This was a haven of rest and peace hidden in bustling Sanur. This is a lovely, small boutique hotel. We asked for a hotel pickup which was free as we were staying more than three days. We were told our driver would have a red flag and a sign. At the airport there were hoards of taxi drivers all hustling for business - we wondered if we would find ours - we saw his red flag, read his sign and he was dressed in the light tan uniform all our Hotel staff wore. Very neat. At the reception desk, we were welcomed by very friendly receptionists. They explained everything we needed to know and took our order for the included afternoon tea which could be delivered to your room or served in the small outdoor, covered restaurant. The place was like a small tropical lagoon, lots of plants, trees, birdsong, soft balinese music, charcoal / incense burners. It was like living in a spa. Our room was very clean, our bed was a big four poster draped with mosquito nets which were tied back during the day and surrounded the bed at night. The whole property gets misted for mosquitos once a week as well. We never saw a mosquito the whole time we were there - we felt that the care the hotel took in prevention was the reason for that. The breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious The character of the hotel is spa-like and peaceful. Lovely touches like flower petals in a bowl of water in the bathroom wicker baskets, solid wood, stone tiles in the large shower, lovely scents everywhere all created a Balinese calm which was very relaxing. We didn't hire a car there but the hotel was happy to take us to the Sanur harbour in their people carrier for free. The small road outside the hotel was narrow and not busy, just a short walk to the main street which was busy, bustling and full of shops and restaurants. A new mall is a short walk away - it has a great open access to the beach behind it and beach walks along its paths. We loved our week there.

Stunning pool area, gorgeous large rooms with living area and netted 4 poster bed and large luxurious bathroom. Breakfast brought to your room and set up on your kitchen table. Use of bicycles, complimentary airport pick up/drop off service, Quiet small hotel off the main road. Masseur service in your room. Lovely breakfast.

The staff were excellent and very helpful.

The toilet was wobbly in the bathroom and as a result you could smell the sewage. We reported it but it was not fixed in time and the smell did impact the otherwise beautiful bathroom.

They charged us a lot of money for 3 items broken by our 2 years old (like 2x $15aud for a plate and $10 for a glass) and they had more items on the bills that we actually didn’t broke so we had to dispute it and that made us feel a bit inconfortable. We were ok to pay what we broke but not things we didn’t. They ended up taking it out of the bill but that left us with a bit of negative experience on our way out which was a shame after such a nice stay. Apart from that, everything was perfect

From the very welcoming Reception, each private Villa has a beautiful tropical lead up to the entry, so you know you are about to step into something special... Staff were lovely and attended to everything we needed... The Villa was so lovely and comfortable - with a number of spaces to sit and take in the peace and quiet... Breaky and afternoon tea were simple but enjoyable. We had a complimentary pick up from the Airport as we were staying over 4 nights - this was great! The Villa's are located just off the main road with plenty of eateries and shops - but quiet enough to be away from the hustle... We LOVED our stay and will hopefully be back to enjoy it all over again!!!

Really great staff make Nike Villas a very relaxing holiday. Our villa was very clean and spacious with a balcony (with table and chairs) overlooking the pool area. It's an older style more traditional Bali accomodation which makes for a very comfortable stay. Breakfasts very good, with afternoon tea and evening nightcaps brought to our room. It's 5 minutes walk to Sanur's main street where there are excellent restaurants. Lilla Warung (recommended) is just around the corner. Beaches are 10 to 15 mins walk.

Hot water in the shower was not working early on our last day - but it was fixed by mid-morning.

Exceptional service and devotion. Very hard to find a place that goes this far out of their way to fulfill requests. You can't get much better value for your money. Hotel is small and intimate and the everything revolves around the guests. We stayed in one bedroom villa with private pool and it was spacious and clean. Bedroom had ac and bed was very comfortable. Hotel has free trasportation in Sanur area and that was convinient when it felt too hot to walk a bit further. Hotel is nicely located on a peaceful road, just couple of minutes walk from shopping and restaurants. Also short walk to the nice and clean beach.

Property was amazing. Great private pool and super outdoor area. The common pool was also very nice. Rooms were very big and were tastefully decorated. Bathrooms were also very good: dual basin, shower and big bathtub. Beds were spacious and equipped with mosquito nets. The property offered very nice extras, like a daily drink with something sweet in the afternoon and evening tea with biscuits. Being able to be driven in their shuttle and getting us to the airport was super convenient.

Location is alright (close to many restaurants) but not super close to the beach. Breakfast was ok only (not very tasty and not so much choice). Outside area can get dangerously slippery with just a small splash of water from the pool. A different tiling would do wonders.

Beautiful, spacious villa with a lush garden. Excellent breakfast with many options to choose from, as well as a rotating afternoon snack and chamomile tea and cookies in the evening. The private pool was beautiful and it was so relaxing to lounge on the daybed. Bed is comfortable and the bathroom is like a palace in itself. The photos don't do this place justice. The shuttle service was excellent.

We were a little gutted on arrival to find that our relaxing holiday was next to quite a loud family. The staff did speak to them and noise was limited after that, but it is unfortunate that the one bedroom villas are placed in between the two bedrooms which have a higher potential for noise. That said, we never heard the next guests or those behind us - and the sound of the fountains does provide a fair bit of noise mitigation. Room was cleaned every morning and then set up for the night at dinner time. A little room for finishing touches - shower drain was never cleared and the shower didn't drain properly, sometimes some of the towels were missing and used toiletries were never replaced.

The staff were outstanding, always went above and beyond. Particularly liked: 1) Location - tucked in a quiet street no road or bar noise, but walking distance to beach and good selection of restaurants. Think this end of Sanur is better than south: 2) Pool is larger than most villas and deep enough to swim properly; 3) large bedrooms and bathrooms each with ensuite; 4) Have a driver who will take you anywhere locally; 5) Decent brekkie brought to room each morning.

Not many negatives. It’s not the newest of villas, hence there are some cosmetic defects like broken tiles and things like that, but it’s not a big deal at all. It’s a nice big open space.
