Right in terminal 3 so you can wake up and go straight to check-in. Good enough for the airport rest, if you have an early flight. There is much more privacy and much quiter than a typical capsule hotel. Generally, I could stay there again if I had another early flight.

Be aware that the room is tiny. I had a backpack, but if I had a large suitcase, I think the only place I could open it was on bed. The door could be soundproof - I've heard the people walking and talking in the corridor. A bit claustrophobic without a window. Rather pricey for Indonesia and such a small room.

Perfect little room, just a bed and a bathroom but that was all I needed. Very clean and comfortable - I was lucky enough to get an upgrade as well which was a nice surprise. The 24h restaurant was also a big plus as I arrived late at night and was absolutely starving.

Two things that weren't great - directions to the hotel and the soundproofing. I managed to find the hotel after asking for directions but it was quite hidden away and there wasn't any signage. In terms of sound, the hotel is obviously in the terminal building, but all the announcements were very clear to here in the room which was quite disturbing when trying to sleep

Very conveniently located right in terminal 3 (hard to find though - 2nd floor and walk all the way across the food court etc and it’s on your left towards the far end. It is signposted there!). The central air con was effective, so I didn’t need to use the portable unit in the room. Corridors carpeted so that people leaving didn’t make too much noise with their luggage. Bed very comfortable. Staff were lovely.

Nothing( others have commented on the lack of windows but this was no issue for me, I just needed somewhere to sleep to break up the travel. Room did not feel stuffy or anything, it was very comfortable.

The hotel staff here are very accommodating and helpful. I really appreciated how Mr. Wahyu Yuna gave us a few recommendations of places to visit while we’re waiting for our flight, after he assisted us in smoothly checking into our rooms. There was a problem with our key card later that night but we were lucky to have had someone from the housekeeping team immediately come to assist us when he saw us struggling for a while. He contacted people from the security and reception team and we eventually got into our rooms to rest. Thank you for taking care of us!

Its a perfect place to stay when you are traveling and need to continue your travels the next morning. The amenities were very close to get a bite to eat or do a little shopping. When I fly there again I will definitely stay there for some rest between flights.

I had a hard time finding this place when I was coming in and going out. I think it was just me cause I was so tired from flying. I got turned around on where I was at when at the airport so I was very frustrated and even though I asked where you was located by a couple of people, I still couldn't find your location. Again I was very tired from flying. The pillows on the bed where very fluffy, to Big and I couldn't get comfortable. I'm used to lighter pillows and not as Big when I sleep. The Airport is huge and I'm not used to that.

I was pleasantly surprised and knew it was going to be a small room but it actually turned out bigger in size than half the accommodation I’ve stayed in in Italy over the last month of travel. Everything was modern, the bed was like sleeping at a 5 star hotel on a cloud. Luxury sheets, comfortable mattess etc. Two toothbrushes and toothpaste were provided (despite I only booked for 1 person). The room was very clean and had everything I needed for my 1 night stay. Kettle, coffee, tea and 2 water bottles. Staff were fantastic and helped me both up and down the stairs with my heavy suitcase and the location was perfect and easy to find. Lots of food places in the terminal next door to the entry where you could get food at 11:30pm if you were hungry. Shower was hot and strong pressure and exactly what I needed after 72hrs of travel to get back to Indonesia.

There was nothing not to like! Perfect for an overnight stay between flights. The aircon was super cold when I woke up though but it helped me move my butt in order not to miss my final flight. Apparently the aircon is set on one temperature for the entire hotel so I couldn’t increase the temp but I survived. Everything else was really great.

This hotel is in an excellent location for catching your domestic flight in Indonesia. As you exit baggage claim area at International arrivals, get the lift to the second floor, which is domestic departures. Section E, go to the food and shops area. Look for the 'Bodyshop'. It's easy to find, even when you're tired. After flying from UK, we had an early flight to catch to Sumatra. Check-in was a one minute walk from the hotel. It saved a lot of time and hassle getting taxis in and out of the airport. The shower was powerful, which was perfect after a long flight. Theres plenty of food options in the airport next to the hotel. Highly recommend the hotel.

The only thing that may be negative was the internal air con in the room, but honestly, after listening to jet engines for the last 16 hours, we got over it and slept. Check-out is quick, they take your bags to the front door and you're a minutes walk from domestic departures.

The location, for solo traveler who doesn't want to exit airport zone due to late arrival is very ideal. Very pragmatic!! Dont need to waste time to wait for a shuttle bus that usually ends with desperation for the guest. To feel safe is to be like at home. It's a home when you are exhausted after a very long haul n have no energy to continue. It was a home for a pair of hours.

I have grabbed a very good price in booking. If you pay more than a million of Rp.. it would not be a good option to reach anymore.

Great location, just inside Terminal 3, next to the domestic flight check-in counters. Very comfortable bed. The room was clean. The single room was small but just enough for me. The staffs were nice and helpful. The entrance is a little bit difficult to find, but there are staffs standing by near the entrance.

I enjoyed the facilities with some tweaks. The AC unit was loud and too cool for me, but I turned the temperature settings up until I was comfortable with the noise. The shower took time for your temperature setting to take effect. The shower did not drain quickly. The most annoying thing is that the floor is not equally level in different parts of the room.

The location is just so convenient as it's right on the Departure level at Terminal 3. The room though is small but clean, cozy and comfortable. For me, this was exactly what I needed to recharge myself after a long day, to get a sound sleep and be ready for my next flight. Just to add that the breakfast box that was delivered to the room was cute with all I needed :) I will stay here again... Thank you!
