We had an amazing time and have nothing negative to say! The staff are incredibly friendly, the rooms are clean, cozy, and well-equipped with air conditioning, drinking water, and a fridge. The food is fantastic! The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, including plenty of vegetarian and vegan choices. Dinner was just as good. The dive instructors, in particular, are amazing. I always felt very safe and had lots of fun! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back! :)

I cannot speak highly enough of this resort. The location is great, the rooms are clean, comfortable, generously sized and great value for money. The restaurant on site is great and the spa is absolutely a must visit for an amazing massage. All of the staff are friendly and extremely helpful with any questions and requests. I came here for a diving trip to complete AOW certification and could not have been happier. The dive team were amazing. Highly professional and knowledgeable and just great fun to be diving with. The equipment available is top quality and the dive sites in the area are also excellent and suitable for any levels. Definitely a location that is on my return trip list.

Friendly personnel, quickly answered my questions in Whatsapp. Very beautiful view from the window to the sea. A swimming pool 10 meters from the restaurant, 10 meters from the room and 10 meters from the car). One of the main idea of the hotel is providing diving lessons, so it is reasonable to book it for this aim. It should be a very tasty Italian pizza in the restaurant, but we couldn't try it - on the dinner the waiting time was more than one hour, and on the lunch time the wood stove was not working))

Air conditioner that blows straight on two our beds. You can not turn it off - would be very hot, but if you leave it turned on - you'll catch a cold. So I had to wake up every 1 hour to turn on|off it. It was very easy to wake up regularly - street dogs helped me with it - all night long, street dogs barked right in front of the windows and so loudly that it was almost impossible to sleep )))

My room at Absolute Scuba was beautifully clean and comfortable with good aircon, a drinking water dispenser and a lovely balcony. The location directly opposite the beach was perfect for me, close to the ferry terminal and a short walk to shops for necessities. All staff I interacted with were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Masih, in reception, was an absolute delight to chat with. While I'm not yet a scuba diver I am a keen snorkeller and thoroughly enjoyed the morning out on the boat, snorkelling with the most beautiful fish, a gorgeous turtle and stunning coral. Highly recommend Absolute Scuba and will definitely stay again.

The only thing I didn't like was leaving!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We didn’t come here with the intention to dive, more to visit the beaches. However, we did end up booking onto the snorkelling trip which we thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend. We have never seen fish or coral like it. We even extended our stay here to do some more snorkelling, and the staff were very accommodating to this request. The rooms have everything you could need, outdoor seating, drying rack, fresh towels offered by housekeeping two days in, hot showers and even a water dispenser, etc. The on-site restaurant was good and the staff there were friendly. We had both breakfast and dinner here. We highly recommend if planning to make a trip to Padang Bai.

I was in Padangbai for snorkelling. The location is great as it is only 5 min walk from the Blue lagoon beach which is amazing place for snorkelling. The bungalow was clean, calm and comfortable though it’s is a bit dark (not so much daylight inside). The only huge problem is the WiFi. No internet in the room and the rest of the area very very bad internet. So if you do need WiFi I recommend you to choose different hotel. Apart of that, the place is very calm, relaxed , beautiful , beachfront and I do recommend for snorkelling and diving experience. I had to stay only 3 days bit in the end I exert de to 5.

Micheal and his staff provided customer service that was above and beyond expectations! The rooms are pefectly set up for what every diver or water sports enthusiasts wants - ie, lots of space to hang wet things and lay dry things out, lots of smartly spaced electrical outlets for charging, desk space for working or assesmbling gear, hot water shower and kettle in room for warming up after a day in the water, massage servicesm and an on-site restaurant that is open late. The location is only a minute or so from the ferry port and right on the beach from where all the diving an snorkelling boats depart from each day, so it is super convenient and well located. I was on business and am already dive certified, but they also offer dive certifucation lessons here and I have 100% confidence from what I have seen as a longtime diver that Micheal and his crew are top-notch! Having stayed there twice in one month (and with a friend who booked there 3 times), Absolute Scuba is the ONLY place I would consider staying in Padang Bai! What an absolutely fantastic place! The host and manager, Michael, is an absolute gem—so kind and clearly passionate about his work, just like the rest of the incredibly sweet staff! The rooms are simply perfect—spotlessly clean, cozy, well-maintained, and refreshingly cool inside. Plus, there’s an unlimited supply of drinking water available, so you’ll never go thirsty. And the view… absolutely breathtaking! Overlooking the sea, with beautiful boats and ships passing by, it’s pure magic. The famous Blue Lagoon is just a 10-minute walk away, perfect for a relaxing beach day. Breakfast? Absolutely delicious! Whatever you’re in the mood for, they have it. And the on-site restaurant is just as amazing! On our first night, we had pizza—honestly, the best we’ve ever had! The team is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, assisting us with booking boat tickets to Lombok (or any of the nearby islands) with genuine care and expertise. We will definitely be coming back—I’m already looking forward to it! This place is a hidden paradise, and on top of everything, it’s super affordable!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Padang Bai, Bali! It’s the perfect spot if you’re planning a trip to the Gili Islands, as it’s conveniently close to the harbor. The resort offers exceptional customer service, spotless and comfortable rooms, and a beautifully maintained swimming pool with a bar where you can relax in the water, hotel restaurant served a great food (breakfast, dinner). The location is unbeatable, with scooter rentals, small shops, and great restaurants just steps away. The water here is stunningly clear and colorful, and the sunsets in the afternoon are breathtaking. Highly recommend!
