The property is great. The swimming pool is closing. You can have a good sunset view overlook the bay under the mountain. You can definitely enjoy the tranquil of this sunset ocean view bungalows. The breakfast was also good. The staff was very helpful. Mad daughter vomitted at midnight and I asked the staff to help me to change the sheet and they are very responsive. Moreover, They cut a coconut for my daughter and told us coconut and mitigate her symtpom. They also helped us to book great taxi drivers And we take one photo on the island. So I think everything is great. They also recommended a wonderful restaurant called amok, Which is located at a Very quiet cliff andcan oversee the ocean and has a great sunset view.

What didn’t I like? This place was like a hidden oasis. The infinity pool with a spectacular view of crystal bay and amazing sunset was awesome. The staff was over the top friendly and very helpful. The rooms were kept very clean and the initial presentation with beautiful flowers everywhere was very special. The garden was so pretty with beautiful butterflies. Plus it was quiet and tranquil. The guy who runs the show helps with anything you need. Super happy we chose this place to end our vacation. I can see why it’s top rated. Top notch facility and great location! Free shuttle to awesome restaurant and 5 min walk to another fabulous restaurant.

We had some good accommodations in our 4 weeks in Indonesia, but this one was really the best. A straight 10. Gerry the hotel manager and his team fulfilled every wish. He takes care of motorcycle rentals, transfers including boat tickets, spa massage requests etc.... If cash is needed, he is even the ATM (true story :)). And all this at great prices without any additional costs. Besides Gerry and his team the resort is beautiful. Great infinity pool with sunset, the rooms are big and cozy. The staff Nanda and Gio I would like to mention, young super friendly employees who immediately take care of the guest's concerns.

The manager Geri was an excellent host and all the other staff were really nice. They helped us with all our problems and Geri arranged transports etc to us. The place has an amazing view over the jungle to the ocean. The bungalows were really nice, and more than clean. The garden was very beautiful and the area with bungalows, garden and pool was really cozy and luxurious. Restaurant offered local and western style food and it was really good. Its also bit off the "bigger roads" and really a secluded paradise. Would recommend this place to anyone!

I totally recommend this place to stay at Nusa Penida. Staff is amazing, we could arrange a floating breakfast which was incredible. Breakfast is abundant and has lots of options. Room is big, beds were just fantastic. We stayed for my partner's birthday and the staff did a cute cake which was also incredible. The menu at the hotel is reasonably priced with many options and they also have day tours that include east side, west side and snorkeling. There are animals on the spot (we saw monkeys, spiders, etc) which is reasonable for being in the middle of an island, but the room is equipped with mosquito nets and mosquito killers.

If you're not riding a scooter the location might be a bit isolated, however it's a 15 minute walk to the beach and there are some options to eat nearby too.

We really liked the hotel with its surroundings! It has a great swimming pool, a beautiful garden, a nice restaurant and very welcoming staff! You can get scooters right from the property and the manager will give you good advice on how to play your days on the island. We extended our stay because we felt great! Bed was comfortable and AC silent, which is a very important thing for us. Breakfast is amazing as well!♥️

For the ones who say it’s noisy and hear crawls on the walls: I want to remind you that you are on a tropical island, in the middle of a tropical forest. Geckos are all over Bali/ Nusas/ Gillis! They are part of the heritage. If you cannot handle a gecko or some insects, better stay home :))

Clean property with a nice infinity pool overlooking Lembongan’s sunset. The staff (and especially Gerry) were very welcoming. They even organized a birthday cake for my brother.

Quiet oasis to relax. Very nice bungalows, good food and the heart of the resort the team just great. Gerry (a real manager) organizes everything around excursions, transfers (the cheapest on the island) and what else you need (eg driver, cab, scooter, snorkeling, ferry,.....). Thanks to ALL, had a great time. Highly recommended!!!

The view from the pool is beautiful, the staff is polite and helpful, the breakfast was very good. The room looks nice with reliable wifi connection.

Beautiful bungalows set amongst the greenery, with epic sunset views from the pool area. The staff here are absolutely amazing - so friendly and warm and helpful! The rooms exceeded our expectations, and were the cleanest we encountered in our trip around Indonesia. The bed was so comfy, there was adequate storage space (but no safe), and the bathroom was suitable. The pool area is really nice, with plenty of room for all guests. The on-site restaurant serves great food at very reasonable prices. The staff went above and beyond and they really make this place what it is, so I can't say enough good things about them. They helped us organise a driver to/from the port, a manta ray tour, and scooter hire - and while this is all pretty standard, it was the quality of everything that was great - you can tell they source trustworthy, quality vendors to partner with with competitive pricing - our driver was really safe, helpful and friendly, our manta ray tour was outstanding (included GoPro photos and videos in the cost) and the scooter was very good quality. All in all it was an incredible stay.

Nothing, our stay was perfect! Some have noted the location of the bungalow as a negative, which is a little unfair in my opinion. If you are wanting to stay in the heart of Toya Pakeh then this obviously isn't the right spot for you - but if you want a quieter location away from that craziness, with lovely views and close to the best swimming beaches on the island, than this is perfect. There is also plenty of great restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, including Kima Bay Restaurant.
