Good location. Room was cheap, breakfast was basic but good Good location close to candidusa, but there isn’t a lot of things to do

No mobile reception here. Wifi in room is sufficient Some problems with the hot water made a hot shower a little bit unreliable

Although the facilities are dated and in need of maintenance the rooms themselves were really nice, modern enough, and most importantly, were clean. The bed was comfy and the staff were amazing and very helpful. Watching the sunset off the ocean front deck was beautiful :)

The pillows felt like they were filled with some sort of bead and not plush, not the end of the world but it did affect the quality of sleep. The waterfront amenities, deck, and pergolas need serious maintenance and new mattresses. This alone would nearly bring it to a 10/10

Super friendly staff. Beautiful confortable room. Water tank free of charge respectful of environment. Beautiful coral reef in front of hotel. There is no beach but a stair going into the sea and corals few meters far. Very quiet place.

We asked a shuttle from airport but it didn't arrive, so we had to find a taxi by ourself. Location is far from the town. Nothing at walking distance. Good if you look just for sea and quiteness. Lobby and garden look old and need refreshment.

Leni, is such a wonderful host helping us along our way . Everything is not much trouble here she has free snorkeling equipment, the water was lovely temp and clear . Rooms are beautiful clean and above expectations for the price. We really didn't want to leave .This resort is in a good location Candidasa is much prettier and village like than padangbai more a service town . Need to get go Gek of hire scooter to get out of area if need too. Or 10 mins walk to main shop . Beautiful relaxing homey stay 😄.

It’s ocean front. You can snorkel right there. They have few life jackets and few snorkelling masks. Not all works properly. They upgraded my room because my room that I booked was occupied.

Place has potential. It’s seems messy around. Old/broken furniture everywhere. Reception is pretty messy too.

THE STAFFf!! Leni and here crew were really so wonderfull. Friendly, welcoming and warm. Hard working people with a smile on their face❤️ Our room was perfect. Spacious and clean. The place is at the seafront, nice view, nice balibeds to enjoy the sound of the waves, it’s a nice and quiet place.

IT DEFINETELY NEEDS RENOVATION. There is a lot of work to be done in the garden en the beachfront. Can be done very easily 💪🏼

Nice breakfast provided daily. Fresh fruit smoothies provided for a small fee. A highlight was the reef just a few feet into the ocean. Snorkel around the cement pier just to the west for a huge array of BEAUTIFUL fish! I spotted a purple & yellow puffer! As good of snorkeling as a paid trip I took to blue lagoon. Bring your own googles, as the resort has been limited in equipment availability. Staff are very friendly and accommodating to special requests/needs. Much appreciation for the hospitality. Air conditioned rooms were nice and chilled.

A big shout out to Lenny and the team at Crystal Beach for their friendly and helpful service during my first stay in the hotel. While the building itself was a bit dated and needed some TLC the staff went out of their way to ensure I had everything I asked for to make my two night stay relaxing and peaceful. I will return again next season to relax in the quiet pool area. The hotel is at the end of a long driveway so no passing traffic can be heard from the hotel areas. Buffet breakfast was more than adequate and dinner on my first night was delicious.

Small maintenance items like plumbing need to be addressed

Rooms are perfect, the service Is good everything Is perfect.

Quite expensive for a hotel without a pool but otherwise ITS nice. The road to the hotel Is not good. You cant swim in front because the sea Is up to your knees.

Direct access to the sea, spacious bedroom, comfy bed, clean bathroom.

The small alley to reach the property. Also the outdoor facilities in front of the sea are less maintenance. It would be better if the gazebos were clean.
