The staff was friendly and went above and beyond every time we had a request. When we arrived we were given one room right away and the other two rooms at midday. During the week we saw that they did this in general to try to accommodate people as soon as possible, since the ferry arrives early. The menu is basic and tasty but for more than a night or two we were looking for variety and we had vegetarians in our group so we went to the local market to get items and the cook was very accommodating! He would make dishes off the menu based on what we brought from the market (grilled fish, squid, great soups and for the vegetarians, tofu dishes) and the charge was very reasonable. Good snorkeling off the dock right out in front of the property. Also the resort arranged a boat trip to go to nearby islands with nice reefs, soft and hard corals, variety of fish, sea horses (no turtles seen), and visited a beach and a sand bar - the date and time was based on the weather (so we didn't have to go out when it was rainy - we waited for good conditions) and we had a great crew!

We liked everything but it depends on your expectations. It's a good value and swimming and a reef right out front so we were happy to have rustic rooms. If you are looking for something new, fancy, a bar, dancing or a buffet breakfast, or a nice sandy beach in front, or lots of foreign tourists, this isn't it. The water is clean and the visibility on the reefs is good in front of the property. There is also a small beach area to the side, with some lounge chairs. The water is clean but we saw in the nearby islands some floating rubbish (plastic) that gets tangled in the mangrove roots. So it's not a pristine area but the water is clean and clear.

Love the location. You can find coral and colourful fish just very near from the beach. The location is also very quite, we loved it. The reception was very nice and very helpfull.

We booked all the Tent, and it seems, the one that closest to the beach very much deserves an upgrade. After the second day, we got used to the humid smell from the room. They have very good system to order food from a QR code. Unfortunetly, the girls in charged were busy playing with their phones, they just noticed they have my reservation not until i came to checked because it took too long. (the computer/machine is just in front of em). The signature ice coffee were very weak to be called signature coffee. It was just bland. Very Unfortunate.

The island is very calm and perfect to avoid big crowds of tourists with super smiley and friendly locals. The resort is peaceful and right at the edge of the island with the staff organizing day activities to see the sandbars in the middle of the sea and suggesting snorkeling also for beginners with free masks to use. The food at their restaurant is delicious and the sunset is indescribably good. We had a pleasant experience.

Could add an extra sheet for the duvet cover on the bed.

The seribu team are absolutely amazing and can help with anything you need. Fantastic location for a quick getaway, lots of room for the whole family, budget friendly, in a beautiful island with great local food and drinks. Snorkling at the front of the resort was awesome and easy. Restaurant was also good. Great view with everything in walking distance. Jetty and small marina at front of resort is clean, great for watching the sunset. Thank you and we look forward to staying here again.

we stayed in a tent which was great. good air conditioning. hot shower. nice seating area. food was good. had really cold beer!

rubbish. although the hotel tried to keep the rubbish tidy locals would just walk through and throw rubbish everywhere. the sea was bad early in the morning and again locals just throw their rubbish on the pier in the sea. you go diving and you have to swim through rubbish to get in. the sea obviously isn’t the hotels fault but still their beach area is.

we like the beach, location of resort and tour.

there were many plastic rubbish like bottle, plate even there were 2 baby diapers. Maybe they came by wawes but the manager of resort can arrange one 1 stuff for cleaning around resort and beach. the second thing is there weren't any hand soap, shapoo and any hanger or storage place or furniture for clothes. We rent 2 rooms, one of is family room the other is tent. Tent was better, just come inside or outside was a bit difficult

The resort is small, but cozy. It is quite basic, but wonderful for a few days relaxing (no tv 👍🏼). The only bad thing was the amount of mosquitoes in the room. But I loved it overall.

This hotel was very comfortable and clean. The staff were outstanding and very helpful. Breakfast was great and I loved the nightly BBQ. Actually lunch was also very good. Having tried both room types, I actually recommend the deluxe double rooms over the tent. The tent is bigger but very hot even with the AC at 16°C. The outside "patio" was way too hot for me. In contrast, the deluxe room, made of wood, was much cooler as was the big balcony. Personal choice, both rooms were nice. Being bule, prefer cooler room. 😁 Very relaxing break. Private beach access was fantastic.

For the price, you cannot fault this resort. I have no complaints.

There are so many mosquitoes outside the tent so we can't open the tent to avoid them coming inside.
