at 25k /kg. The free breakfast is a great addition. Reading previous reviews we were dubious however please ignore all critical reviews this place is fantastic. Will definitely be staying again.

We loved Bali Nusa Cottage it was in a great location, pool was gorgeous and rooms were lovey. It was about 4min walk from the beach and had a shop right outside. The hotel was pretty quiet as there were only about 3 rooms full (including us). Staff were lovely and helped us organise a taxi to ferry port.

There was a restaurant area at the hotel that never seemed to be open, and there was also hardly any staff around. We also didn’t get our room cleaned the whole time we were there. But non of this ruined our stay. We had a lovely time here. We would 100% go back. It was so lovely.

The staff here go above and beyond. They assisted organising transport and even drove me to my diving course every day. I stayed in the Apartment area and it was very clean and cool. If you’re planning to stay around the Mushroom Beach area it is in a great spot just up from the beach with a store across the street. On the connecting street behind are shops, restaurants and also other diving schools on this side of the island. If you get the ferry from Sanur you can walk directly up to the accomodation. The pool is always clean and well maintained.

The staff here are amazing and will go out of their way to help you with anything! They also took our luggage down to the harbour on their own bike when we were leaving! The breakfast was lovely! The swimming pool was great although a bit warm from the sun but if you want cold water the sea is a 5 minute walk away! The owners sorted us a motorbike for the week which was really handy as you get to see a LOT more of the islands this way! The beds were amazing and sooo comfortable!! There is a shop directly opposite for food/drinks etc but there are plenty of restaurants along the beach (Mola Mola was our favourite)

A couple of times during our stay the electricity stopped working (meaning no air con, wifi, fridge etc) which was apparently across the island not just the hotel but they tried their best to get it sorted asap! The bathroom could use a revamp, the shower water is salty which causes a lot of rust/limescale but we weren’t expecting anything amazing considering you’re on an island off Bali! This wouldnt put me off staying here again:)

Bali Nusa Cottage is a quiet little slice of Balinese heaven. The hotel is run by a wonderful local family who care so much about the guests and the hotel. Every family/staff member is always full of smiles and will help you with whatever you may need during your stay. We stayed in one of the cottages for 5 nights and every day the staff would arrange rides, recommend restaurants or beach clubs, and always make themselves available to help us make the most of our stay. It made such a difference. The hotel grounds are beautiful, the pool is a great size and perfect temperature, the cottages/rooms are large, clean, and well kept, the beds are very comfortable, the aircon works well, and the location of the hotel itself is just the best. It’s at the top of the beach road, a 3-minute walk to the beach, across the road from a store, and close to all the restaurants & cafes.

The couple running everything were delightful. They were friendly, polite, helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The cottages are set in a small compound with a nice pool at its centre. It is a short walk down the hill to Mushroom Beach where there are many restaurants. A simple breakfast is served each morning if required Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was adequate but could do with a facelift. The whole property is a little tired but that fact is made up for by the cheery friendliness of the staff.

The room was spacious and clean, with a big comfy bed. The pool area was lovely. The staff were also exceptional - extremely kind & helpful, and responded to me at all hours. They provided cleaning, taxi service, great recommendations & helped us book the ferry. Thank you for our stay, we highly recommend.

The staff were so lovely and helpful. Really knew about the island and were always able to help organise transport or day trips. The French toast for breakfast was great and super cheap! The bedrooms are a great size and the beds are super comfy. Great air con and a large bathroom. Pool is lovely and the property is a 5 min walk from Mushroom Bay Beach. Highly recommend a stay here!

The water was a bit touch and go but the staff responded and sorted it straight away so didn't affect our stay.

Great pool and lounge chairs next to reception and adjoining a day spa and opposite a nice convenience store serving lunch and dinner. A shirt 5 minute walk along a bumpy road to mushroom bay where there is about 6 restaurants on the beach in within 200 metres of one another which is the official drop off point and pick up point for the fast boats.

No hot showers and water was bore water but that was minor problem really.
