We Had A Wonderful Stay At Hotel Samuh Sunset. The View Is Absolutely Stunning, And The Staff Are Very Good And Humble. Leo, In Particular, Was Incredibly Helpful, Assisting Us With Our Stay And Planning Tours For Us. Highly Recommend!

Everything was really beautiful. Leo was extra helpful and the whole staff was flexible and amazing . We had a pool view and an ocean view from our room which was amazing!

The breakfast options. As someone who likes great breakfasts, I really think the options could have been better. The meal was okay ish satisfying but if you are someone who can’t satisfy yourself with an omlette and juice, the breakfast option would be better to have opted out .

Safebox could have worked, balcony doors didn't lock even though it's safe area. The pool had fair bit of oil in it we didnt go in (massage oil or from suncreen, not sure) photos of room and pool area were definitely better than what it was, maybe they were taken when it was built and since it has become a bit worn out but wasn't a problem, just set different expectations. Value for money was good because we got it at a black friday sale price but wouldn't have paid the full price. It's a bit far from town (10-15mins by scooter) you need a scooter for sure and the road was pretty bumpy. Again, didn't bother us but just good to know if you don't ride a scooter I wouldn't recommend as you would be paying up to 200k to go to town each time.

We had a great time! The bath and the view were fabulous, and there were bath foam and bath salt too! Room service was excellent, carried a fresh juice from restaurant to our room. Cleaning every day. Host Leo was really friendly and helpful. Told us what we gonna see in different places and where it’s better to go. Also told us what gas stations work early in the morning, we are thankful for that.

Wi-Fi connection was slow sometimes. And Google maps goes not show all little roads near the road that you use to get to the hotels so you can take a wrong turn, but a couple of road signs with the hotel name would do the job.

In general, everything was very good. The hotel has an excellent view, as you can see in the photos. The breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly. The only slightly negative thing is that the roads leading to the hotel are in terrible condition, but that's a general problem in Nusa Penida. However, you can arrive safe and sound with a local taxi. I don't recommend renting a motorbike here or driving at night.

It's clear that the hotel does the best it can with what it has. As constructive feedback, the water heater is very small. It's not what you'd expect from a hotel for one person to shower and then have no hot water left for the second guest.

Our stay was truly memorable! The room was incredibly spacious and offered a wonderful view with a stunning ocean backdrop that we just couldn't get enough of. Leo was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with arranging rentals and snorkeling activities, making everything so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Laix and Leo made us feel so welcome, we even got a welcome fresh juice drink. The beds are so comfy and the views from the balcony were incredible. Especially loved the bath tub on the balcony. Would highly recommend the Balinese massage at the hotel.

The customer service. Leo was amazing, catered to our every need. Rohman was awesome too guided us where to visit. All in all spectacular views from our room and great service.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel: it was not crowded, quiet, and peaceful. Leo helped us organize shopping and excursions, and we are also grateful to Dea, who arranged an early breakfast and a taxi for our departure! The entire staff was very attentive and helpful. 🙏🏼
