Padma Resort Ubud is, simply put, the best resort I have ever been to. The hotel grounds are huge and located in a lush jungle river valley. Common areas include (among others) an amazing pool with a sunken pool bar, a bamboo nest used for yoga classes and private dinners, a well-equipped gym, two very nice restaurants, a cocktail lounge bar, an incredibly atmospheric spa, a very nicely arranged garden with an animal farm, archery and golfing facitilies and a trully unique track going around the hotel and into the jungle itself. All of these places have been designed very carefully to provide both aesthetic appeal and functionality. Views are breathtaking wherever you go. The array of activities provided is simply impressive. The hotel has something for everyone. The rooms are very elegant, spacious and comfy. The cleanliness was impeccable. The food everywhere in the hotel was really good. The cocktails were masterfully crafted and the wine list was good as well. All these however, were relatively insignificant compared to the true highlight, which was the amazing staff. All of the people we met there were beyond kind, extremely helpful, always with a smile, they went the extra mile to provide us with the best experience possible and their demeanour was what made our day, every day. We would like to thank them all for these days. We were genuinely sad to leave and we hope to return some day, even though we live half the world away. To sum up, if you are looking for the perfect place to relax in the beautiful island of Bali, and you have a little extra holiday money to spare, look no further. Padma Ubud will probably be the best place you have ever been.

The only downside was that we had only 5 nights to spend there. More than a week would have been perfect.

The facilities were wonderful. Staff were friendly and approachable. The animal forest was a highlight of my family's stay. There were cows, goats, rabbits, otters and various types of birds.

From the moment i arrived i was impressed by the level of service and hospitality.the staff were incredible helpful polite-and always ready to assist with warm smile i was disturbed from noise in my room they promptly changed my room and later asked if i need higher floor to move also they put some sweets and card for apology also i want to thank kargana and abn and also sunarta and suwosta for always making our room tiddy and surprise us with lovely towel decoration also i would like to thank serati for all the support and always checking on us This place is amazing free activities and food is so tasty the place so calm relaxing and exceed expectations from fruit garden to river to animal garden the pool Jacuzzi What ever i say not enough for this amazing resort we will come to bali only to stay again there Thank you

Sipping on these creative concoctions while taking in the mesmerizing views made for truly unforgettable moments. Staff and Service: 5/5 The staff at Padma Resort Ubud were not only professional but genuinely lovely, creating an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile enhanced our overall experience, making us feel truly cared for and valued as guests. Dining Experience: 5/5 The culinary offerings at the resort were a gastronomic delight. Each meal was a journey of flavors, showcasing the richness of Balinese cuisine. The combination of local ingredients and expert preparation resulted in dishes that were not only delicious but also a testament to the resort's commitment to providing a memorable dining experience. Accommodation: 5/5 Our room was a sanctuary of luxury and comfort. Spacious and elegantly designed, it surpassed our expectations. The oversized bathroom added a touch of opulence, creating a perfect retreat after a day of exploration.

The resort facilities are great, the location is far from any city center, it’s great for travelers who want just to relax inside the hotel

Everything was great except one incident at the pool restaurant, My wife and I went for swim at the pool then ordered two juice drinks. As we were swimming, we didn’t carry the wallet with us, the lady who got the bill for us asked for the room number to add the bill on our account, she returned back and said sorry you have to pay either by cash or card. I had to sent my wife to the room to bring my wallet and I had to wait nearby so they can secure that my wife will come back with the wallet. That’s definitely gave us a feeling of being considered as untrustworthy.

- staff are wonderful - lots of free activities provided by the hotel ( yoga, outdoor biking etc) - pool area is nice - breakfast was great - hotel restaurants are nice - temperature here is much cooler than other parts of Bali. If you hate the heat but wanna come to Bali this place is perfect! Their heated pool goes well with the temperature as it can be a bit cold when the sun is gone.

-I booked this hotel mainly because the view looks amazing. But We probably got the worse room regarding it. We got the very corner room at the ground floor. Our balcony garden view was literally block by all the bushes. Room itself was nice but we don’t have much of a view. So we spent most of our time at the pool side which we can actually see the view. So if you’re booking this hotel for its mountain view make sure you request a room that’s NOT at the corner of ground floor. - it can get pretty cold at nice or super early in the morning. Do bring a small cardigan with you ( just an advise not complaining. We do love the breeze)

The distance to Ubud and other attractions is not ideal. Not much you can do about that, just plan accordingly

You have everything you need in this hotel. Best breakfast buffet I‘ve ever been, I recommend getting there early also to witness the sunrise. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The food were in very good quality.
