I recently stayed at this hotel for nearly a week and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent—convenient and easily accessible to nearby attractions. The hospitality of the entire staff was truly commendable; everyone was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. However, I would like to offer a couple of suggestions for improvement. First, adding a fitness center would be a great enhancement for guests who wish to maintain their exercise routines while traveling. Second, I noticed that the breakfast menu remained the same throughout my stay. Introducing a bit of variety on different days would greatly improve the overall dining experience. Despite these minor points, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would consider returning in the future. Thank you to the staff for making it a comfortable visit.

All is well

We were picked up straight from the airport and taken to the hotel which was less than ten minutes away and still inside the airport. Ideal for an overnight stay before our internal flight the next day. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms clean and fairly modern. Food in restaurant was good and well priced. Good choice for breakfast. Easy to jump on SkyTrain for our train the next morning. Staff were friendly. Good shower. Good value compared to some of the other airport hotels. Airport pick up was included and very efficient.

It took nearly an hour to be checked in and we were all exhausted. Just a lot of people waiting and not a great queuing system. This needs to be improved.

The convenient location at terminal 1. The room was nice and of good standard.

It was not that easy to get to the hotel at terminal 1 from terminal 4 where we landed. The airport crew told us we could take a shuttle bus, but all the shuttle buses were full. Finally we found out that the shuttle bus was actually mainly for the airport staff and that was why it was full. We tried to walk to the hotel but it was not possible. We ended up taking a overprized taxi to the hotel, which took 2 minutes. Felt very silly and unnecessary.

We stay in this hotel many times already, bed are comfortable, rooms always clean. Toiletteries in the bathroom complete. Food is fine and room service great. Breakfast served since really early morning and everything good.

This time no one pick us up, even was my request. My flight was delay, we supposed to arrive at 6pm but we arrived at 10 pm. I informed the hotel about that, but I never received an answer and no one was waiting for us, me and 2 kids. Once at the reception I ask for the morning transfer to the Terminal 1, that is include on the hotel price, they said "sorry, shuttle is full, you can call a taxi that will cost you around 200.000 IDR" I think that an airport hotel, big as this is, must be ready to prepare in case 2 shuttle. I'm an hotel owner too!

Great location directly into terminal 2. Nice staff and comfortable rooms with views on planes taking off and landing. Plenty of restaurants in the terminal so not a bad place to stay when you wait for a departure or when you arrive a bit jet lagged. Overall a good value for money.

Small stairs without elevators so you have to carry your luggage, although the staff always offer to do it for you. Airport hotel so naturally a bit loud in the morning when people catch their flight. Airport skytrain (=shuttle) is closed after 9pm so you have to take a shuttlebus to reach the hotel if you are not arriving in terminal 2.

Close to gate for my local flight so I can wake up much later than when staying in another hotel. Breakfast from 3 at night till 9 in the morning. Super convenient for those that have to catch very early flights. Sufficient diner options and reasonably priced. Water cooker in the room so that I could make my own tea. Room has tv with international channels which was useful as the world seemed suddenly to be on fire and it is important to follow.

Very easy to find as it's inside terminal 2. Very convenient for an early flight or late arrival. Drinks and food available. SkyTrain shuttle nearby takes you for no charge to other terminals and the train station (or bus when it's not running (train shuttle runs 6 am to 9 pm). Staff friendly. Breakfast has local and international choices. Bed is comfortable. Air-conditioning worked well.Bottles of water provided on arrival, which is good as you are advised not to even brush your teeth with the tap water. It's very quiet considering you are near the runway

Towels a bit small. The airport is a long way from the city, just to be aware

Friendly staff and good breakfast but beware of too much pepper in the foods they serve :) You can't reach the hotel on your own, you have to take a shuttle bus which seems to be always there but you have to agree with the staff on time etc because it's not on the parking lot waiting for you. If they know when you arrive and get a confirmation you need the shuttle, it will be there. So for me it was a challenge to arrive there because this shuttle situation was a bit unclear.

Shuttle bus has too be arranged in advance otherwise it won't be there, especially if you arrive at night.

This is the best place to stay if you need to stay near the airport, the convenience is unrivalled, it's right next to the skytrain so you can get to any terminal. The breakfast is good and starts at 3am so you can always have it even if your flight is very early. They are very flexible and you can pay to stay an extra few hours if you need to (as I did). The room is comfy and you don't get any airport noise.

Decent hotel, clean, comfortable, located in terminal 2, so practical for travellers to and from terminal 2. However, it takes 10-15 mins by shuttle to terminal 3, and shuttle goes every 1/2 hour, so not so handy for terminal 3 travellers; you would be better off to book d'primahotel Airport Jakarta Terminal 3 Wellness Center Hotel as this one is located immediately in terminal 3 departure area. Plus, staff coordinating shuttle is unreliable and laid back; they did not wait for us at arrival as agreed and confirmed by them.
