This is such a beautiful hotel. We really recommend a beautiful place in nusa penida because there isn’t as much to do on the island especially during the night and so a good hotel is totally worth it. The best parts were the massive villas and the amazing infinity pools with the view of volacones. My goodness we couldn’t stop admiring them.

The massage wasn’t very good and the massage room was very bright with no music and no insense

The place is disconnected from time, my family and I were able to enjoy the high-quality facilities. The bungalows are huge, and we had the pool practically to ourselves. Many travelers don't stay for the day. The service is impeccable, and ordering food and drinks from your smartphone via their website and WhatsApp is a future-proof hotel. The staff is extremely kind, ideal for families or groups.

You will need to rent a scooter or a car, as there is not much accessible on foot, but the hotel can provide a driver.

We stayed in private villa with a pool. The villa had the most beautiful veiw of the ocean. The pool and the villa were both huge and very comfortable. Beds and pillows both very comfortable. We ate in the restaurant in our first evening and the food was delicious. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful with booking us half day trips both on land and snorkeling. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for a short trip to Nusa Penida.

The only reason for not giving 5* is due to the limited breakfast options and that the overall finish of the rooms was in need of a tiny bit of tlc.

The View! Location and the pool were just stunning. Breakfast included was fab and the smoothie bowls were amazing. We were devastated when they ran out. Staff were all friendly and happy to help.

You couldn't charge any of the restaurant items to your room and one day we forgot to pay for a dessert and a poor staff member was made to pay for it that day and asked us to pay when he saw us next (this was because we moved and then ordered it a bit later). Felt awful for the poor man! It was quite expensive for Bali. 2 large bottles of water were $8 Aus and as you are quite out of the way of the shops, you can't pop down and stock up. It probably costs them a lot to get supplies to the hotel, though, so it's all relative.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and had a room with sea view and also the pool was just in front of our private separate villa room (609). This was our best accomodiation in the past 1,5 weeks. The staff was really gentle and helpful, it was easy to communicate as they had good english. The room and pool were clean. The hotel is close to the harbour, so you don’t have to pay a lot for the taxi. Motorbike renting is available at the hotel with good quality. They have their own boat, it’s worth to pay their taxi when you are leaving. They take you to the harbour, bring the tickets and this full service is for a a better price that doing it on your own

The only thing that can be improved here is the breakfast, as there was not enough type of food to choose from.

Great location 15 minute walk away from a harbour street. Boasting lovely hilltop views. Room sizes were very generous and offered lots of storage. Separating a living and bedroom space felt great. Grounds including the pools were very well kept. Bed was very large and comfy. Generally a very quiet place to stay! Buffet breakfast was okay - plenty of options including an egg station.

Some general maintenance was in order such as the wardrobe doors being evidently broken or the other doorways around the room. For a reason beyond us, the toilet had a distinct aroma.

- pool is amazing with an unbelievable view, staff were very nice, helpful and look after you. - Rooms are very clean and spacious. - large comfortable bed. The hotel offers a 24/7 taxi service which is like a golf buggy that can take you wherever you want at a charge. It’s usually there within 2 min of you asking reception. Can be more expensive than a taxi so price up both, but for short journeys such as into the centre it’s a good option.

The hotel was much better than we expected it would be. Location: It is very close to the town and the harbor but still very quiet and peaceful. Very convenient to go around even if you don't have a bike or scooter. Hotel: The first thing you notice is the beautiful pool and the amazing views of the ocean and Mt Agung overlooking the pool. We spent a lot of time in the pool and it was very relaxing. Rooms: We booked the suite and it was a very comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and AC was nice and cool. Food: We were so glad that we had a nice restaurant as once you enter the hotel, you wouldn't wanna leave. The food was good and the breakfast had quite a few options. Staff: The staff was very courteous and always ensured that we had what we needed to be comfortable

It was the best decision to stay here. A modern hotel with beautiful views. The apartment is spacious, beautiful, very comfortable bed. Mini bar and compliments in the room. Constantly maintained clean in the room and the entire hotel. Two chic swimming pools with beautiful views. Restaurant with a large selection of dishes. Delicious and varied breakfasts. The receptionists have given us two-day tours all over the island with a personal driver (special thanks to Lista and Ajus); arranged a transfer from one island to another while we could relax and think about nothing. Thanks to the professionalism of the reception team Yanti, Deklis and Sudipa. The most friendly restaurant team, constant in the positive and ready to help. Beautifull location, on top of a hill with a nice view from the pool area. Rooms are huge and AC worked very well. Fresh and hot water for shower. Restaurant from the hotel is good and price is not so higher than other places. There is a transportation from hotel to any place downtown for 150000 rp each way. Would highly recommend driver GEDE for the tours. Ask for his contact in reception. Our first driver was crazy in the roads.

Just the hassle to having to wait for the driver to go down.
