A very well kept, beautiful boutique hotel with a homely touch. From the location, to the available information in the welcome book and the information on the local places to eat + amenities this quaint place has such great service and a wonderful pool with enough sun exposure throughout the day There is a gorgeous rooftop which makes for a perfect view of the sunset. The room was spacious, the facilities well kempt and clean. Huge thank you to all the staff for being so attentive - especially Ayu, who organised a trip to Penida West sights for me with a local guide. The team can help with bike hire and other top tips of the island including boat trips, snorkelling, scuba diving and more! There is also a place to hang wet clothes on the balcony. Housekeeping was fabulous and generally the stay was just so great!

To start, the staff are all incredible and Ayu was there to welcome us with a smile and a laugh straight away, after checking in she offered to give us a free print out map and advice of where to go on the island, food recommendations and general travel advice regarding Nusa Penida. The place was clean and well looked after, modern appliances and fittings with free large 20l water in the rooms to save on plastic!! The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets so we slept well. Of course be aware, this is located in a larger Muslim population so there are morning prayers at 5am that you can hear from the nearby places of worship, however earplugs are provided free of charge and it is not too loud. We rented a scooter from here as well for 100k a day which was a good quality scooter with helmets and had a lovely time. The restaurant is also great!! We were surprised by how good our food really was, I recommend the banana split. All in all, very VERY accommodating staff and extremely friendly family atmosphere.

The prayer at 5am can wake you however earplugs are provided and this is no fault of the hotel.

From the minute I arrived to this hotel, everything was perfect, it actually felt more like visiting my good friends. Receptionist Ayu was very friendly and professional. She gave me lots of useful information. Ayu also arranged 2 of my day trips (snorkeling and 1 day west side island trip). I must mention Saka Boutique restaurant and chef Indra. I visited this restaurant daily for breakfast/lunch/dinner and must praise Indra as a chef. I really enjoyed food prepared by him. Big thanks mainly to Ayu, Indra and Ketut, as they made my stay wonderful, although I must say, that all staff at this hotel was really very friendly. This hotels location is very good, just 5 -10 mins from Nusa Penida Banjar harbour, so you don't even need taxi after arrival. Within short walking distance you can find shops, local market and other restaurants/cafe. I definitely don't regret choosing this hotel and would recommend it to other travelers. Hopefully one day I will return.

There is only one thing I didn't quite enjoy. Morning prayer from the mosque is really loud, so I suggest you bring good earplugs.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They organised scooters and laundry service for us. When we arrived we could store our luggage since we were too early for check in. A staff member explained to us what we could do/see in meantime. You could ask for anything and they tried to help. They even helped us getting a boat back to Bali. The room was nice, comfortable and clean. The staff cleaned every morning and changed towels from time to time. The room even had a water dispenser! Showering supplies were there. Air conditioning was fully working.

In the very early morning there were quite loud prayers in the mosque nearby. But the staff informed us about it and provided earplugs.

I stayed here with my family for 2 days. The hotel is very well located between the Maruti and Toya Pakeh Beach Ports. It's very convenient to go if you travel by Maruti Fast Boat from Sanur. The hotel is a bang for the buck. The hotel premises are very well maintained and has a cosy, calm and private feel. Rooms are very good, but could see a little maintenance as the walls have started to peel, but not a deal breaker. Rooms have all amenities such as TV, tea/coffee kits, kettle, 20 litre water dispenser and all required toiletries. We could not use the swimming pool but it seemed very clean and properly maintained. All the staff (also from their restaurant) are extremely polite, helpful, smiling and courteous. They make you feel welcomed and provide quick assistance with whatever you need. Special thanks to Ms. Ayu, who helped us book boat tickets to and fro Nusa Penida and also arranged a free drop and check in at the boat counter. She also helped us with all the accurate information about the Nusa Penida, Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Ceningan. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and approachable for any matter. She can help you arrange scooter/taxi rentals and organise tours at great prices. I would definitely stay here again if I plan to visit Nusa Penida again in the future.

The walls in the rooms need a little touch up. All good otherwise.

Close to the port so very easy to get to and no need for a taxi. The room was spotless and there was bottled water available for our stay. Ayu the host was the best part of our stay. She organised everything for us - a private car tour around the island, a snorkeling trip the next day and even organised our ferry back to Bali! Service could not have been better and I would highly recommend staying here if you’re spending a few days in Nusa penida

Nothing everything was great

The staff was extremely helpful. Ayu, the manager, was always smiling and helping in so many ways. She arranged our trips with an excellent taxi driver who is very patient and took us all over the island at a very slow pace. The facilities were extremely clean and the pool was larger than I thought. Good enough to do lap swimming. The location was perfect. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the ferry landing and close to all the restaurants and shops. I would definitely return! The only

Amazing location right in the centre of town, where all the restaurants and shops are. 2 minute walk to the port. We hired a scooter for 100k per day and the scooter was a really good one. The pool was quite nice. The staff here were so lovely! They offer to clean your room every day and there is a free water refill in every room which is great! Also a fridge in the room and a nice shower.

Fairly expensive but was lovely

The receptionist was extremely great with us because she organised our isle trip, laundry and snorkelling in few minutes! In addition the quality/price was extremely convenient in comparison with other similar structures during our trip in Indonesia

As other hotels in Indonesia, I wonder why, the door is not completely Tight-fitting with the attic so you can see the light enter through it!

The hotel was amazing! Great location next to the harbor. Our room was lovely and very comfortable. The pool and rooftop were both fab. We also thought the restaurant was delicious. However, it was the staff who made the place. Everyone was so friendly and we were able to book a driver, snorkeling tour and ferry back to bali with reception. All at very reasonable prices and lifts to the harbor. Overall the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Indonesia.
