I recommend anyone that has an overnight layover in Jakarta to use this hotel for a good rest and less hectic transit. My stay, although short, but was very comfortable and I didn't need to rush in the morning for the 6 am domestic flight. There are food options very close to the hotel if one needs a late night meal. The only downside is the transfer from other Terminals to Terminal 1 after 9/10 pm. The connecting train stops operating and the airport shuttle system is not easy to locate or understand for non-Indonesian speakers. It would be good if the hotel can provide clear instruction for guests how to go to Terminal 1A. I stayed at the same hotel in Terminal 3 before and although the one at Terminal 3 is newer, this one at Terminal 1 is more comfortable.

Booked this for my wife to stay overnight in the airport. Overall she was very satisfied with the hotel. The location is great because it's next to the shops and cafe's where you can get food even in the middle of the night. Also the hotel is next to the sky train which helps navigating between the terminals.

They have quite steep stairs which made my wife worried about bringing up the luggage but the staff member helped her do it's not really a negative.

Because I only stayed for less than four hours a night when I transferred to Bali in Jakarta, I booked this hotel in Terminal 1 before departure. As a result, when I got off the plane in Terminal 3, I looked for this hotel everywhere and asked about 10 staff members. Some of them told me that I could get there on foot, and some told me that I had to take a taxi. Finally, I knew that there was also this hotel in Terminal 3, but we booked for Terminal 1. Anyway, if you leave in Indonesia, this hotel is the best hotel for overnight stays. You can walk 5 minutes to the departure hall. It's very convenient. It's just that there is no elevator. You need to carry your luggage to the second floor.

They upgraded me to a superior room for free. I came around 2 AM and was super tired, but the staff helped me take my luggage upstairs. The facilities are just enough for a short stay while waiting for our next flight. They provided 2 bottled water, a water heater, tea, sugar, and coffee. They also provided me with clean towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, and soap. I slept for around 6 hours without any distraction and woke up refreshed.

Only the location that is upstairs and no lift to bring our luggage. But the staff is happy to help so it wasn't a big problem.

We needed a place to stay because we had a late flight from Medan and our flight back home was the next day in the morning. This was the cheapest from the airport hotels and most convenient. We were in Indonesia for 20 days and this was the best hotel. We couldnt stay more because we ran out of time but if we had more time we would definetly stay here. Great wifi, great watter preasure, amazing beds, amazing staff and they even have a small snack bar. They even have a kettle in each room. I had the best flight back home because i woke up 2.5h before my flight, took a shower, made tea, packed all my stuff and has a 10min free train to terminal 3

Nothing really maybe a little noisy when other quests walk past your room but easily fixed with earplugs. Also light enters under the door but you can block this with a towel

I really liked that in this tiny room without a window, for little money, there was everything you needed, including 0.5 water, a kettle, tea and a toothbrush with paste. I hadn't planned to stay, but the flight was rescheduled for the morning, so I didn't have any of the essentials. I found everything I needed in the room. toilet and shower are fully equipped. Staff is polite and pleasant. Not rich, but very clean and comfortable. (I had almost the cheapest option, only the chair was cheaper)

I order an outcall massage, this was the first time, the counter stop my guest from going to my room, asked me to come pick her up in the lobby. very embarassing, people are staring as if im trying to do something dirty. very dissapointed. i dont think there was a need for that. there are real couple who entered the room too, why are they not stop or question.

The hotel was very clean and everything you need really for one night sleep at the airport. The air conditioning was working and I could set the temperature I wanted. Hot water in the shower. At terminal 1 so if you fly from there it’s perfect. I took an air train to get from terminal 3 to terminal 1 around 10pm and it was still running.

The room was tiny, but as I said enough for one night.

Planes delayed. So had to find quick accommodation for the night. Outside domestic terminal. Decent food places outside. Lots of options for taxis outside Clean and comfy Decent coffee on sale in reception area. Coffee and tea in room

Aircon linked to airport so no control. Heaters available at reception if needed though. Extra blanket may be a good idea
