This is the second time I have stayed here - staff even remembered!! I stayed in the beach front room with my own pool. Could see the surfers right from the room. Great for relaxing - this resort isn't close to anything, about 30 minutes from Sanur. Food is super healthy and delicious, and if you are j to gym and yoga- this is definitely the place for you. Had an issue with my room, and the staff fixed it up straight away.

The beachfront/pool room was AMAZING > Wonderful bed and pillows > Beautiful room > Perfect view Staff were lovely Resort was beautiful Location spot on if you are looking for quiet time in Bali Popular surf spot. It was awesome seeing the surfers while eating/drinking at the beachfront bar/restaurant Gym and Yoga Would recommend checking out the, couple of food spots, along the beach.

No buffet Breakfast which would have been amazing Close to western prices for room. You pay for that pool and view but it is worth it if it's your first time in Bali and/or you want to spoil someone special. Food/Drink/Massages are priced on the higher end for Bali. Still better then Aus. Cocktails were a couple of dollars less than Australian Prices. There is happy hour (2 for 1) on selected cocktails. Gym was free but you had to pay for classes.

The gym is wonderful and well equipped. I enjoyed my fitness classes there by an Indonesian instructor. Food is excellent, a great variety of healthy options. My absolute fav drink was cocopresso (coconut and espresso), the list was endless. The beach looks great for surfing, but it’s not suitable for a swim and even walking isn’t that pleasant, but this I knew in advance. A beautiful spa, had a lovely a treatment in there. I appreciated the silence boards there, the staff really wants to ensure you can have a quiet, relaxing rejuvenating time in this resort. A lot of toddlers around, but they all looked happy - who wouldn’t in such a lovely place?!

A bit far from the crowds and towns, but this is what I was looking for.

The views, everything is so easy to get as it’s a smallish, intimate resort and it’s not super busy. Excellent gym/studio. Huge menu of healthy and delicious food and amazing coffee! Great service poolside. Main pool has an amazing view over the ocean, we loved watching the surf. The other pool is quieter (adults only). Super friendly staff.

Beach is not great for swimming, but ample pools made up for it. Be aware there’s not a lot around, but the resort is so wonderful you don’t need to leave 😃 (4 night stay)

Beach front suite with pool was amazing, only probelm was that the rooms not entirely sound proof so could hear neighbours. Family pool are was beautiful as was the Beach Club restaurant. The Health Hub was wonderful for peace and quiet and wonderful healthy organic food catering to all dietary requirments. we were all obsessed with the Spa Welcome drink of ginger, honey and lime....a real winner! The adult pool was beautiful and peaceful to swim in and hang about. Spa was great with the offerings of massages and treatments, we had treatments most days. The only dissapointment was in the mani / pedicures that were offered. These were very sub-standard and looked like they were performed by women that had never done one before. Althought the women were pleasant and friendly the finished product was very sub standard. perhaps this can be improved on for future reference. Overall the resort staff were very friendly helpful and accomodating.

Didnt like the manicure and pedicure treatments at the spa, also at times the airconditioning was a freezing level!

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed everything about your property

Only complaints would be: 1. The dogs. I did not like leaving the kids in the kids area (skate park) with the dogs barking at them and hanging around. 2. There was a music festival both nights we stayed at your accommodation. I know that the festival had nothing to do with your accommodation and the staff were very apologetic about this which was appreciated but my husband and I were awake till midnight both nights. We were ok with this as the kids still slept. I have worked in the accommodation industry my working life and as I would not expect an upgrade at all, a room further away from that area would have made a huge difference to our stay. As your occupancy was below half I thought this should have been offered for us to have a more enjoyable stay.

We held our daughter's wedding at Komune on Nov 4th. The hotel organised the whole lot. Excellent coordination and quality. Beautiful location overlooking beach, which always had good surf for the guys. The staff are so friendly and many available to always help. Food fantastic with two restaurants available Everyone had spa treatments the day before. Highly recommend for wedding destination

A bit remote from other restaurants and shops for walking but drivers always available at reasonable price

The whole resort is amazing, two beautiful pools and gorgeous ocean views. The food was excellent with all dietary requirements meet. Lots of greenspace to utilise, so many facilities. Something for everyone. Have recommended this resort to friends and family.

There was nothing not to like

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. There were lots of options of things to do and places to relax. We especially liked the adult only quiet pool area where we could relax unbothered by other people's children. We also liked that the health hub had a different vibe to the beach area, so you could choose where to hang out depending on mood. Lovely facilities, food was delicious and staff were exceptional.

Everything was excellent. The food and service was on point! Loved the view and being to able to relax around a pool with food and drink is so fun.

My only thing i would of liked, is a filtered water refill station. So we didn't need to buy water constantly. I always carry a drink bottle to save on bottles, plastic or glass, its all still single use. If you had a family it would be extremely hard and expensive to keep them hydrated.
