We enjoyed such a wonderful stay at Bloo Lagoon. Far exceeding our expectations. The published photos don’t do it justice. We are a little reluctant to share this review as we would love to keep Bloo Lagoon Eco Resort a secret!! We loved the staff and our stunning villa. Both equally! 5* We especially appreciated the little touches with complimentary daily yoga, free shuttle service by what’s app, inclusive varied buffet breakfast and the lovely special Spa. The Spa staff would welcome and end sessions by offering complimentary wellness tea. Didn’t know we needed it until we drank them! My adult daughter and I loved the care & thoughtfulness taken throughout the site. Little touches such as the stone cave, beautifully lit at night, off the swimming pool. The Organic chia seeds for breakfast, plus so many varied cut fruits, daily fresh scrambled eggs and home made bakery. The gardens of home grown salad, veg & herbs in the eco village manicured grounds and Nature Walk The thought provoking ‘secret’ derelict house!

We participated in and enjoyed yoga every morning 7:30am. However we would appreciate the yoga mats being cleaned or sterilised every couple of sessions.

The best location in Padangbai. Outside the busy and not so clean Padangbai. The taxi service is really outstanding, they will bring and pick-up you everywhere around Padangbai. The views from the village are really beatiful, not only the sea but also mount agung.

There are insects everywhere because the rooms are very open. Also, there is not airconditioning in every room.

We absolutely loved our stay! We could not have asked for more, every staff member we encountered during our stay was warm, friendly, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant made a beautiful birthday cake for one of our parties 60th and sang happy birthday to her. The pool was like getting into a warm bath, the gardens and flowers surrounding us were gorgeous, and the birds!!!!! Beautiful birds indeed! The views from our villa left us gobsmacked. It felt like being in an episode of White Lotus minus the murders of course. We would highly recommend this beautiful, peaceful relaxing place to anyone.

Most incredible views, an excellent pool with waterslide and a general feeling of peace and luxury. Staff were professional and friendly. Spa was great - excellent massage. Free shuttle down the hill very helpful, good menu in the restaurant and yummy breakfast.

Our villa had a third room upstairs that we weren’t expecting - stairs were steep without a handrail. Our kids were old enough to understand that we just didn’t use that room or the stairs, but it wouldn’t have been suitable if our children were smaller. Just a heads up for families travelling with small kids - I’m sure not every villa has this option.

Everything! Great restaurant with daily breakfast specials. Lovely, friendly, attentive service everywhere we went. Loved the spa.......a lot! Every treatment was perfect. An educational walk around the organic garden where a lot of the produce is used in the restaurant. We were given some gorgeous limes for our evening gin & tonic. Thanks Pak. The private cooking class with a chef from the restaurant - awesome and so much fun. The villa was beautiful and the view stunning! We had everything we could possibly need. Spotlessly clean. Did I mention the wonderful staff?

The only negative was that the yoga shala was being built during our stay. This was very noisy, but we couldn't hear anything from our villa.

Wonderful and special place. Originally we stayed for 2 nights before going to Gili but we returned for another 2 nights in a different villa, because we enjoyed it so much. All villas are different and beautiful, very close to nature ( yes, there were caterpillars and gekkos as well). Both villas we stayed had a large deck with furniture and beautiful view. The restaurant had a wonderful view, the breakfast was great. The transfer service to Padang Bai and to the beaches was great. Bloo Lagune was a great snorkling place, we even saw turtle. The staff is very nice. We joined the joga class - it was also wonderful.

We loved every moment of our stay at the Bloo Lagoon. From fabulous yoga classes in the morning to arranged snorkeling expeditions we never wanted to leave. The restaurant was wonderful. What a view!! Food was very delicious. Our last night we did a cooking class and had such a great time and enjoyed a wonderful meal. The chef was super. We cannot forget the amazing massages we had given by Eka and Komang. These women were highly skilled massage therapists. Finally we would like to say every person who worked at Bloo Lagoon who we encountered were so kind helpful and very professional. Our only wish is that we could have stayed longer!!!

The layout of the resort with sea views was exceptional. There were free yoga lessons every morning at 7:30 followed by a buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. Bloo Lagoon also has it’s own vegetable gardens and a good sustainability policy. There was a free shuttle at request if you needed a lift to anywhere in the area. The reception also offered excursions and snorkeling trips which we enjoyed. The massages and room service were also good.

Admittedly the bed in our villa was quite hard and took a bit to get used to. Everything else was perfect! I wish we could have stayed longer.

Stunning 360 views of the Bay and the area, Amazing Poolside area (while there is a quiet time, the pool itself remains heated and open for that tranquil swim under the stars). The views from the villa was amazing, Well decorated, modern and stunning. Fantastic amenities including free yoga in the morning (beautiful yoga area with backdrop of views). Food was amazing, we had dinner and drinks in the evening and breakfast. (The breakfast was included and was delicious with a buffet of options). The free shuttle was very useful as the property is located on top of the hill, this allows you to explore the town and then catch the free shuttle to the ferry in the morning if you are heading to Gili T or Gili air that day.

Wasn't a long enough stay, Would have loved to stay longer. Standard tricks with eftpos "not working". (it was working, so didn't pay cash).

Breakfast was buffet style in the restaurant with lovely sea views and a ocean breeze Staff are all lovely and the spa is great they really look after you well It’s a great place to relax and decompress The villas are all unique and have individual character

We stayed for 7 nights and really enjoyed it we ate at the hotel restaurant every night we did love the food but it might of been nice to have a bit more variety in the even as the menu doesn’t change or maybe some daily specials Some of the villas are looking a bit tatty and rough around the edges and need refurbished in some areas
