Not much to complain

This was a brand new building in Sanur. I liked the layout of the building and the kitchen was well stocked. The rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable. The drying rack area in the back actually dried your clothes as well because the heat from the water heater was blasting on it. A close 20 minute walk over to the beach and Night Market and restaurants.

I wish the pool would've had a shallow area. it was all about 5' deep with only 2 small steps to enter into.

Nice big rooms, very clean, new and modern. Staff very friendly and helpful. Small kitchen down stairs to make coffee or eat. Pool was nice and cool. Very quiet at night.

The property is on the other side of the bypass. Not far to walk to top end of town but you need to cross very busy road. No lift so need to carry bags up quite a few stair if your room not at ground level, staff will assist.

Room was clean, well furnished, bed was comfy, toilet was clean, shower was strong and hot. The common dining area and kitchen facility were excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

The driveway into the hotel was too narrow. Many drivers couldn't drive in to pick up clients, and if they dared to drive in, getting out was a challenge.

The cleanest property in Bali I’ve seen in the last 4 years 🩷. No bad smells. Well equipped.

Nothing to complain about. The only thing would be „architecture-wise“ that other guests have to pass the own „balcony“ to get into their room. So you have to keep the curtains closed in daytime if you want privacy. And me personally I prefer a bit more green at least at the pool area for a more natural feeling.

Well the bedding have stains ( i didn't ask to change bedding or anything, just hoping they won't charge me for somethingi didn't do), and they asked for 100k deposit ( I think) which i didn't understand why this was not mentioned before I made the booking.....I've paid in full before arrival.....

It is a very clear and cozy place. There is a delicious ramen nearby

We asked for a second chair in the room for 1 day. It could have been taken from the kitchen or another room (there were many free rooms), but the administrator just smirked and said that we had everything in the room that we paid for and did not help us.

The location was great, and the guesthouse was excellent as well as the staff. I stayed in a suite and I could honestly live there!!! A wonderful experience… Thank you 🙏
