I loved everything about this place. So much so I wanted to stay an extra night but it was fully booked, so instead I booked another 3 nights for in a month’s time 😊 It’s exactly as it looks on the pictures. Very cosy and sweet. If you want to press your reset button, this is the perfect place to do it. There’s even a mini gym, a yoga instructor and massage available. I didn’t even leave the property the whole time I was there. I was there for 2 nights

Not much to say! I didn’t go out and explore so can’t say much about if there’s food close by outside of the resort or not.

Completely away from everything and everyone. Only nature around and 5 of your neighbors - there are only 6 houses. In the distance you can see the sea on one side and hills on the other. The first beach is only 5 min away with a motorcycle. The pool is fantastic, water was pleasant and had no smell of chlorine. Ac worked perfectly, wifi worked perfectly. The owners can cook you some food for normal price. The nature is absolutely beautiful. There were no mosquitos!

The breakfast offers only one option: coffee/tea, jouice and a pancake (with or without banana). My husband was still hungry. So don’t go there for food, go for the nature.

I recently stayed at a villa in Lumbung Seraya, Bali, and it was amazing! This place is like a hidden paradise, run by the friendliest family you could ever meet. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel right at home. The villa itself is gorgeous, with a perfect mix of traditional Balinese style and comfort. My room was spacious, clean, and had the most incredible views of the surrounding rice terrace. The beautiful infinity pool added to the atmosphere of the space making it a relaxing escape from city life. One of the best parts of my stay was the toursthey organized. It wasn’t just any tour – it was a full-on cultural immersion. We visited several beautiful temples, each with its own fascinating history. I even got to try local street food recommendations and visited a local market. Walking the grounds of the water palace was a must see. The strong waves at virgin beach also made the experience that much more memorable. The family knew so much about these places, which made the visits even more special. They also took me to some stunning nature viewpoints. The views were out of this world, with lush valleys and distant mountains. These trips were both energizing and relaxing, letting me really connect with Bali’s natural beauty. The transportation was super helpful! Since Grab doesn’t work in Bali and I cannot drive a scooter the family helped me explore the area and go to the local restaurant Warung Chic. Overall, my stay at the villa in Lumbung Seraya was unforgettable. The tranquil setting, the warm hospitality of the family, and the immersive cultural tours made it a perfect getaway. I left feeling refreshed and with a newfound love for Bali’s culture and scenery. Can’t wait to go back!

Waking up to the rice fields in East Bali makes you forget all the troubles of the world, the serenity it provided during peak tourism season in Bali was also unbeatable; it gave me space to re-balance myself nicely as a traveler after my busy sightseeing schedule in other parts of Bali. The couple who cooked for me every morning and evening at the villa was lovely, kind, warm hearted and caring, spending a few simple days with them filled my spirit with gratitude.

Location was a bit hard to find, but not a big deal for me; steep stairs to get down to the villa so be prepared.

I had such a lovely and peaceful stay here! I extended my stay right away. The room is comfortable, and I loved the view over the pool and rice field. The shower has a great pressure. Very kind, welcoming and accommodating owner. There's also a food menu at the villa. One of the places I loved the most during my trip in Bali!! I'd definitely come back here to relax and visit the temples nearby.

Nothing! Things you may take in consideration is that the location is a little far from everything and it's a steep road to get to the villa (cars can still make it). I didn't have any issues getting a driver (Gojek: car or scooter) here but it could take some time for them to get there. They rent scooters here though! The hot water in the shower doesn't last long but it was fine for me.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful and have to say that definitely save our impression from Bali. The resort is small but offers everything that u need for perfect relax. Especially the swimming pool with the amazing rice terrace and sea view. The food options were limited, but definitely very delicious and if u get used to Asian style of sharing dishes, u gonna be very happy with it. And the pancakes for the breakfast were just unbelievably delicious 👌🏽 And what made our stay the most memorable was the owner Gede and his lovely family. They were so welcoming and helpful. Gede went with us for great trip to see nearby temples and as well drived us safely to the airport with nice stop in the chocolate factory, for which we asked. All in all, we were so pleased and happy to even extend our stay for longer than we originally planned!

Location - a little remote however very peaceful and a way to experience a little nature and real village life. Able to hire a scooter here which was easy to ride in the less busy streets here but best to be back before gets very dark as no street lights. Scooter hire Pool - large, warm, and clean Rooms - basic but clean and comfy Views Dinner - well priced and really good fried chicken. Price

Remote - a little remote which is good for experience but also means less public transport and sometimes pricier taxis, very dark streets at night, and tourist locations a little further away. Without scooters would've been a little difficult. Basic - no kettle, fridge, tv etc however you can buy coffee cheap and very good coffee. Plus for the price can't complain. I would still recommend for a few nights to see the area.

We stayed at Lumbung Seraya Villa’s with our 2 kids (13 and 11 years) for 2 nights. The villa's, all built by the lovely owners themselves are nice and comfortable and do have a stunning view. It’s a wonderful, quite place and the only thing you hear is the sound of nature. The meals they serve are simple but good. Breakfast starts with fresh pancakes or Nasi. All family members Raka his wife Lucie and Raka’s parents do their utmost to make your stay unforgettable. We can absolutely recommend this accommodation.

If you are looking for quiet, peaceful seclusion in verdant countryside offering both sea and mountain in close proximity, then this is your place. The amenities are all to a standard in keeping with the simplicity of the resort. This is not in a grand scale, rather it is for those craving space away from the hustle and bustle and the coming and going of endless tourists. No noise, no music, just the sounds of the jungle and the ever- flowing river... Gede and Sri, the husband and wife owners are the epitome of gracious hosts and whilst again on a simple scale, offer everything you might need. There is even a quiet place that serves as gym cum yoga studio cum meditation room, set under the property with views along the valley.

Perhaps a little more variety on the breakfast side? Other than that, everything exceeded expectations.

Secluded and stunning. Not too far off the track but far enough to be private and amazing. The family run retreat is brilliant, friendly, comfortable and I’m keen to visit again soon. The food was fresh and tasted great, the price was great too. Views to die for, pool was stunning. I can’t date this experience highly enough.

Everything was great. If travelling with mobility issues or small children, there are steep steps, hills and stairs (at times) without handrails. Might not be the best fit for that.
