The location was perfect for the Tirta Gangga Water Palace, as it was about 2 minutes walk away. It also has really nice scenery amongst the rice fields. The staff were really friendly and helpful - they even organised a breakfast box for us when we left early one day. Room was a really good size & it had a terrace to sit on. Bed was very comfy too.

The door had a few small gaps around the frame when it closed, so it wasn't 100% mosquito proof. We never had any in our room, and we found many places across Asia like this, so its not solely this hotel.

We loved the location. It is less than minutes to walk to Tirta Gangga for a look. We had already visited Tirta Gangga twice before so we booked this for purely relaxation and that's what we got. Only 6 villas so very quiet. Most of the time, being low season, we were the only ones staying here. The pool is awesome, looking out over a creek, rice paddies, banana palms and local people going about their day. The rooms are big with a huge bathroom and a kitchen area with a big fridge. The verandah was just lovely to sit on and watch the world go by. We walked up the road and found family run warungs for lunch and dinner that also sold water, soft drinks, beer and snacks. The restaurant was good, breakfast was big and delicious. People come in for lunch on tours to Tirta Gangga but we still felt like the only people there. We had a fabulous stay.

The room was lovely and comfortable! We had direct views to the rice paddies. The bed was the most comfortable bed we slept on in three different locations in Bali! The cabin had a really nice outdoor deck with chairs and table - the staff brought us our dinner here on the first night. The resort is small and really beautifully done - the garden, the fish ponds etc. There is a decent size swimming pool which we made good use of. The resort has a restaurant which came in handy if you’re exhausted after a long day. The staff was fantastic!

The breakfast included was quite basic and could be improved. The restaurant food was a bit basic overall and quite simple, however all the restaurants in the area were much the same. It was still really good to have a restaurant on site and not have to travel, and the restaurant staff was lovely.

The staff were amazing! So friendly, polite and helpful! From reception to security, everyone went the extra mile and really made us feel welcome! It was the little things that the staff did that really made our stay special... When my partner told a staff member about my love for elephants, we returned to our room to find a freshly made bed with clean towels in the shape of a elephant. The staff offered to clean our room daily, and respected our privacy when we remained in the room sleeping and chose not to have it cleaned. The location was very peaceful and the staff were helpful with organising transport for tours etc.

There could have been more options for breakfast, i.e. continental options. The WiFi was patchy, it kept cutting in and out and we would often have to disconnect a device so the other could have better usage. Some of the other guests were a but disrespectful with noise curfews but that's to be expected as it tends to happen everywhere!

The room and service were amazing. To be honest, this exceeded my expectations the most. We booked this for just one night to cover east Bali locations like lempuyang temple and tirta ganga. (instead of traveling from ubud at 4 in the morning ) with the expectation that it will be a basic place (for the price point). But we were pleasantly surprised by the room - it's quite luxurious. Service is good too. Staff were very polite. There's a nice garden like scenery and pool outside the room. Wish we had stayed here longer! Hotel also arranged pickup from sanur port and local day trips via cab. Driver was very nice. They also have scooter / bike rentals

This place was just incredible. We had a really spacious room, with a balcony overlooking the rice fields. It feels luxurious and serene at the same time. Our 8 months old son was able to crawl around our room quite safely without getting stuck in any furniture. The staff is amazing. So friendly and helpful. Our room was always perfectly cleaned. The service is great here. They have a great pool, beach towels are provided. Taman Tirta Gangga is just a five minutes walk doen the street.

The place was clean and well-decorated, with all the amenities, fridge, safe, outdoor porch, ... not tv but don't need it as there is a place to relax. The swimming pool was very cool too, and at the time we visited not many people around. The place is not very big, not many rooms, which we liked, so is not overcrowded. They also offer scooter rental.

There is not much around, just a few warungs near the road, and next to the entrance of the water palace, nothing much to do around. Also, it seems that a few birds have made their nest on the roof so they make noise during sunset but didn't bother much during the night, which I guess is part of the charm. We found the prices of drinks and food being a bit high for the area, but I guess they charge more due to the location, being close to the gate of heaven. There is no reception service 24/7 so you need to plan ahead. We didn't know and we needed to leave early the next morning but in the end, it wasn't a problem because all the other staff there were very friendly and helpful.

We were amazed by the view, it's stunning. And the villa was built last year, so it's really new and decorated with a lot of taste. It was perfect, and beautiful. The location is a 2 min walk from Tirta Gangga, so it's easy to go visit it before all the tourists. The A/C was working well. Cleaning can be done everyday. It's also possible to organize transports (taxi/motorbike) from the reception. Highly recommend this place, a true gem! Thanks

The rooms are as shown in the pictures. The pool is nice, but quite cold and there are only four daybeds. The food is ok. We got a free upgrade.

The location is close to Tirta Gangga temple which is convenient. Other than that, there is not much around. The hotel is ok for a one night stay but would not to stay longer.

What a lovely place, just up the road from the water temple (beware of the narrow bridge on the road outside) We had the roof top room looking over the pool and rice paddies, could not fault it. Staff were attentive and sweet. Nothing was a problem. The restaurant onsite was nice, but a bit pricey. If you are on a budget there is a lovely Warung just up the road opposite the entrance to the water temple.
