We especially appreciated the high price/quality value of this hotel. It was the cheapest hotel during our trip in Bali and we did not see an extreme "downgrade" in our stay with respect to other hotels/villas in Ubud and Gili islands. Mariano was an excellent host and took great care of us. Swimming pool was nice.

It is important to highlight that the touristic infraestructure of Nusa Penida is not as developed as the one in Bali. Although we did not have stained sheets or overwhelming sewage smell (as written in other reviews), hygiene has margin for improvement, especially in the toilet. Breakfast had limited options but it was OK for us.

The staff were super awesome for organising our two days in nusa penida. We were able to book a private tour for the day around the island without any hassle. The location was good, however I would recommend organising transfer from the dock to the guest house rather than walking it! Food was yummy and the location was good. It is a little noisy with the preschool at the back, but that noise drowned out quickly.

The AC unit was dripping really badly and didn’t seem to be installed properly. There’s was some mould building up because there isn’t an exhaust in the bathroom. Hence the room got quite smelly from the high humidity.

Amazing place!! Quiet, peaceful and truly beautiful little spot. The rooms are really well maintained and thought out. The pool side was amazing but simple. But the staff, where to start... They are really friendly, efficient and overall really lovely people. They gave us from the first second of arrival until our departure one of the best services possible. Thank you so much!!

Just a little nitpick, they don't have many option for people with milk or other intolerances. Otherwise, perfect place!!

The hotel is located in a very quiet side street. The beds are extremely comfortable. the garden is well tended with several species of birds coming and going. The pool is very nice and very warm. There are only 5 rooms, which makes the whole atmosphere more tranquil. There is AC in the room and the rooms are spacious. The bathrooms are clean and the shower works well. The manageress was on call through WhatsApp during our stay. It was very easy to walk to nearby eateries (both local and international). for us, it was very conveniently located around the corner from our dive centre. We requested a double and a twin room next to each other and this was provided. We would definitely go back.

I asked the facility to arrange for a taxi from the ferry port but they were reluctant to help (we had all our diving gear with us). In the end, the dive centre helped us. We would not have been able to carry out luggage from the ferry terminal to the hotel as was suggested. breakfast was OK but more variety/fruits would have been nice.

The hotel is very nice, the staff was nice and tried to help. Location is also ok, not too far from the center.

The room had a very strong smell of mold, the bathroom too. The AC was not working properly, we asked the staff to check it but i am not sure they did anything. The WiFi didn't work at times and had very weack signal. Breakfast was average. But it's good value for money.

Comfortable room with lots of space and plenty of storage for bags. Included fridge and safe. Bed was comfy. Room was cleaned every day really well. Staff were kind and helpful. Shower was hot and having a TV was great. Good location to explore the rest of Nusa Penida. Restaurants short walk away.

Breakfast was basic but property was great value, having a breakfast was just a bonus.

Super clean, friendly staff, great location next to the port (walking distance). We also rented scooter at the guesthouse and they also provide laundry service. The pool is also really nice and clean with outdoor shower next to it. The rooms are nicely done, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is very clean. Everything is relatively new, which is not very often when traveling Bali and nearby islands. I would definitely recommend.

Super clean and spacious. Beds are comfy and ac is working perfectly. There was a construction going on outside from 8.30 am till 4 pm but they were done in the day we left. The amazing staff is helpful in any way and we felt welcome from the first second we got there.

There's a school right behind the building and it can be a bit loud in morning but it's not too bad

The place was good value for money. Lovely and clean pool area, comfy bed, basic, but sufficient breakfast, super friendly and helpful staff - we made a good friend with the young guy named Ma. He went out if his way to assist us with any requests(like scooter hire, hairdryer, travel suggestions, laundry services). We also rented a scooter from the property and it was well worth it! Location is also very central to shops and eateries and the harbour. Definitely recommend for budget travellers/backpackers. Not so much for families or bigger groups.

Just a heads up not a complaint: The bathroom is basic and has no window or “enclosed” shower so whole floor gets wet, but this is normal for Asian bathrooms and wasn’t too bad for a shorter stay. Other than that no compaints!

Ideally located for water activities and tours. Staff can arrange snorkeling tours at great prices including drop off at the pier. They also offer very reasonably priced driving tours for West Nusa Penida directly from the hotel. Very good value for money, excellent staff and good amenities. Cosy atmosphere.

Be aware that you will have to eat lunch and dinner in the village, as the hotel only serves breakfast.
