The location is walking distance to keramas beach. The room is really pretty decorated and the staff very very helpful. Overall we both loving our entire stay in the villa.

The night before our check out I told the staff I will be leaving sharp at 6am but she didn’t take it seriously upon my check out time as I need to rush to the airport. It was a bit hustle for me to get my deposit cash back. After few attempts on calling other staff didn’t blame her coz she off duty. But whoever on duty that I approached the night before is really unprofessional for being late and causing all of this unnecessary experience early in the morning during my check out!

Loved the feel of being on a tightly-run ship, everything precise, orderly and polished clean. The sitting area and pool, with the bar right off the road makes a cozy place to gaze over some rice fields and night skies, watch the few passer-byers along the road on the way to the surfing beach, and drink some very good wine and espressos among other guests. The room was so spacious, outfitted with everything to the point that I was very happy to come back after the hustle and bustle of touring and adventuring in Bali. 5 star quality bed and sheets. And I got to talk to John the owner, who built the place with his own two hands, about upcoming business projects including getting the license for the very nice huge boat and massive jeep parked for adventure tourism. John recommended the Safari and the off-shore snorkeling of the sunken Liberty boat - I will visit on my return. Lovely gals on the staff too.

I did not get to use the 3rd floor bamboo terrace designed for yoga practice - it was not quite ready.

We really loved it! Beautiful rooms, decorated with great love!! So many details, everything is clean and truly very aesthetic! Close to the sea, and by the sea there is a very good bar restaurant, in case you need an alternative to the restaurant already in the hotel! The owner and his wife are amazing, full respect for such hard work and such a beautiful hotel. If you love Surfing, this is simply the perfect place!

The only small remark is that the ceiling fans in the room could use a good cleaning, as they were quite dusty. Apart from that, everything was absolutely perfect! 2) When we arrived earlier than the official check-in time, our welcome felt a little unusual. The two staff members we met spoke only limited English, which made communication a bit difficult. One of them mentioned that check-in is only possible after 2 pm, and the other asked me kindly to wait at the bar after I handed over our passports. It might have just been a misunderstanding, but it came across as not very welcoming. In the end, we simply asked to leave our suitcase there and agreed to come back later.

Loved the location! Rooms were spacious, well appointed with everything you would need. AC kept the room nice and cool, the beds super comfy and there was minimal outside noise. Slept very well! The pool was clean and a really nice refreshing temperature. Restaurant is great, really well decked out and a relaxed vibe. The included breakfast is adequate and the menu offers further options if needed. Food was superb and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Exceptional value for money. We would definitely stay again!

Should have stayed longer!

Exceptional quality for price. Clean, comfortable and staff were very happy. Rooms and bathrooms are modern. Breakfast is good. Best stay we have had in Bali this trip! 2 minutes stroll to beach

Nothing bad to say about it

The owner and the staff - very nice and pleasant. The place is great, if you want to focus only on relaxed activities. The only attraction nearby that is worth visiting is the zoo/safari. We were tempted to do the diving trip (even after checking out and staying at another place) but got sick so eventually any water activities were not an option - but it looked very exciting. There is a nice bar/restaurant just by the beach with cheap prices - worth checking out. The room was amazing, we felt like everything is designed perfectly. The place is amazing, our best choice on Bali and the price is very reasonable.

The only disadvantage that we could think of would be the lack of washing machine- we did go to a local one instead - 10 min walk

The villa is awesome! A cute place with a small restaurant and pool facing the front road. We attended a wedding that was held at Komune Resort, which was a 5mins stroll away. Super convenient! We ate at Komune Beachclub sometimes, and walked to the black sand beach. Recommend going at night to see the black sand sparkle under the moonlight. There are also other beachfront restaurants and bars that can be accessed by the beach as well. Great location.

The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Our daughter had a small medical episode and the owner was extremely helpful and caring. We appreciated this greatly. Location is a little isolated at Keramas, unless you are into surfing, however it was nice to be away from the crowds. We were attending a wedding nearby and the location was perfect for us. There are drivers just outside the villas who can take you to most locations for very reasonable prices. Our rooms were beautifully furnished, comfortable and very clean. Great value for money.

Excellent value for money villa right near the black sands of Keramas. Spacious room with the door opening onto the pool. Beautiful decor with many nice touches to give a sense of luxury. The bathroom was also very large. We loved being so close to the beach and the nearby restaurants although weren't many were of great quality with lots of choice. Lovely to be far enough from the crowds of Legian, Kuta and Seminyak but only 30 mins to Sanur and 45mins to the airport. The staff were friendly and the chef cooked some fish I caught on a fishing trip. It was handy to have a restaurant and small bar.

Some small suggestions for slight improvement: An arm chair or two and a small coffee table would be a nice addition in the room. The menu was very focused on British food and some local dishes would have captured more patronage from us. Having said that, when we asked, the chef made more local dishes.

The villa is small and very familiar. The pool right in front of the room was beautiful. The room was big and well maintainted.

The food on the menu was mainly british stile. Therefore we ate at other places most of the time. That was no problem, because there are different options close by.
