Warm welcome by the staff who arranged transport to the restaurant for us to have lunch & wait until villa ready. Our villa was swapped without fuss when the first one has some issues. Contact with reception is via WhatsApp, which worked very well. The villa was quiet (villa no2), shady & cool. The pool is gorgeous. The restaurant is quite a walk from the villas, but doable. There is transport if wanted. The breakfast is one of the best we have experienced. The restaurant menu for lunch & dinner is also nice with plenty variety.

The beach is definitely a surfers beach and not really suitable for relaxed swimming. However, each villa has a a lovely pool.

We were greeted warmly and upon arrival we were taken to our villa which was a 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa for just the 2 of us.I have since learned that they actually don’t have any 1 bedroom villas, what they do is put you in either a 2, 3 or 4 bedroom and you have the use of 1 bedroom and also the rest of the villa areas.Ours was absolutely stunning and it was nice to sit upstairs in the afternoon and have a drink while the sun went down.We had our own ensuite, a king size bed and a nice sized table for laptop, etc.The pool was huge, we loved the fact it was in the sun most of the afternoon but the lounges were in the shade.The grassed area next to the pool was lush and extremely.The restaurant was a short walk down to the beach (a golf cart is available if you don’t want to walk) and we couldn’t fault the food or service.Breakfast was buffet style and had a huge range of food available, including eggs cooked any style you wanted.We ate dinner at the restaurant 5 nights and again, could not fault the service or food.We tried a range of cuisines and were pleasantly surprised each time.A room service menu is also available.The 2 for 1 cocktails in the afternoon are an absolute treat and definitely appreciated by us both.The beach is black sand and there’s some good surf just out the front of the restaurant and a few breaks nearby.We did have a 1 hour massage each at the Desa Spa and that was another stand out.We had our own driver but you can contact reception via Whatsapp at any time and they will organise any transport required.There’s a couple of warungs and restaurants nearby and Desa Swan are happy to drop you off and pick you up as required.Lastly I have to mention the Romantic dinner we had the second night we arrived.I did request this prior to arrival and I’m not sure either of us expected what we got.It was absolutely stunning and we certainly felt very special,our own little area that was adorned with flowers and 2 staff who who tended to our every whim.

What an amazing place! Stayed in 2-bedroom villa number 9, close to the spa. The 30-min free welcome massage after a long flight was a lovely start to our Bali trip. The property is sprawled over a large area but with free buggy service. The restaurant overlooks the black sand beach. The villa was a spacious self contained unit with its completely private pool that was super clean. The villa comes with a kitchen as well. One needs to book transport services for sightseeing daytrips and so on. The breakfast spread had good variety with sufficient options for vegetarians. There are a few restaurants in the vicinity that can deliver food. Courteous and helpful staff. Good wifi. Overall an excellent stay. And great value too.

If one prefers to be in the midst of a bustling market street, this is not the place. There is hardly anything going around this area. However this was not a negative for us.

The villa with private pool was completely private space with all that we needed. Very comfy and tranquil. The garden was a dream. Food was very deliicious we tried also the room service dinner first evening and all was great. Enough of water and very kind and helpfull staff. The complimentary massage was a dream we all needed after long travel. Lots of very nice touches like real flowers in bathroom, cosmetics, bathing salt, water.

The fact that in the surrounding everything is a bit far. The restaurant is also cca 5-10 minutes walk (lots of trash along the way even the sea is a total garbage which is not a hotels fault ofc it’s in general everywhere) but you can call a cart and they will drop you to the resto. We stayed for 3 nights and there was some attemt to force us leave the villa for 4 hours in the morning bc of deratisation which we refused bc the weather was awful and we had nowhere to go. I will suggest the hotel to plan such maintenance when the villa is empty. Not sure whos fault it was but very bad timimg and we were asked twice even tho we clearly refusef it right away.

Very cosy and authentic villa with a swimming pool, friendly and helpful staff, clean and calm environment. SPA treatments were excellent.

Lack of privacy in the toilet because of the see-through glass door. Vegan options on the breakfast menu were not clearly stated and relatively few.

Wow the location for breakfast (restaurant) was the best I have ever been to. Stunning outlook right on the beachfront. Very good buffet breakfast. Quiet location on the exotic black sands of Keramas Beach. Beautiful spacious villa with private pool in a pretty tropical garden with lots of little birds. Good air-con. Clean modern kitchen and I loved the option of iced water or boiling water in that machine. Very comfortable bed and good access to power sockets to recharge devices. Excellent wifi. On-call access to a golf cart and driver to take us to the restaurant or beach although it was easily walkable in 5-7 minutes. Cleaning crew were fast and efficient and friendly. Actually everyone around the resort and fields waved, smiled and talked to us.. we will come here again.

Bad TV reception but wifi was so good we were able to stream anything using iPads. Lounge room kitchen area had a portable air-con that was useless. It was cooler to leave the wide sliding doors open, but still a bit too hot to sit for too long in this room even though the lounge chairs and sofa were comfortable. Our bedroom had bad storage for suitcases and clothing as it was in all the smallish bathroom and some shelves so high I couldn't reach them. Air vents above the shower/bath had broken insect mesh and we did get some mosquitoes in there. That could be easily fixed by management and I left a note re. this issue. Location is fairly remote and would benefit from a small mini mart on site for snacks etc.

Loved how spacious the villas were with absolute privacy from each room and neighbours. The cleanliness of the rooms and promptness of the staff is appreciated and top notch. - Wayan 1 The staff was so helpful. They helped crack the coconut for us. Also very quick with assistance when we asked to change rooms. The rooms are meticulously cleaned daily. The reception responds instantly when contacted. - Wayan 2

The possum I think scratching in the roof made it alittle distracting when trying to sleep at night. The TV is some rooms weren't working but it was working well in the kitchen/living room. The access to Netflix, prime and crunchyroll was very appreciated. Suksuma

Nice spacious villas that accomodated our large group. Private pool was perfect. Great breakfast included that went from 0700-1100. Great selection of hot and cold.

The Swan Statues. Oh my they date the property. They are everywhere and tacky. However the villas and restaurant are nice buildings. If they just take the swans away it would make the property look so much better. The restaurant for dinner is very expensive compared to the other “tourist” wurongs. There’s not a lot to do in the area. But it’s away from the touristy areas, which is what we were after. Markets taxi ride away. Local surf beach with lessons and horse trekking.

The privacy that these villas offer is amazing. They are self contained with a kitchenette. Having a private pool and little yard was great for the kids. Each room has its own bathroom, which we loved. The added bonus of a buffet breakfast every morning was a winner for our family. The villas are away from the chaos of the more popular locations in Bali, this was a pro and con for us.

The only con for us, IF I had to pick one, was the location. It isn't really in walking distance of anything. A driver is required to go anywhere. In saying this, it was great for a more relaxing and less chaotic Bali experience.
