Bingtang Bungalows were very quiet, nestled in the jungle and a short distance from the main road. The beds were SO comfy, the shower was hot. The place was clean, the staff was always happy to help with anything. Food was decent, not amazing but there were tons of options and I found what I liked. We did organize tours with them, they did pickup/dropoff to crystal bay but it was off season so they did it with the taxi driver, not a shuttle truck taxi. They cleaned every day, and gave us new towels/water/sheets. We spent quite some time there as it was rainy season and we ended up just getting lots of work done. Thanks again!

It would be nice if they would give you a little pot of coffee instead of just one cup... we kept asking for refills! And it would be nice if they gave you a plate of fruit with your selected breakfast instead of it being a separate item. Also, when it rains, the front porch area of the bungalows gets extremely dirty, wet, slippery. The water can even seep into the room. They were pretty diligent to come and clean our front porch everyday which was good, and put a towel in front of our door and our shoes up. So it is what it is, it was just poor design of the building.

Well located, close to crystal bay. The hotel offers a free ride to the beach and pick up ! The bungalows are super cute, and we loved the outdoor bathroom. The staff is super nice, friendly and helpful. They offer driver service as well as few excursions to explore the west or the east of the island. Breakfast was great!

Would be great to have sun beds and sun shades at the pool!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Bintang. In fact it was our favourite hotel that we stayed in during our tour of Indonesia. The location was just perfect, not too busy and not too quiet. We were able to organise trips and they also arranged for us to be collected and dropped off at the harbour. The room was just perfect, just as described. Food excellent and all staff were so friendly and obliging. A special thank you to Efi, what an asset she is to the Bintang. Thank you so much!

Absolutely nothing!

The rooms are really comfortable, the bathrooms have been recently remodeled and are beautiful. Room was perfectly clean when we arrived and also cleaned daily and amenities as coffee, tea and water where refill everyday. They provided us with free transportation from Buyuk Harbour to the hotel with their buggy. The staff is amazing, they welcomed us with watermelon juice and helped us during all our stay. It was my mum birthday and they made flower decoration on her bed and also prepared her a cake to celebrate her birthday. A member of my family got sick and they drove and got us antibiotics for her. They even got us a driver to show us the island and also helped us get our tickets to go back to Bali. There are no word to describe how grateful we are with the stuff for all they have done. 100% recommend this accommodation and will come back if we visit nusa penida again.

Our stay at this accommodation was absolutely wonderful. The property is very clean and authentically decorated, which gave it a special charm. We were warmly welcomed with freshly pressed watermelon juice, making us feel right at home from the start. The bungalow we stayed in was beautifully and warmly furnished, with a stunning view of the lush greenery. The open bathroom and shower added a unique and memorable touch to our experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to offer helpful advice and recommendations. The hotel also provides the option to dine on-site, primarily serving traditional dishes. We tried the food and did not regret it; it was incredibly delicious. Breakfast was included and offered a variety of options such as French toast, cheese toast, Eggs Benedict, and freshly pressed juices. We would absolutely choose this accommodation again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and authentic stay!

Definitely the best place to relax for a week; the accommodation is absolutely fantastic; the bungalows are amazing, with high ceilings, incredible beds and pillows, super comfortable and clean space! The staff makes you feel at home since day one; they help you out with everything you need, from tours to boat tickets to motorbikes, etc. And the breakfast is the best we've had in my entire vacation; there are a lot of options, all of them big and tasty. Thank you so much for everything! We will definitely come back here the next time we come to Nusa Penida. :)

Quiet place, far from everything. Walkable to the Crystal Beach, but not so much on the way back, because of how steep the road is. But you get the shuttle service from and to the beach free of charge. The rooms are good for the price. Clean and prepared for guests. There is a basic breakfast and restaurant on the premises. Near you can find Nusava restaurant which is pricey but worth trying The pool was ok, great to cool down and for a swim.

The internet is unreliable. We experienced power outages and the air conditioning doesn't turn back on when the powers back. The sun beds need pillows.

Such an awesome place to stay. We had an incredible welcoming by Evi who was a fantastic host. She helped us with booking tours, scooters, and transit to other islands. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and the food was great. Great location in terms of proximity to the port/crystal beach and in good driving distance from all other touristic locations. Rooms are cleaned daily to make the stay even more relaxing. It is peaceful and quiet being away from the main road. Good atmosphere, would definitely recommend.

Nice and quiet hotel, with nice bungalows, ours were in two tiers so the kids could sleep upstairs Really beautiful area. Really friendly staff. If you want to go to the local beach, Crystal Bay They provide a shuttle from the hotel included in the stay. Highly recommend. If you want to go scuba diving, Reflex divers are rigt outside the hotel, and they are an excellent dive center.

The roads and traffic on Panida are not places to ride scoters unless you are really experienced.

I believe this is one of the best hotels I've found at Nusa Penida. The owner is friendly and helpful. She is observant and takes great care of the customers. When we need to check out early and requested early breakfast the next day, she and her staff helped to prepare breakfast for us. The staff is always smiling and friendly. You can tell that they are happy working in that environment. The hotel is clean, full of greenery and peaceful. Overall an excellent experience.
