I came during raining season so not many people were around, but it was nice because i had the hostel to myself shared with one other person, so very quiet, nice place to relax, you can use the kitchen free tea and coffee, water to refill your bottle, I had such a good sleep, comfy beds. the owner picked me up from the ferry when I arrived she was so caring and kind to me, even made me a breakfast before leaving and made sure I was ok or needed help getting around, lovely view of the ocean and mountains, i enjoyed my stay and thanks to the owners!

Abit of the way if you dont have a motorbike, soemtimes hard to find the pathway, just a few options of food restaurants to eat at around

The facilities were clean and the hostel has everything you need. The rooftop is a great place where to meet other travellers and have a chill night. You don’t have to think about where you want to go for dinner, because they have a menu from where you can order on delivery delicious food, very cheap and without additional costs. The entire staff is extremely friendly and they try their best to accommodate all your needs. I was sick two nights of my stay there and a guy gave me ginger tea and a noodle soup to make me feel better, while Abi (the sweetest guy!) would always try to make me smile and gave me a free ride to the port.

Perfect hostel. First of all, you have an amazing view from the seating area over the bay and harbour. There is a full kitchen! Beautiful seating area to work with a view and good wifi! The owner is really friendly and will help you with anything you need to know. There's an open rooftop to watch stars. Good AC in the dorms, with 3 showers and 2 toilets per room! Really good price too! One of the cheapest accommodations on the island. It's a 2km walk from the boats or you can take a bike ride. There's scooter rental at the hostel for a good price and you can order breakfast that will be delivered to you!

The only negative thing is that the floors are a bit sandy.

-comfortable spacious beds -good shower pressure -lockers for personal belongings and big bags. So much space to lock up -amazing seating, perfect to read/work/meet people -amazing kitchen!! Fully equipped I cooked so many meals! -the owners are amazing and even dropped me off for my 7 am ferry :)

Top bunks have ladders that are a little too tall. I am on the taller side a struggled a little. Shorter person would have trouble. No big deal

The hosts are very welcoming, they came to pick me up and drop off to the pier. They made sure that even if I wasn’t able to drive a motorbike I could still see the island, they introduced me to another guest from my home country and we wandered around the island together. Scooter were available for renting btw. They provide some nice affordable tour and you can order food to eat at the place with no delivery fee. The common area is very nice and it’s easy to socialize. Kitchenette with fridge, kettle and free water refill. They also provide towels. Will book again.

Everything was fine but for the cockroaches in the shower but they are harmless.

Ecko is a super lovely guy, him and his family made me feel at home straight away! What a great find I've recommended his hostel to so many friends. Fantastic value for money, great facilities - social spaces, kitchen, rooftop with sunset views and perfect space for yoga. The local gym is 5 minute walking distance and the hostel is just minutes away from the town but enough out to still be relaxing. Love the new wall murals, ample spaces for bike parking, fresh sheets and towels lots of shower options.

Difficult to fault really, for Asia the hygiene is great

First off shout out to the owners! They are both awesome and super helpful! They go above and beyond even if you forget your phone when you're trying to catch the last ferry 😅 The location is a little out of town but worth it for the views. The motorbike rentals are good and cheap. Dorms are spacious, beds are comfortable with good ac/fan combo and wifi's good. Strongly recommend!

Everything was great!

Pick up from the port was very appreciated as I don't ride a motorbike. The place is clean and the family running it is lovely and helpful. It was easy to connect with other travelers there during my stay. The dorm are clean and well maintained in general.

Some improvements could be made : * oiling the metal bathroom doors so it does not wake up people when you use it. * mattress was quite bad for me. I am small and sink into it. Ended up with backache the next day. * breakfast on site would be a great thing. It was complicated without a motorbike to get food around.

This is a real backpackers hostel!. Ecko and Ecka, the owners are the nicest people and so easy to talk to! They really care for their guests and try to help you make the most out of your trip. Rooms and beds are spacious, have privacy curtains, space for luggage and everything you need. Rooms with a.c. Kitchen where you can cook, free coffee, tea and water refill. You can order food from the restaurant close by with free delivery. Big terrace with a beautiful view of the sea where you can meet other travellers and chill. 3 toilets in the room for 8 beds, pretty good. Scooter rental at a great price. If you arrive at the harbour close by they might offer free pickup and drop-off if they're available. They can lend you a snorkel mask and things like that. Overall great value for money, I had a great time here and will miss this place!

Please, don't expect a 5 star hotel from a budget hostel!! Facilities are good but basic. The mattresses are not the most comfortable but ok. When there's a lot of people in the rooms the toilets smell a bit. Things that for me are minor when you're having a good time.

The beds were very comfortable and I had everything I needed. The staff were excellent and extremely kind and accommodating. They helped me with booking tours, they collected us with late notice from the harbour and dropped us to a bar or restaurant if we asked. They helped me when someone accidentally took my bag at the harbour and gave me a ride.

Kitchen was quite dirty and floors of the dorm room was dirty so when climbing up into bed the dirt on the bottom of my feet was getting into the bed.
