This was my 3rd stay in the last 6 months at Naksa. I love the location, it is right in the middle of Sanur behind the old Hardy's market and 5 mins walk to the beach where you can head North or South along the beach path. There are 12 very comfortable rooms at Naksa (3 with little kitchenettes) 5 rooms are located upstairs with very private balconies. The downstairs rooms are located by the plunge pool which has a couple of small steps and is good for meeting other tourists and having a chat on your terrace. All rooms have a medium to large cold fridge, a large water dispenser (hit and cold) comfortable beds, clean sheets and towels, safety deposit boxes, tv with streaming. The staff at Naksa were amazing always so polite and smiling. Naksa also has a restaurant and convenience store on site. Breakfast and all meals in the restaurant are amazing, it even has other guests staying nearby coming in for meals. I travelled solo this trip and stayed there for 8 nights. I always felt very safe. Give it a go, wonderful value. I will certainly return. Thank you to all the staff for being so friendly and taking such good care of me during my stay.

The place & the staff are really really nice. . Even the warung Naksa next to it, nice breakfast & great staff. You can do everything by walk in the area. If you want to rest, chill, it's a great place. Also Go to Cosmo for a massage!

It’s the cleanest property I have stayed in during my two month trip. Exceptionally clean rooms including bathrooms. Lovely crispy white bedding, deep mattress, massive (brand new) fridge. We had our own water cooler, and the pool was actually cool and refreshing! Breakfast choices were great and the food on the restaurant was amazing. Cannot praise this place enough. Lovely people.

I came here based on the reviews and Naksa Homestay didn't disappoint. The room is small, but it's comfy, clean, and close to shopping, beach markets, mini mart right next door, a superb choice of dining options, all within a 5-12 minute walking distance of Naksa, depending on where you want to go. The pool is small but very clean and refreshing with pretty gardens. Naksa has it's own warung next door and the 3 options for free breakfast were very delicious. The warung also has a fabulous range on their menu and both the food and coffee are great!! The staff are helpful and pleasant. The filtered water dispenser in the room was a definite bonus. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet only minutes to the shopping and beach. Im so happy I stayed here, would definitely come back.

It was one of the few places in Bali where I have stayed that everything was in good repair! Super clean, new aircon, bathroom perfect (no dodgy tapware or plumbing) hosted my Made who cared for his property and staff. I ate at his warung right next door on many occasions and the food was excellent and really reasonably priced. My room was upstairs with a view over the rooftops. The place could get a little noisy due to the big heavy doors being slammed by guests. But this was a minor thing. I spent much time in my room and was happy to hang there as it was really comfortable. I had a personal hot/cold water dispenser and fridge. Such a comfy large bed with beautiful pillows. The room was serviced every day of I wanted. Great location and walking distance to other warungs/super markets and a 10 min walk to the beach.

Breakfast was nice, a voucher with three choices in the little warung next door. Location was also good, within walking distance to beach and the main street. Property was well maintained and super clean with friendly and efficient staff. A water cooler/dispenser where you can refill water bottles was provided in the room.

The property is quite small and while the rooms have enough space, you do feel very close to the other guests. It may not be the best place if you want privacy and a sense of personal space. The room didn't have any natural airflow and I needed to run the air con constantly to keep it cool. The water cooler was also intermittently quite noisy. The downside to the high level of cleanliness is that the room and ensuite bathroom smelt strongly of cleaning products and the smell didn't dissipate due to the lack of airflow. There was also a chlorinated pool just outside my window. If you're sensitive to chemical smells, I'd suggest booking a room away from the pool.

Location was great. Nice and quiet. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Nothing was a problem. Great facilities in our room. Large fridge, hot and cold water dispenser. Would stay again.

The Homestay is approximately 30 mins from 1 Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport. It is a short walk to the main road Jl Danau Temblingan where there's lots of reataurants, shops , supermarket, Karang Beach etc It is about 20 minutes walk to the famous shopping mall ICON Bali . The stretch of the walk way is well lit at night and its safe to walk, but look out for motorbikes. Next to this Homestay is a small convenience store and a small Naksa Warong where they served breakfast lunch and dinner too. We stayed 4 nights and for breakfast, I love their Avocado on Toast, its so yummy. The lunch menu has pretty wide choices and the prices are very reasonable compare to those restaurants on the main road. I would recommend their avocado juice, thick and creamy. The room is clean and the sheets and pillow are comfortable. They provide a fridge, kettle, TV, a huge wardrobe and two arm chairs in the room where you can sit to watch TV instead of sitting on the bed. They also provide water dispenser in every room. The bathroom comes with rain shower and the best thing I like is that the bath and toilet has a partition so you dont have to sit on wet toilet bowl. They supplied shampoo and body bath but you can bring your own if you don't like what is provided. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they all speak english. Will definitely recommend to friends and relatives coming to Sanur. I
