We have never experienced such thorough cleaning. While you are eating breakfast, the staff is already cleaning your room. And so every day - this is both a plus and a minus, because if you come back from breakfast before they finish, you have to sit outside and wait. It's cool that there is a restaurant and a pool next door, so you can calmly enjoy an evening sitting in a beautiful location. The view from the pool is amazing, and the location itself is very good to reach everything you are interested in quickly by scooter.

If you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you. There is no soundproofing. You wake up to the staff talking loudly, if there are louder guests, you can't fall asleep at all until you ask them to. Also, at 4AM, their morning anthem plays, which you can hear very well.

I stay in this hotel for short holiday with my gf, both of us loved this hotel so much. The room is clean and comfy. The staff is also kind and friendly when i'm asking about destination route. I also rent bike at the hotel to travel arround. The bike rent price is acceptable if you compare it with other bike rent outside the hotel. Ohh the hotel also have great views XD. I really enjoyed sitting by the pool watching the sunset with a cup of coffee.

The hotel was nice and clean, comfortable bed, quiet lovely pool area. The main highlight of our stay was the exceptional team that work at the hotel. They were so attentive to us during our stay. We were ill for one of the days and couldn’t leave the room, one of the lovely ladies working at the hotel took a trip to the pharmacy for us out of the goodness of her own heart, the staff made us food that wasn’t on the menu as we could only eat plain and checked in on us throughout the day. The whole time we were so pleased with how accommodating each staff member was to our needs and requests. Thank you so much!

This is a really nice hotel in Nusa Penida. The rooms are nicely decorated and modern, with lots of storage and comfy beds. There was a nice selection of drinks in the fridge in the room, which you had to pay for, and the free breakfast was good too. The pool area is nice, with views over the sea. Our room was on the ground floor and the view looked onto the courtyard with other rooms.

The location was quiet but difficult to get to, as there is no Grab (similar to Uber) on Nusa Penida, which means you can only get around by expensive taxis or renting a scooter. While this is not the hotel's fault, it did make it difficult to get to and from the hotel, and the walk was about 20 minutes but it felt longer in the heat!

Good location, not too far from ferry, best to take a car there as it's a bit of a hill and the roads can be tough with luggage. ( The roads on the Island in general aren't great). However, we did walk into town from hotel, and it wasn't bad. We booked the Junior Suite with Sea View, 2nd floor, the views were amazing, especially at sunset. Great pool, food is very good, ate a few meals there beside breakfast. The Staff couldn't be more kind and helpful. We rented a scooter thru them, and my husband had a bit of a mishap. When we got back to the hotel, they were so helpful in taking care of his minor wounds. So concerned and caring. AC was good, it wasn't in the bathroom but that was fine. If we ever went back would definitely stay there again

The staff was friendly, the food was good and the room was as advertised. We felt at home very easily.

I wasn’t entirely aware that the hotel would be up a very steep road and far more than 20 minutes by foot from the next beach. You definitely can’t walk on Nusa Penida, you need a scooter (only if you’ve driven before, they rent them at the hotel) or a driver. I also didn’t overly enjoy the very load religious chanting at 4 am but that’s not something the hotel could can change in any way and not their fault.

Everything was just amazing. Guys for the same price we booked some chalet in the jungle with geckos and too much noise and so dirty up the road 1 min walk, we had to cancel it and find something else. And we wouldn’t be much luckier honestly. Everything was super clean, nice rooms after good renovation, they have all the sanitary stuff you need, even slippers and bath robe. Nice clean pool, breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Thank you so much guys! We reallly loved it

Great view from the Junior suite. Pool was lovely, service was amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed, good layout in room with everything that was needed. Close enough to get to the main harbour within a few minutes drive.

Doors were difficult to close. Main door hard to lock. Bathroom had some water leaking from the aircon tube/pipe and it smelled a bit stale musty. Not close to the beach but that didn’t really bother me.

I have been in Indonesia for 1 month, this was definitely my favorite hotel so far in Indonesia! The best part was the owner and the staff were so warm and super helpful! I had an accident on scooter before and really felt bad. My legs were bruised and it was difficult to move. They picked me up from my last hostel for free. They also sent me to hospital, waited for me and dropped me off at the hotel for twice! The staff also gave me plastic wrap to cover the wound so that I could take a shower easily. Besides, the room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. All the food were delicious! Good services, every staffs had big smiles. Swimming pool is clean. Facilities were completed and very new. I definitely recommend for staying here! Also, the scooter driver they recommended was also a really nice guy and good at taking pictures. Words cannot express how grateful I am to all the staff and how much I love this hotel.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. They managed a taxi to pick us up at the harbour, the staff was very welcoming, and kind. Breakfast was tasty, Beds very comfortable, rooms new and nicely decorated.

The hotel is situated right at the main road, where there is quite some traffic in the morning (tourists in the private trip cars, lorries with soil.. ). In front of the hotel, there are electricity cables as you can see in the pictures, so it's a pity as it disturbs the nice view from the terrace.
