We had a truly spectacular time at the Hilton. All staff members are wonderful, some who come to mind are Chandra, Sri, Edy, Pendi, everyone at The Delicatessen, Warsu, Yulia, Wisnu, Yunita. Everyone is super helpful, kind and warm. The facilities at the Hilton are outstanding. There are five different restaurants to choose from and they all offer high quality and delicious food. You must try the S&P calamari at the Breeze and grab a snack from the Delicatessen - quick sandwiches and baked goods which are really delicious. The wood fired pizzas are to die for! The breakfasts are a real treat, offering such a great variety. It is also very rare that such variety is met with high quality. Everything at the buffet is excellent a d carefully prepared. The best scrambled eggs I have ever had! There are some free and also some paid activities that you can partake in everyday. The gentleman at the gym (I think his name is Warsu) treated us to a free yoga session. It was a treat, and he was wonderful. Be sure to check out what's on offer. The rooms are tastefully done. And the views from the room and as you walk through the hotel are breathtaking. Be sure to walk up to the observation deck to get a birds eye view of this spectacle of a hotel. The pools are great, we had so much fun on the slide! There are so many day beds available all round, even when it's really busy. The check in and check out process takes no less than 15 minutes each and is seamless. If you want to spoil yourself, this is the way to do it. The experience is worth every single penny and then some. I highly recommend Hilton for a luxurious getaway, especially if you want to getaway from some of the Bali madness. A real treat! The beach is not great. It's really rocky and has lots of seaweed washing up on the shore. Hilton seems to be addressing this though. There is quite a bit of construction happening on the beach to make the beaches more enjoyable.

The biggest problem about the property is that they have no swimmable beach at all. So if you come there and expect to swim in the ocean, you won’t get what you want. Years ago they had a beach (the one you can see on the pics from the helicopter), but recently that had to built breakwaters, so hotel doesn’t have beach at all. Other hotels nearby as Kempinski and ritz have better beaches but also not very swimmable with lots of seaweeds. For beaches I recommend to check other areas of Nusa Dua Our aim was to relax and swim in the ocean at first hand, but we didn’t achieve this goal.

So so stunning! Beautifully maintained landscape with a variety of pools plus private beach. I stayed in the ocean view tower room. Highly recommend. So comfortable and peaceful. The breakfast was 10/10. Beyond amazing. I personally loved that the hotel is far away from the hustle and bustle of Bali. There is a daily bus that takes you into the Bali Collection if you feel like getting some retail therapy.

Ridiculous drink and food prices!!!!! If you want a simple soda - that’s $8.50 AUD, a massage set me back $100 AUD!!!! Couldn’t even buy a cocktail. Extortionists!!!! So stock up on drinks and snacks before your stay. I stayed on a pool view at a lower floor (3rd floor) for the first day - it was way too noisy - just children playing in pool and general pedestrian noise. So had to upgrade to 11th floor to get peace and quiet.

We loved the resort facilities, especially the pool with the water slide, basketball nets, etc. We also absolutely loved the pool water temperature, it was perfect!!

We would've loved a better beach; the beach by the hotel was quite disappointing to be honest. The resort should invest in the beach to make it pleasant, we were not even able to swim there. Also to have more food options that are simple other than just the (delicious) pizza. For example, burgers, hot dogs, club sandwiches, and the like to eat for lunch by the pool would've been a super plus.

The room is clean, pretty big, and the view is fantastic. The bed is very comfy as well which is an extra point. The pool is pretty good as you can order the drink online. This hotel is great for family and kids and couple. Saw a great options for dinner buffet as well and they also provide daily activities for guest (great for kids).

As this is an older hotel (previously Nikki Hotel), I guess some of the things are not changeable. The Nusa Dua Lounge is located in a very weird spot. You have to go outside the lobby and walk towards the are full of villa. The view in the lounge is subpar as you are looking at a garden and villas. There are tons of choices at the breakfast buffet, but somehow, they all taste...meh... I feel that the bacon need to be cooked longer, the chicken sausage taste odd, the donut was stale (pretty sure for the day before). The pool is great, but you cant really see the beach or ocean once you are in the pool.

Pools were great - kids loved the slide. Unfortunately one pool and the spa was closed as there was ongoing construction. Breakfast had a great selection and was well stocked. We sat outside most days to enjoy the view. Hotel setting is great with some spectacular views. Rooms were spacious and well presented.

Aircon in room was noisy which meant we turned off at night. It was okay as wasn't too warm but if it was hotter this would have been an issue. Service is a little slow, especially at pool area where it took a while to get drinks. Hotel location is a not within walking distance to Nusa Dua town which meant you always had to catch a short taxi ride which was inconvenient. Food and drink prices were expensive, even for hotel prices and were at least 20% more expensive than the Grand Hyatt (Nusa Dua) where we had stayed previously.

It is a very nice hotel with breathtaking views, decent territory you can walk around. Food was also good, our favorite restaurant was the one on the beach, breakfast is to please anyone i think, chinese, balenese, european, 6 stations with lots of food. Kids entertainment is perfect, pool with a slide is a winner, but kids club is also a big support for parents who want to sip cocktails while kids are busy rock climbing or with arts and crafts. Rooms are clean. Location is okay, shuttles to Bali collection is nice option, although don’t expect you can walk around the hotel much.

Beach is not a beach as such, tiny spot to dip, but also not clean, plastic is all around after high tide and no one is cleaning it, not like in neighboring hotels people are constantly on the shore collecting garbage. So you spend time at the pools which can be crowded at times and also not very clean. Food is pricey, but it is 5 star hotel, so no surprise.

Breakfast was amazing! Staff approachable and very friendly. Pool side service and quality of food and drinks. Middle Eastern Buffet night exceeded expectations - just amazing.

The shower was dangerous in my room - very slippery and we had a number of falls. The pool tiles in the baby pool was very dangerous - slippery and chipped large stone on the edges. Pool side attendants needed at all times to stop undesirable behaviour like sand throwing and yelling by teenagers. Impacting the safety and experience of small children and adults. The pillows in the room were awful - flat and in dire need of replacement.

Location is superb just as how I expected it. The pool areas are astonishing! No need to get out of the resort as there were entertainment activities during the night and the surroundings in the resort is fantastic to take advantage of picture opportunities.Its definitely worth the stay.

The Hilton is a great 5 star resort, but if your after a bit of peace and quiet it’s probably not for you. Whilst my kids enjoyed the kids club, it was smaller then you’d expect given the size of the place and probably not fun for kids much older than 7-8. It also closed at lunch time for an hour. I think the resort wasn’t quite as well set up for kids as I would expect of such a big resort - the kids meals were very limited and not really for kids (no burgers, pasta or nuggets but instead grilled corn salad, charred Caesar bowl etc,) and they we’re playing very loud music right next to the toddler pool all day which was a bit overwhelming for the kids. They also only had very limited shuttles to ‘town’ even though their beach was closed the whole 6 days we were there.
