The property is away from the hustle and bustle of Bali and situated on a river frequented by locals giving it an old Bali charm. Sanur is just a twenty minute drive yo go shopping. It is also located right on a good quality surf beach about 100 meters from the best break. Villa L’Orange is in a nice quiet location with basically a private beach frequented by locals only. Great pool very clean and not over chlorinated. Great staff that bent over backwards to look after us. Always had a driver handy for us to go anywhere. Reasonable rates for the driver service also. They even hand a money changer, that gave us a very good exchange rate ! The menu was basic but well priced and breakfasts by the pool were a joy. Overall a very nice place to get away from the hustle and bustle.

Not a huge problem but there are no cooking facilities in the villas

The friendliest people! They made us feel very welcomed and really contributed to our experience! Villa is large with beautiful outside areas and right in front of the beach where we could take long walks to Keramas beach. I would definitely recommend for families with small children.

Nothing really to complain! Would be nice if the kitchen was a bit equipped, it didnt even have a plate or cutlery. Also, although the bed is big and comfy, the pillows are probably the worst pillows i ever had to sleep on.

Breakfast was very good, location private and nice but if you are expecting discos, people, shops or a very nice beach don't go there, it is mostly made of black rocks and black sand, keep in mind. Hearing the waves during night from the bedroom and not a single noise apart of that and the birds and geckos around was awesome!

We liked the villas location on the water, the villas spaciousness, the staffs attentiveness, the villas grounds and pool, and the quiet ambience.

The villas furnishings are a little dated and tired, especially things like TV's which are small size and lack any provision for movies or smart access like netflix, etc.

I got very ill unexpectedly and had to extend our stay from one night to five. I was so surprised, the beautiful staff came to my room with ginger tea and painkillers to help me. The internet connection in the area was cut the night before I had to return to work and the staff came past with a WIFI dongle so I could work the next day. The service really was amazing. I can't thank the staff enough.

Loved it. Staff are amazing like family. Pool and big ducky along with walk on the outside. Plenty of stores to buy provisions from. Drive for a day and a half (Madi) so knowledgeable and great English (sorry for our poor Balinese).

Big room. There is Bali Safari not far from the hotel. The staff serve well. Big swimming pool. There is a beach near the hotel. The hotel's restaurant cooks well. A very good place for beach rest.

There aren't restaurants outside. Nowhere to go.

The property was fabulous! The stuff was insanely friendly and very supportive. The food was good! I would definitely recommend this place. It was more like visiting a family then being in a hotel/villa!

The ambience is nice, not crowded and the staff very helpful. The facility is fine. The pool is nice but it will be better if there is enough light surround the pool and in the poll. The variety of the menu need to add some more choices.

The bathroom outside the house made us to go outside in the night is very uncomfortable. Since it has outdoor facilities, insect control need to be paid special attention.
