The warmest welcome in Bali! K Ko is a beautifully curated and designed space. New, clean, great location! Joe and the team run this space very well, breakfast on site, daily servicing, great grassy areas for our toddler to play and a great big pool. Very peaceful and quiet, but a just a short walk to lots of eating options, also easy to order food for delivery. It was beautiful seeing families on the beach, kids playing soccer, and the afternoon kites filling the air. Keramas encapsulates the laid back lifestyle in Bali, with enough in the area to have things to do, but not busy with tourism. Highly recommend K Ko and Keramas!

We had an amazing stay at K Ko Villas! The gardens were beautiful and so well maintained. The pool was perfect for cooling off and relaxing, and the villas themselves were modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The location was ideal – close to surf spots but still peaceful and relaxing. Joe was a fantastic host – friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. A truly beautiful spot to unwind. Breakfast was basic but still nice.

Only a stone’s throw away from surf breaks, best part of the property is the infinity pool with a decent depth and beach front views! Joe and team were amazing and attentive. We had an early checkout and Joe made sure we got banana pancakes for the road. Thank you! Be sure to book in a massage, Ana was really good. Our room was clean and aesthetics were great. The pool/garden area is perfect for early morning yoga practice. The Friendly four-legged friends will occasionally come around and keep you entertained. Komune is a few minutes walk down the black sand beach if you’re up for some food and drinks.

Everything you can ask for: peaceful, community, vibey, clean, 10min beach walk to some vibey bars like Komune and surf breaks like Keramas, massages in your room or on your verandah, high quality towels, etc. Staff are great, many speak English well (including the masseuse and airport transfer driver). Airport transfer was in a new SUV. Breakfast till 11am. Can borrow some surfboards (intermediate boards) and go to other breaks. Host has a heart of diamond.

Came to K Ko surf villa with my partner. The property is beautiful and tranquil, away from the hustle and bustle. The most stunning salt water pool and lovely outdoor area. Right on the beach and close to keramas surf break. We spent a great 4 days here, easy to get a grab or go jek to restaurants and cafes. Very cute dogs and cat. Joe was a very good host and very friendly as well. We would definitely come back here in the future!

Excellent, newly constructed, high-quality villas just steps away from world-class Keramas surf break. Located on a sparkling black-sand beach, this boutique resort was lovingly designed and created by a family who knows surf and knows hospitality. There are only eight villas, and the staff deeply care for your comfort. We felt like we were truly part of the Surf Village that has been created. The bed and pillows are heavenly, and the details down to the fixtures and art work thoughtfully chosen. Plush towels are line-dried and smell so sweet. The grounds feature a beautiful, absolutely *perfect* saltwater pool and meticulously landscaped gardens with statues and water features. The water for this resort was drilled and purified so it is safe to use. The outlets are all international outlets eliminating the need for adapters. Fresh fruit from their garden and fresh watermelon juice are generously served in the mornings and evenings. Breakfast and coffee are made fresh to order each morning. Every detail has been thought through and your stay here will be filled with peace and genuine care.

The location is remote and not close to shops/restaurants, if that is your thing. There is smoke from locals burning trash and debris and this can get a bit thick at times. The caring owners of this resort are aware of this and will no doubt take measures to mitigate the effects of this. Two villas share one roof, so you may hear what is going on next door.

I had an incredible experience at K KO Surf Village! The staff were incredibly kind, and the food break was absolutely delicious. The place itself is wonderfully calm and clean, far exceeding my expectations. A huge shoutout to Joe—he was more than just a host, he felt like a brother. His knowledge of Bali and his top-tier recommendations made the trip even more special. I’ll definitely be coming back again! Keep up the good work

Honestly, there is nothing i didn't like

Bedroom and bathroom facilities. Massage service-Julie Pool with natural water Host Joe and Maintenance staff are amazing humans. Relaxing space Safety Respectful and friendly guests.

Limited food options on site. (Have to either ask host to help delivery or walk 6-10 minutes to other hotels nearby. Option is also into local street food. ) Breakfast needs improvement.

Good vibes and professional management from the owner Joe. We couldn’t stay as long as scheduled because the pool was in maintenance and it was a must have for us as we are traveling with a baby. Joe understood and offer us a full refund 🙏 Otherwise the rooms are clean and looking new. The staff was very friendly and nice. Plus, you are right in the beach, few steps away from the surf.

This stay exceeded our expectations. The eco aware villa's were set amongst stunning gardens and the property included a saltwater infinity pool that overlooked the ocean. The hosts and staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and could be taken on your balcony. The beds were amazing and the towels were fluffy. We will be back :)
