Location is superb, walking distance to Departure Hall... Quiet , comfortable , cozzy & wifi is good as I can do my work uninterrupted... air cond is super cold, good , like it so that u can sleep soundly

Breakfast is not so happening .. some of the savory food were cold... too many Indonesian local food . Understand this is Indonesia but i guess international guest are expecting more international breaky standard . Bathroom door's handle are small knobs & I really struggle to hold the knob to pull open the bathroom door ! Some day some olds folks are going to trap in the bathroom glass door due to small metal knobs !! Please attend to this , this is dangerous ...

The hotel is located in Terminal 3 which means you never have to leave the airport to get there (but if you're in another terminal, you can take the Skytrain which is free and only takes a few minutes). The room was very clean and comfortable and there is a restaurant with some great food! The check-in process was easy and the staff are very friendly. You can also check out a couple of hours late with some additional cost, which was perfect considering my flight was late in the evening. Would definitely recommend it!

The location is PERFECT for in between flights, it’s literally in the terminal 3 of the airport. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Continental Breakfast is served starting from 2AM! And the full buffet starts at 6AM, super perfect! Special thanks for mas Adit for helping us with the luggage. Definitely will stay again

Not sure why extra beds can’t be reserved during booking. I asked several times but always get an answer that it can be arranged during check in but subject to availability… I was worried that extra bed won’t be available if I don’t reserve in advance, anyway we got our extra beds at the end so all good.

The location was perfect for us as we had an early (6am) international flight. The texted directions made it easy to find the hotel which was a short walk from the air train station in terminal 3. Our walk to the airline in the morning was very short. Hotel check in was quick and the room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and nice shower.

We asked it they offered alcohol in the restaurant and were told that alcohol sales were prohibited at the airport. Shortly after we saw a beer being delivered to another patron. In a follow up query of another server, we obtained a glass of wine and a beer. So a bit confusing in that regard.

Front desk employees were very polite and helpful. Location beside airport terminal T3 International was very handy and a short walk. This was our second stay which made it easy to find the hotel, note the hotel provides details to get there.

The signage to get to the hotel from the terminal could be improved. The hotel is called Anara, however the signage says Bandara hotel (meaning airport hotel) I now understand why some non Indonesian travellers find it difficult to locate the hotel. Better signage would be beneficial. The breakfast is good for Indonesians, however for a foreign visitor we prefer our food to be served hot. The restuarant staff were polite and helpful in heating my breakfast food up and the food does taste better.

location of hotel and directions provided made it easy to get to the hotel. Front desk staff were excellent and the room was comfortable and did not hear any aircraft noise. Except for the breakfast our visit was very good.

The breakfast (buffet) needs to be reviewed with respect to typically hot food "being served COLD" the eggs, beef (bacon, jerky was also too dry and tough), sausages, samosa (and other fried foods) noodle the taste was not nice as they were served cold, the boiled eggs once the shell was removed indicates they are many days old. The was a large piece of beef ?? near the entrance and did not look fresh and cold. Many westerners would not appreciate a cold breakfast food. With my health condition lots of toast and donuts are not a healthy choice when the food is provided cold. On a positive my wife enjoyed the hot soup and exotic fruits.

Not cheap, but compared to other airports, it was the case. People complaining about kindness of staff or hygiene : wrong. It was good. Stay in your own country, then. Good bed, excellent shower, no sound of other planes, big room,...

the food in the restaurant is too expensive. Not double from the prices, outside airport, but triple and more. Gentlemen of the management : this is Indonesia, not USA. When a water in the restaurant costs 8 times the price of the shops in Yogyakarta, where i live, then you are thieves. Breakfast choice was excellent

Super easy to get by as this is inside the Terminal 3, and recommend when you have a long layover in Jakarta. From the hotel, you can take elevator to parking where Grab taxi waiting spot is. This will make your life easy to get around the city while you are waiting for your connecting flight. Food • Had a continental buffet with a good spread, which was arranged in the main restaurant. • In room dining is possible. Accommodation • We got a deluxe room which in the first floor and request for rooms 130-139, which are very closer to the lift lobby. Value for money: • Value for money was satisfying regarding all aspects of the hotel. Facilities • All rooms had a Dental Kit, Sanity Kit, toiletries, towels and Bed Room Slippers. • Tea/coffee and Creamer are also placed in the rooms along with two 600ml water bottles and a kettle. • Every room comes with a TV and Hot/Cold water for showers. Modern bathrooms and separate safe keeping facility is also available. WIFI is also provided for every room and it is super-fast.

I emailed the hotel to request for one more night before arriving but didn't get a reply back. The receptionist was kind and let me stay in the lobby to wait until 6 am for the early check in. The restaurant staff was also good since they called to let me know if I wanted to eat lunch. I was so tired that I almost forgot to eat.

I only got a reply to my email requesting for an extra night the next day. If they replied earlier I wouldn't have sat in the lobby for five hours to wait for the early check in. My back now hurts from sitting on the chair. Everything else was great except for the email reply of the hotel.

The hotel and the room was nicer than expected. The hotel breakfast (available starting 2am!) was good and had lots of selections. The staff was friendly. Despite being an airport hotel, it wasn't easy to find even as I walked right out from the International Terminal. But once you know where the hotel is hidden, it's actually very convenient and you can easily back to the International Terminal for their many great restaurant choices.

It was my first time to Jakarta so I didn't realize that this airport hotel is only connected to Terminal 3 (International Terminal). I stayed at this hotel because I had a 6am flight from Terminal 2 (Domestic Terminal) which is completely separate from Terminal 3 and is not walkable with luggage. So you have to order a car in advance or use the airport taxi which was expensive (IDR 250,000 at 4am in the morning) for a 10-minute car ride. The hotel staff did warn me it would cost around IDR 250,000 so I don't think I got ripped off by the official taxi company, so maybe it was that expensive given the time of the day.
