The staff is amazing 🤩 villa is close to the beach. The restaurant in the hotel is very good. The food was delicious and the music was relaxing. I also booked a massage session and it was great 👍 they have a water station in case you need to fill a bottle. The swimming pool is small but good. The room was clean. They cleaned it every day. I really enjoyed my time.

The only thing that I found unusual was the drink option at breakfast (or lack of it in some cases). They have a few breakfast options. Options A & B are more expensive and include a beverage (e.g. 95K). Options C & D are cheaper and don't have a drink (e.g. 45K). In my case, breakfast was included in the price so I wasn't really concerned if it's a more expensive or cheaper option. However, when I wanted an option C or D with no beverage and asked for a beverage, they told me I had to pay for it. When I asked for option A or B the other day , they gave me a beverage. I don't understand why I can't combine an option that I want with a drink from a different set free of charge. Instead, I had to order only options A or B to get a free drink.

I had booked 1 night… and I ended up staying 10 days! Almost everything is said with this sentence. I loved my stay at Villa Casablanca Surf Keramas. After staying in several hotels in Indonesia, I felt at home here. A family atmosphere reigns in the hotel, the staff is incredibly friendly and very available when needed. The rooms are comfortable, bright, the bedding is good quality, the bathroom is large (the shower pressure is great! And the water is hot!). The swimming pool and the area around it are also very pleasant. I really had a quality stay, if I return to Keramas I will definitely stay here again. I would like to thank all the staff for making my stay so perfect. A very big THANK YOU to: Anies, what a professional!, she manages a lot of things but she always remains available, so friendly and delicate to help us whatever the request; to Pitri, Nia, Kadek, Gusti, Gede, Ngurah… (I am sorry if I do mistakes in writing the first names and if I forget any) whether for the preparation of the excellent breakfast that I had every morning (best time of the day!), for their delicacy in the service in the restaurant, for taking care of my room by cleaning it, for helping me carry my suitcases… a big thank you to all. The location is amazing with cute clean rooms and spacious private outdoor bathroom. The restaurant served delicious meals. The staff were super friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay here again

Nice, relaxed location. Friendly staff and nice pool. Two minute walk from the beach. This is in a semi-rural area. Would go back again. The restaurant food is nice and reasonably priced.

Great accommodation 2 mins motorbike ride from the beach and the famous surf break. The place itself is awesome, very well decorated with artworks all around the walls. It has an amazing swimming pool, and when I visited on mid of December was mostly quiet. It has a jacuzzi and the water was clean. However, the highlight for me was how comfortable the mattress of my room! I arrived with back pain that had lasted for days and after sleeping here it was gone:) so I decided to stay one more night to explore the surroundings and enjoy the chill vibe of Keramas. It’s a quiet town and a nice getaway from the busy touristic hotspots. In the surroundings you can find pretty rice fields and stunning waterfalls just 20 minutes drive from Villa Casablanca. I had the pleasure to meet briefly the owner of the place, who shared with me his knowledge about Bali and some useful tips. The staff was also nice, when I told them I would be late for the checkout they didn’t complain. So overall my experience here was great! PD: the breakfast is also good and don’t miss out the nearby activities, specially the waterfalls or walking (or surfing if you have the skill level to face that waves with rocks beneath) on the beach, and there is also horseback riding nearby but it’s overpriced

The staff are the nicest people we have met! The breakfast is very good. Close to the beach and with a very good restaurant directly across the street. We will definitely come back and would recommend this place to everyone!!!

1. the location is nice but only if you are going to surf or have a motorbike or car. This place is only for people who are looking for the local and not commercial places with lots of tourists. there are no bars nearby so it's quiet. :) 2. Wifi is very bad, but if you tell the staff they will do everything to help. 3. There is no refrigerator in the room.

Everything. A delightful place, very beautiful. The staff and management were lovely and super helpful. It was just a five minute pleasant walk to the beach. Food was good. Rooms are small, but immaculately clean and very comfortable. They treat you like family, so kind hearted. Would highly recommend!

This Hotel prices are affordable and the Villa Casablanca value is high. The location is 2-3 minutes from the beach, and this is a mecca center for people who want the water activities (surfing) or just chill out around the pool area. The staff and especially the manager Anies is doing a great job to make her guests feel good, l will come back... The best pizza in Bali...

The property was close to the beach for our surf trip and family celebration. The rooms were clean, quiet with excellent comfort and well equipped. The breakfast that was included was excellent, as were the pizzas. We enjoyed drinks on the roof terrace and sunning by the pool.

Nothing it was all excellent. Maybe if there had been more guests it may have been different.
