Location is excellent, we were in a Deluxe Sea View it had a full view of the ocean and pool. Staff were fantastic always helpful and friendly The room was spacious, well appointed, comfortable and cleaned daily Dining and relaxing facilities are good Rice fields were across the road for anyone who is interested Warung Bintang 200m up the road on the corner has great food Coffee at Ounix was very good, turn left at Warung Bintang and it’s 150m up on the left If you like to have a swim definitely spend a day at Virgin Beach, get there before 10:00, plenty of places to eat, don’t be fooled the sand is not white or even brown, it’s a mixture of black and brown

The reason why I mentioned Warung Bintang and Ounix Coffee is that: 1) The food is fine but not much variety 2) We love good coffee, Bali coffee was okay at breakfast, but their machine coffee is terrible, don’t order it. Also further towards Candidasa, Wacky Jacky has great coffee, and if you have a sweet tooth get their tiramisu donut 😁 We would have given 10/10 this is a fantastic place to stay, you won’t be disappointed. But the following should be addressed and we did politely pass on our suggestions to staff. Pool towels were old and fraying. Our fridge was unstable, thought it would fall over. The clothes airer would not open out, no holes to hook the ends in.

Sea view from our balcony. Beautiful outlook. Right on the water with sunset view. Food at the restaurant is pretty good and reasonably priced. Cocktails are good as well. Good value for money overall. Private plunge pool was nice and cool compare to main pool.

Had issues with the air-conditioner not working in second room. It’s not clear when booking that the Family Suite Seaview is different size than the Family Suite Garden view. We stayed previously in the garden view, so was imagining Seaview to also have two bathrooms, but it only has one. Should be renamed to deluxe family room or something to differentiate..

It was nice & relaxing with massage services available at the resort which were reasonably priced. We had a couple of meals there and really enjoyed them and the beach view. It was an easy walk to other cafe’s & restaurants.

We couldn’t fault it for the price & age.

Fabulous room and great outlook to the ocean. Breakfast was excellent and cafe perfect by the ocean. Infinity pool was lovely . Staff were wonderful , very polite and helpful at all times. Extra services with massage and facials etc were a real treat. Certainly value for money accommodation.

Maybe bathroom could be upgraded at some stage. Love the outdoor shower though.

Beautiful setting, rooms spacious.

There was no information in the rooms regarding the area, no brochures at all. The hotel was quite far out for older people a shuttle service would have been good

Location with private beach

Beautifully designed and very spacious bungalow with mini private pool. The surrounding garden gives a feeling of privacy, the common infinity pool is great, there is a spa with good prices on the ground too.

The restaurant was not impressive in terms of value for money, we ended up eating elsewhere.

I loved the rooms, especially the bathroom, as it was so big and had a bathtub outside. I like that it has an opening to the beach, so you can take a swim in the ocean or stay at the pool (it has a view of the beach), the restaurant has good food and the staff are very friendly and helpful

The pool is a little small for the numerous rooms that they have, so if a lot of people decide to go to the pool you will not have a place to stay (there are 6 sun beds in front of the pool, and abother 6 on the otherside of the restaurant)

Amazing location, most of the staff were beautiful. One was not. Room was comfortable, large bed (a bit hard) but great pillows and towels.

Room doors didn’t seal. So aircon was not the coolest during the day

We got the garden view family room. The room is big and more like an apartment with kitchen and dining table. Especially impressed with the two huge bathrooms. It's relatively quiet despite being close to the main street. The hotel has an infinity pool overlooking the beach with an amazing view of sunset.

The cleanliness could have been improved. The small pool at our room as well as the bathtub in our bathroom are full of leaves when we checked in. It'd be appreciated if the staff could check and prepare before bringing us to the room. Other than that, everything else is excellent!
