We only stayed one night so we were able to catch the fast boat to the Gilli's the next morning. Very comfortable stay, lovely pool and excellent breakfast. Was perfect for our overnight stay. Excellent location to meet the fast boat.

It was disappointing that we pre-booked transport from the airport to the hotel however the hotel forgot to send a driver to meet us so we had to organise a driver last minuet outside the airport. Maybe if doing this in the future I would check in with the hotel via messaging on the app or thru WhatsApp just before flying. When we contacted the hotel thru WhatsApp from the airport communication was difficult.

Amazing delicious breakfast, staff in restaurant were all very friendly with big smiles. Room was very clean and comfy. We also booked the taxi pick up from airport through the hotel, the driver was super friendly and sent us his location via whatsapp. all worked out perfect. Hotel was a bit overpriced for what we got compared to others we stayed at, but it has convenient and close location to the ferry pier to take the Ekajaya ferry to Gili Air. We could walk the few meters to the pier with our luggage. They also offered luggage storage as our ferry departed late.

The hotel has a really nice vibe, Very relaxing! We stayed one night just to take the boat to gili trawangan! They booked the tickets for us and they explained everything in every detail at our check in! The fast boat is right in front of the hotel! We ate there and the food was really good! We had an experience during our stay! They called everyone during the night because there was a big fire close to the hotel! Everyone had to evacuate the room! We stayed in the hall, they were very kind and helpful, they offered water and fruits! Even in this situation they really make you feel safe and comfortable!

We really liked our stay here. Being a diving resort we thought it might have more of a hostel vibe but it was lovely and quiet. The location is really good right by the jetty to get to the surrounding islands. The beds were really comfy, spacious bathroom with a big hot shower. The food in the restaurant was good and although we didn’t use them personally there are two pools and a spa. I would recommend staying here.

The main pool area, while lovely, was completely shaded with little seating. The front pool was slightly sunnier but had so many bodies laying on the ground around the pool due to the lack of sunlounges, that it was impossible to actually access the pool…

We loved the comfort and the cool of the room. The food was amazing—we had our lunches, breakfast and dinner there. We were able to communicate with the hotel days prior to our arrival and our pre-arrival. We arrived early and still they had the room ready and booked us in. The Staff and Reception were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We highly recommend the resort.

We did not stay long enough to take advantage of their diving/scuba/tour services. We wished we could have stayed longer—we were in transition to our way to the Gillis. We are definitely coming back and staying longer. The resort and the village are worth it.

Very friendly staff, great location for diving or for the ferry, good restaurant and nice clean rooms. We stayed 3 nights to do some diving.

None of this was the fault of the hotel which is clearly trying hard to provide an excellent experience. Noise due to work that was happening at hotel couldn't really have been avoided. Ferry noise all over Padang Bai. Pool was in corridor area of hotel without much space for seating. The road gets busy outside the hotel at peak ferry times.

The breakfast was excellent, we also ate dinner and had coffee which was also very good, the photos don’t do the rooms justice. The family rooms are a great option for families with 2 large rooms and 2 bathrooms with an interconnecting door. Good location for the ferry. Wish we’d stayed longer. Excellent customer service too.

Water pressure on the shower was very low so recommend you use the hand shower attachment which was much better. (Not a criticism of the hotel)

Incredibly close to the harbour for the boat to the Gili Islands, so very convenient in that respect. We arrived at about 10pm and checked out at 7:30am, so we didn't really use many facilities. Staff were very friendly and helpful, offering great advice about how best to check in for the boat without missing breakfast!

The room had a fairly strong, musty smell, although it was perfectly clean.

Unfortunately our experience did not start well at ‘check in’. The member of staff was ‘abrupt’ and told us to ‘wait until I’ve finished’ when we asked a question?! As said, this was unfortunate because it is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean, the pool area good and the restaurant served good food.
